If anyone is struggling on getting those tricks on the bouncy leaves in GBA Sky Garden, hold up on your left analog stick when you touch the leaf and press R or shake the controller. It's a lot more consistent than doing tricks in a neutral position.
In Mario Kart Tour, at the 4:13 section you are able to cut the curve and drive on the curb through the bushes using a shroom. Anyways I saw a lot of people on this MK8 version bumping off of curbs rather than driving on them, so I wonder if this shortcut is even a thing anymore? Could anyone owning the DLC test this out?

U can use a mushroom (or shroomless but its very hard) tor trick off the top platform near the end of the lap in ninja hideaway. You land back next to the finish line. If you want to see it the 200cc nintendo time uses it on the first lap
Thank you! This is excellent! I've never played Mario Kart Tour, so those cuts were especially quite useful to learn about! I do appreciate that Nintendo kept some of the shortcuts from the original versions of the courses.
@@Captain-Delicious-Pants if not for the wave gimmick, you’d have to wait until December 2023 to play any of the dlc tracks. (On the plus side of them of course all being there at the same time).
@@Captain-Delicious-Pants it's stupid but smart but still scummy because they did that in order to get people to renew the Nintendo switch online expansion pack because they know Mario kart fans are desperate for new content and decided to take advantage of that and use it for money
On Ninja Hideaway on 200cc you can cut off the last turn from the top ramp going through the tree. Interestingly the staff ghost does it twice, they use a mushroom, but it's possible with only a super mini-turbo.
In Coconut mall you can also cut the parking lot corner with the glider, its not much but its a little something

If you watched the ghost data for Paris Promenade the ghost drives right in between the cutouts without a mushroom.

On sky garden at the beginning you can mushroom off the cloud on the left side
At the very end of ninja hideaway there is an “ultra shortcut” we’re you can cut the corner to the very end of the track at the black rooftop section.

@@Kod49 I managed to hit it once without one, then the other two laps with a mushroom. That's the only way I could beat the 200cc time trial time.
@@someguy86 i just got it without mushroom 3 laps in a row. When you are making the jump, just hold up cause it gives you more air time.

You can extend the Coconut Mall cut and continue to the right with another mushroom or two

CTGP is a mod for the Wii version. Toad Circuit isn't on the Vanilla version.
