But I would argue that you Orthodox have historically interpreted universal jurisdiction and the teachings of Vatican I too harshly. For example, none of Francis' heretical teachings are from the chair of Peter and would never be considered binding. There are examples of universal primacy of the Pope in the first millenium. A lot of the schism was because the caesaropapist-heretical leaning Greek party got control in the East. I don't know a lot of details off the top of my head, but Eric Ybarra has a lot of good material on this matter.

I’m not a Catholic but in 2012 I was baptized and at the end of 2012 I was baptized in the Spirit and fire. I didn’t understand what was going on and continued in sin. In 2014 the Lord fulfilled Joab 33:14-30. I began having nightmares and suddenly had revelation that I was living an evil life. I went to a church near me and confessed what was going on and my sin. They anointed me, prayed for me and before I let His Spirit came and rested on me. After that He asked me in my sleep “How can a man be saved?” I woke up crying and said “I’m not the judge!” Three times and heard someone pound on my front door twice. No one was there (Rev. 3:20). That’s when Joab 33:14-30 was finished and I had a dream of being chased into a cave and standing next to a huge angel who sprayed the bear with mace. A mace is a Kings scepter. I’ll never understand how denominations try to box the Father in after everything Jesus Christ did to redeem men back to Him. He brought men out of lies into a relationship with His Father and men say “No, you can’t be a true Christian unless you’re with us.” Forget the true concerns believers have about certain Catholic practices that are not in the Bible but you all say are. We still have to be Catholic. I promise that you’re wrong. What you Catholics do with Mary is seen by soooo many as worship. You cause division over something Jesus never taught. You all also take Luke 10:16 and twist it to bring men under your authority. That verse was talking about men hearing the Apostles. When I read I hear what they’re saying. I hear well enough to know there’s absolutely no reason to pray to dead saints. I also know that babies should not be baptized. I also know the Lord didn’t say “You must worship the Father in the Catholic Church.” He did say His Father was looking for those who would worship Him in Spirit and in truth. I also know if anyone calls on the name of the Lord they will be saved. John 3:16 has been turned into for God so loved the Catholic Church that if anyone believes in it and prays to Mary they’ll be saved.
And you are so far from truth. Eventually a matter of missing grace and knowledge which you only need to ask and search for. May you let God work full on you.

She can distribute this grace that Jesus has merited, to whomever, whenever and however she pleases, including to non-Catholics. I’m not a Catholic but in 2012 I was baptized and at the end of 2012 I was baptized in the Spirit and fire. I didn’t understand what was going on and continued in sin. In 2014 the Lord fulfilled Joab 33:14-30. I began having nightmares and suddenly had revelation that I was living an evil life. I went to a church near me and confessed what was going on and my sin. They anointed me, prayed for me and before I let His Spirit came and rested on me. After that He asked me in my sleep “How can a man be saved?” I woke up crying and said “I’m not the judge!” Three times and heard someone pound on my front door twice. No one was there (Rev. 3:20). That’s when Joab 33:14-30 was finished and I had a dream of being chased into a cave and standing next to a huge angel who sprayed the bear with mace. A mace is a Kings scepter.
I’ll never understand how denominations try to box the Father in after everything Jesus Christ did to redeem men back to Him. He brought men out of lies into a relationship with His Father and men say “No, you can’t be a true Christian unless you’re with us.” Forget the true concerns believers have about certain Catholic practices that are not in the Bible but you all say are. I hear well enough to know there’s absolutely no reason to pray to dead saints. I also know that babies should not be baptized. I also know the Lord didn’t say “You must worship the Father in the Catholic Church.” He did say His Father was looking for those who would worship Him in Spirit and in truth. I also know if anyone calls on the name of the Lord they will be saved. John 3:16 has been turned into for God so loved the Catholic Church that if anyone believes in it and prays to Mary they’ll be saved.

From my perspective, Pope Francis is spreading message that the real Truth does not need to prove and protect itself. The real Truth does not pretend to be "right". The real Truth is incompatible with arrogance, intolerance, hostilities and violence.
