I still remember my first experience trying Malort at a convention in Milwaukee pre-pandemic with this lovely lady from Chicago who brought Malort with her and offered me some. Later that night, some of my friends apologized profusely for not finding me sooner to stop me from that particular life choice.

Just tried the bottle I got from my brother, I was suprised how smooth and mellow it was compared to all the crap it gets. Really nice and smooth and then a soft bitter blanket rests on your tounge for a while. It was quite nice actually.
The "Hard Sell" cocktail, made with Malort, is absolutely delicious.
