Chef Yankel - I often do as you have shown, and it is the proper way, in my opinion. Just a heads up, as to a good pair of kitchen shears, I highly reccomend the Oxo ones, as not only are they as good as any, but, by a simple twist, the blades come apart for a complete cleaning, as well, being dishwasher safe. Good vid, dude.

Another great demo from Chef Yankel that I'm looking forward to trying but where's the butter recipe? Yankel talked about, said it would be linked in the description and nothing.

I love butcher box, I have been with you guys for about 6 months and enjoy the meat so much. I especially like the teaching videos on TH-cam. I am blind and everything is spelled out to the letter degrees of temp etc. how things look feel smell all of that is spelled out. You can’t do it any better. Thanks
