I notice in the video that you use a sanding stick to flatten the row of segments. How would it work if you installed a sanding disk made of Corina on the tail stock to do the flattening?

If you use Tite Bond Thick and Quick (set time is 5 seconds) it wouldn't matter which technique you use, the pieces will bond a lot quicker.

Do you have a source for the steel washers, and bearing used in the jig?

Is the third method the Seg-Easy plate? I purchased one, but I have not used it yet.
