There is literally nothing to set up beyond what is shown here, it'a automatic!
Thank you so much for this video. I think it would have been helpful to show the beginning steps that need to take place when a user downloads the app, sets up an account, etc and then walking us through how to get to accepting payment. Thankfully tech savvy and fast learner and was able to do these things. If it wasn't for your video I would have purchased a POS system. so thank you so much for that.

If the card is not a tap, how do you swipe?
If they have a chip card, you can use the Square reader, see link the description field. Square also sells swipe readers, but swiping is kind of on its way out. Or you can just manually enter in the card number by hand.
The option that’s showing in your app as “pay through iPhone “ is not showing in my app, what to do?
Enter an amount first, and then the tap to pay will show up.

You set up a bank account in Square and the funds will be deposited there.

I use it for work. Tap works sometimes but sometimes credit card doesn’t get detected by my iPhone 15. Is there a certain trick or do you hold it for a certain time limit ?
I haven’t had that, but maybe it depends on your connection to the Internet. You can always enter the card number manually in that scenario as a back up.
My phone asked to set up settings for payment 🤷🏽♀️

How do you charge without the physical card that is stored in Square. I didn’t use to have a prob, now it keeps saying tap to charge. Thanks
Look for the "Manual Card Entry" option. That will allow you to manually enter a card number to charge them.
If persons pays me can i set up it to recive money on my account or i need to have registred company account opened like? Does it work same as someone wants to send me money on my acc but instead they tap on my phone?
The funds go to your bank account.

What to do if a card does not have contactless chip? Reader does not work at all on mine: only wants the contactless on phone.
