hello..i always enjoy your videos and have some questions...when your out diving off the beaches are you and other swimmers protected from sharks..are there like underwater fences...also you were surprised by the ray that gave you a shock...have you ever been surprised by anything much bigger and more dangerous....thx for the vids..have a great day...

She was so cute when you found her ring! Loved when the octopus grabbed the lens. The fish looked like it was wearing army fatigues 😁 to bad they don't put a display out of all the garbage found to remind people to bring a bag to dispose all their trash, then drop it on the way out. You're a good steward for mother earth. When I was younger there was a commercial about litter that had a American Indian with a tear rolling down his face. It woke people up. Thanks for sharing.

Aloha Michael! I'm a new sub, I live near Poipu beach, Kauai, nicknamed;" The new Waikiki".At the shop where I work, many sad tourists/newlyweds would inquire if we have any metal detectorists here. Sadly, as far as I've heard, we don't. Often, these visitors would buy replacement rings from us!👍

Way to go in bringing a smile to that woman. How about going on a hunt in the Society Islands, the main islands of Tahiti. I was there snorkeling recently and had a ball, virtually dragging myself by my hands in the shallowest spots. Found a few coins and rings. Not far from Papeete. I am certified too, but no dive or metal detecting equipment. We shall hope this Covid 19 crisis ends soon.

Just like to give you a warning to be careful with octopuses admittedly the one that had bitten me was a large deep sea octopus it took 4 large guy's to cut it off me as it was continually biting my hand and arm had to be there to realize just how dangerous it was especially being 2 days away from any land . It's beak was the size of a very large parrot and let me tell you it was extremely painful i steer clear of any octopus these days. Love your video's mate keep up the great work

what you do for folks in this day and age is out of the world. bring back lost items that mean the world to them is great... I love your channel for that one reason and seeing people's eyes light up and their heart glow with happiness...
this world needs more of what you do.
as for that pendent that you found to put it in a sonic cleaner and see if it has an ID number on it. since you know who made it and what group they should have a logbook of the name of the person that the pendent went to with whare that person lived at and you can track down the family history line to see who is living to this day. it just might be the biggest long shot in history but it would be fun as hell to do that. or you could post an ad in the paper or get ahold of the news with this find.

That old pendant originally had the name of the recipient engraved on it, along with the date that it was awarded. Might be too corroded to see but...
