Wasn't this why Divinus made the wide bore Velvet tips? To have the sound exit the opening unencumbered? It certainly is a novel take on a traditional design but it also requires one to cope with it in order get the most out of it.

Explorer is good for under $200ish, but these are going to be better. Now explorer is more fun though, and you can crank them up loud without fatigue.
Explorer are way easier to love.

Explorer is like a dimmed down version of this one at a much cheaper price, you get an overall similar sound just not as technical
What IEM has the most amount of drivers per side?

Ultimate ears and 64Audio (u18t) both have models with 18 drivers per side.
Ambient Acoustics has their Mad 24 which as in the name, has 24 drivers…😅
