The value on this car is just mad. No competition comes even close to the figures this car costs in terms of bang for buck. It is just ridiculous how far in the back windown the competition is when it comes to large EV design and price compared to quality and features.
I suppose it has exclusivity on its side at this stage anyway with no other electric 6 seaters other than the Model X, I'm guessing. To be fair, it looks great inside in my eyes. There is the EX 90 coming as well as the Ionic 7. EVs, especially with a 100kw battery, are still pricey, too
Looks better than the BMW IX...and the EQS. and those cars are way more expensive. In the US, it looks to be right at 70k USD for the gt line. which undercuts both by a substantial amount.

If you need the space to house extra people it's a pretty decent package and given the spec and interior it's... err hmm a decent price considering some of the options taking into account the decent warranty and reliability. But it is stull a huge amount of cash however you look at it. For airport or hotel executive taxis this should make a lot of sense ferrying the corporate VIP's around. It may never end up on my drive but I sure do like it. Many thanks Ginny for sharing.
Man I would love to see the shocked face when a coprorate VIP orders a "limo"-service and a 6-seater Relax version drives up with a chauffeur in black suit. Dude jumps in the back right seat and feels absolute S-class ridiculousness with the reclining electric seats and that legroom/headscpace combination. Makes you rethink brands all of a sudden.
First thought huge, second odd looks but then I thought so is a G-Wagon but this half the price. So I had a second look at this 5 meter long monster. It’s practical and for the price you do get a lot including big cup holders for Ginny. The id buzz springs to mind as a alternative to carry a large family around but it’s limited range and lack of performance would make me think. Not for me but I think we will see a few of these around London and on the school run.
Really good review here, but it’s very expensive and it would be interesting to see what the actual range figures would be for the target “audience” ie a 4-5+ family on a fully laden journey, considering you can pick up a 7 seater Kodiaq for half the price, you could plant a lot of trees for £35K…
Won’t look quite so attractive wedged into UK parking spaces in the supermarket. It may look pretty up a Spanish mountain and it might pollute less than a conventional barge but is just as dangerous to pedestrians in town (where they will be used).

We have an XC90 T8 PHEV and I've been thinking about when we need to replace it. I love the amount of space it has and it's a great car, but we are debating going fully electric with both cars. Whilst this would be a great option: I think it would be more sensible to get something smaller for our day to day and if absolutely necessary, hire a large car for longer trips (maybe once a year). It's a really tough one, but I want to try to follow the philosophy of getting a smaller car and keeping it for the lifespan of that car.
You can not ignore the fact of when you get to drive this (go and do that). The absolute BOSS-feeling this car gives while driving is unmatched. I was lucky to drive this couple of days ago and a BMW iX and a Model X felt like a peasants car.
