When you said that it took you 13 years to go from being a single teen mom living under the poverty line to a Yale law educated attorney making a 6 figure salary, it hit me hard. That is something to be so proud of, and it makes me super proud of you as a fellow lawyer mom. ❤️
My goals by the end of 2020 are: 1. Go to bed at 11 pm and get up at 7 am 2. Grow my emergency fund to $2500 (currently at $1800) 3. Lose 10 pounds by restricting my eating hours from 7 am to 7 pm and exercising at least 10 minutes a day.
I’ve disconnected from social media to shift my focus to more meaningful friendships/relationships. Not everyone needs access to your life. Also adding to the emergency fund.
My one main goal is to wake up at 5:00/5:30 everyday. This directly effects my spiritual, financial, mental, physical health goals, so I think I’ll do one main goal and maybe 2 or 3 mini goals.
@@amberpowell5826 omg you're writing a book, that's like the coolest thing ever and probably something i gave up on some time ago. i wish you the best luck on your goals and i hope you can finish and publish your book ❤️✊🏼
@@azrinaahmad6548 thankss! I've been trying to decide at what time i should go to bed to actually be efficient and not a zombie. would definitely try 10pm ❤️
@@dreamchaser5758 no, my bill payments are already automated. I’ve finally created a spreadsheet with all of my financial details so I’m automating my savings transfers and CC payments. I was pretty nervous about it because I work retail so my pay isn’t always consistent, but I was checking my bank account almost every day because I was so anxious that I would do my math wrong.
My goal is to finish my weight loss journey. I've lost 55 pounds so far in 2020 through different types of fasting. Slipped up for three months from July through September and I'm ready to finish the year off strong by reaching my weight loss goal.
I applaud you for making your body healthier by losing the extra weight. Are you doing this with the vision of being a mom who can play with your kids without dragging the extra weight around with you? How are you going to maintain your weight loss journey going forward? I ask because I am wanting to maintain my own weight loss. I’m finding myself making excuses to myself for why I deserve this extra serving because I got up earlier or some other reasons. Thanks.
@@kimpuchek1956 you could out good healthy snacks in your house for rewards so it won't have bad results. The more attractive you make low fat foods fruit & veggie plates makes it more desirable & fun too!!😍😍🏡😀
@@kimpuchek1956 thank you for your warm words! Honestly I have a problem with food. Been a food addict for as far back as I can remember. The only way I see myself maintaining this weight is through a complete change in the way I eat. Since I tend to eat more at dinner, I'm making a permanent life style change to eating only once per day. For the days I end up eating more than once I will be sure to adjust portions accordingly. But there's no way I can go back to eating 3 meals per day. That doesn't work for me. I hope you will find a path that works for you☺
I want to get more sleep, exercising to get physically fit, and less complaining at work. This will be my 60 Day Challenge since I'm just watching this video on Halloween 😊
What really resonated with me is balance between peace of mind and accomplishing goals because I value peace of mind but I don’t accomplish my goals. I need to work on one goal at a time. I need to work on night routine for sleep.
Goal was to get a second job to pay off my house. Realized, best to stay home and not risk it. Plus my main job has been more stressful, busy, and just too much. I do quarterly goals. But the “main” goals been put on pause. Now my focus is to be at peace, happy, anxiety and depression free. So I’ll be making smaller to do lists, accepting it’s okay that I’m not being my over productive self, continue to hit the gym daily in the am to avoid crowds, start reading again, and pick up French lessons.
Friendly reminder to all the weight loss goal people: performance goals are so much more motivating and satisfying than either a number (lbs) or an ideal body shape in mind. This is because it often takes a lot longer than expected to see results and it's the regular habits that cause the healthier changes. A # goal is more about the end point than the journey; such as "do 10 pushups, run 5 minutes, left 15 lbs 30xs, cook 2 healthy meals x/week). And personally it was really demoralizing for myself when I worked out consistently for 2 months and didn't see much of a difference (body shape and lbs) but I did feel stronger. Now that I focus on the performance goals and how I feel, it makes the weekly habits MUCH easier to stick with and enjoy. Eventually you will see the results but don't expect dramatic results that will stick in less than a year. And our body types vary so that 1 fit person doing the same excersizes and diet as another may still not look the same. So good luck everyone
New at your channel and let me tell you I agree with you. It took me 10 years to make 2 of my dreams a reality. Most of my family would tell me “ you are lucky” but I would think. It’s not luck. It 10 years of working hard from 7am to 9-10 pm. Dealing with everything you can think of working on a medical facility.. but I made my dream come true. Owning my house. Mortgage free and enjoying my two daughters under 7 years of age. Next step my own small business.. 😊.. thank you for all your advice.. 😊
The last 3 years have heavily decimated my mental health, so my main goals this year are to meditate consistently (to improve my patience and stress management), return to weekly individual therapy (to help me heal through personal traumas, as well as have an impartial and emotionally unaffected perspective at my disposal), and consistently wake up in the morning (so I can become more focused and productive.) Mastering these smaller goals will set the foundation I'll need to reach my larger goals. I've made it to 1 month of consistent morning meditation, and have begun adding nighttime meditation to my daily routine as well. I've started researching licensed practices in my healthcare network and made a list of numbers to call. I've awakened early and gone to bed early 4 days in a row this week. Your morning routine video was incredibly practical, motivating, and relaxing. I've utilized every tip and my profiency with time management has improved tenfold in only a week. As an insomniac and natural night owl, mornings used to be my greatest enemy; they were absolutely miserable and tiring. Once I realized my motivation to complete disagreeable tasks dissapated at nighttime, I began to see mornings as a necessity for me to be healthier and more productive. I want to make sure I thank you so much for everything that you share with us. Most of my tribe exists in online communities because I don't currently have a network of people who are as disciplined and great at mentoring as you in my personal life. You're like the big sister I am for others, that I need as well. You are well appreciated and celebrated in my home.😊
For the next 60 days (I'm just finding this video lol) I would like to work on: 1. Losing weight (10lbs minimum) 2. Having a proper morning routine 3. Staying in tune and check with my finances
2020...year full of surprises and re affirmation about how God has everything already planned for you. My best year so far!! COVID-19 change my life for better and I am very thankful and excited for everything else that's coming my way. I have 3 goals to accomplish by the end of this year 1. Move into my new home and decorate, unpack and organize 100% 2. Pass my DANB CDA test by December 3. Back to my daily 90 min walk, cook and pack my food to finish my diet journal from 158.8 to 125...and maintain for life . 🙏 I can't wait to see what is 2021 has on storage for me
My goal is to have a nice back before January 2021. Back fat be gone! I have been getting up early to exercise and eating really healthy so i will continue and be consistent. I like your video and your voice :)
I use this last quarter to take note of what worked and what didn’t. I like to ease into my updated/refined goals for the new year. One year this meant I woke up one minute earlier each day for 30 days to ease into my new morning routine time. Great video and right on time!
Wow, what a great thing to try. With a morning routine being almost a ritual to set your day up right, that is such an interesting way to make incremental improvements to an intentional day! I love it!
Love this!! I agree 100%. It’s better to set just 1 goal and actually achieve it...than 3+ goals and make no progress towards any of them. Creating that momentum is so important. I used that method when I was paying off my student loans ages ago - focus on just 1 loan at a time, rather than paying off multiple loans. And, the momentum kept it going...! 😊
I blame the youtube algorithm for not suggesting me this earlier but here are my 60 day goals (bc im kinda late lol)- 1. *Tone down/stop my procrastination tendencies* (i waste away at least 6-7 hours everyday bc of this bad habit of mine sigh) 2. Finish 2 subjects for my finals (1 for 1 month) Strangely im kinda motivated for this so let’s get ittt
I have lots of goals but I want to take your advice and start with one for now. My goal is to keep my house cleaner. I need to think about how to make that more specific. I just bought a new EC Lifeplanner and have been binge watching videos to help me get motivated to actually use it this year! I have watched several of your videos and I really enjoy your content. Thank you! I’m so glad I found you!!!
The way you talk is what makes you special..your voice is so soothing and I felt really relaxed and blessed to stumble upon this video.thank you Soo much for sharing such a important message with us🥰🥰
Thanks so much for this video. 2020 has been so miserable for me career wise, but I feel guilty feeling this way because so many people are without work. However, I have to make major changes not only for my career, but my health and wellness. They’ve all been seriously negatively affected this year. I feel so overwhelmed and sad most days. I will be using these tips to reset my life and career. I’m not sure how I will make it if I don’t.
Yes please, a reset. This is much needed and I must thank you for this video. I am definitely on a mission to reset and move forward in the right direction no matter what.
My goals next year are to: 1) Pay down my HELOC (will be planning the actual amount) 2) Increase Net Worth 3) Have 12+ New life experiences - could be traveling to a new area, trying a new activity, etc. 4) Read More 5) Exercise more / Strength building 6) Increase creation of TH-cam videos!
I’ve really changed in 2020. My goals are Vastly different than they were in 2019 and before. I used to want all the latest stuff. For some weird reason don’t care. Now, i want most of all savings and a plan to move. Tremendous true change. Each day i am changing.
My goals for 90 Days: 1) List 150 New items on my eBay boutique. Closer to project forever home. 2) Read 3 books. Or finish the three books I’ve been trying to read since May. 3) Attend the gym 3/4 a week for mental health wellness. Thank you for the video! Xx
I procrastinated so much in 2020(for many obvious reasons) that I felt overwhelmed even trying to set goals for 2021. This video was very helpful in getting me started! thank you!
You nailed it on the things I need to Conquer: More sleep by setting bedtime, Incorporate More Consistent exercise on daily basis at least 15 minutes, and Read more books to gain knowledge and happiness about being a Life-long learner! Thanks so much for simplified steps this will assist me and the clients I serve.
I had heard about this 90 day goal setting in November 2019. So, in January, I began. I started with 5 goals, however, this was just a little bit difficult to keep up with. Example, #1 goal was to declutter 5 things a day. The first few days were good. Once back to work, I found it difficult. So at the end of the first quarter, I re-evaluated and chose to declutter 1 a day. Now, there are days when I declutter 5-10 one day, 2 the next, 0 the next3 day, etc. I do like this idea. Thanks for sharing and reaffirming that it's okay to do this
My 30-day goal for December is to get better sleep, lose weight & get fit by detoxing, eating clean & exercising gently (squats & treadmill). So far it's going great, I'm sleeping like a baby and my skin looks great. Extra benefits are food prepping is a breeze, the food I eat is delicious & my food budget is way lower than when I randomly cooked whatever without goals.
My only goal for the rest of 2020 (other than work and school responsibilities) is to finally finish unpacking/organizing my bedroom. I moved over the summer and I've already had to rearrange my stuff twice because my new room is way smaller, but I've been inching my way through decluttering and replacing old items. I've got obviously physical and financial limits to this, but I've also spent the past two days debating about hanging a floating shelf because I don't trust myself to put the anchor in the wall correctly and THAT'S what I'm trying to overcome in the next 90 days.
I wanted to accomplish something that is very uncomfortable. I started my youtube channel. If my days were 'normal' I would have never taken this chance for sure. It's new and I'm learning and that is great. Most of all, I'm strengthening my brain cells. Thanks for all your advice and encouragement.
Thank you for this video. Let's go for 30 days of : 1 - Reading the press every morning. 2 - Eating vegetables at least once a day. 3 - Sticking to a strict skincare routine. November is going to be great 💪
My goal is to complete one full month of a workout program I bought MONTHS ago or at least move my body for 30+ minutes, 5 days per week. Before 2020, it was no big deal for me to be physically active every day and I didn't feel like myself without it because workouts were integrated so seamlessly into my routine. Let's get back to it!
My long term goals are: - Being a nurse. - Running a marathon (endurance) - Being able to do a handstand (strenght) My goals for 2020 have been: - Finish 2. semester - Running 5k without a break (done) - Doing 2 pushups with good form (done) My goals for 2021 are: - Finish 4. semester. - Running 5k under 30 minutues. - Running 10k without a break - Doing a forearmstand. - Doing 10 pushups with good form. - Doing 1 pullups. - Doing 1 tricep dip.
you are so confident it makes me confident 55 days until January 1st here's my goals: 1) I am starting a cookie business! I'm gonna bake, decorate and sell beautiful Christmas gingerbreads. the idea is kind of freaks me out right now, but I have wanted to try this for a long time. i really hope everything is going to be okay! wish me luck xx 2) I am stretchhhhhhing at least two times a day. and dance twice a week with Ryan Heffington and do yoga with Adriene everyday! my body needs me to move MORE 3) I am eating more various vegetables and meals in , not only potatoes and bread. that's it! we can do this, guys
Great book about setting goals every 12 weeks is The 12 Week Year, it stresses execution and accountability of goals, great shift in thinking from 1 year goals. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and your way of doing your goals!
My husband and I just started working on saving for a down payment for a house, now that we both have good paying jobs and can afford to put away good chunks of money every month. Wish us luck, though... we live in the DC area, so you know well how expensive it is to buy around here!
Redecorating and organizing my home is my focus for the end of this year. Going to target my office and creating a family photo gallery wall in my family room area
Great advice on goal setting! It is so easy to get overwhelmed by the "big picture." Even one week at a time goals can be so powerful in terms of hitting that overall goal and not giving up due to "failure."
I needed this. I have been lagging on tackling ONE goal I’ve had riding my tail since July. Thanks you for the tips and encouragement! 💕I know I’m not the only one who needed this boost!
I actually started thinking about this before my video and already have my goals. One big tip: say you want to build three different habits and your schedule is built in a way that you can do them all right after each other. Then you should spend 3 weeks to a month on the first habit before adding the next and keep going like this. It worked wonders for me. So my goals are keeping my stretching routine so I make progress on my splits, finishing my dutch course on duolingo and writing the first draft of a novel. I have been quite rigorous about my duolingo for a while and then just added a splits routine afterwards about a month ago and then a couple of days ago I started to write right after the splits routine and as of right now, it works really really well. I also have a number of other things I want to keep at, eg playing two instruments, but since they need a lot less motivation I don’t add them into my routine but just do them whenever and that also feels really good cause especially playing the piano always gives me a lot of strength and releases a lot of stress
My goal is to learn more batch cooking recipes that are not too stressful to make and that I will enjoy for multiple days. If Covid 19 taught me anything, it was that I want to improve my skills in homecooking.
Love your outlook and yes, definitely no need to be too hard on ourselves. Sleep is always one of my top priorities - especially after a serious struggle with insomnia. I just feel so much better after sufficient sleep. Also want to get back to exercising to tackle that back pain and grow my podcast further. I feel like IRL we’d relate on so many levels, also prior single, teenage mom here, got my degree as a single mom, now remarried in a biracial marriage. I find your channel and journey to be very inspirational. Sending you much love ❤️
Maxing out my roth IRA by end December. My first time doing it this year and I'm half way there, but for the last 3 months I would like to be more intentional. Also exercise more after work- these are my 2 goals
End of 2020 goals (from priority to would be nice): - I'll finish the remaining ep to my short story webtoon - Get back my morning routine (oh journaling and yoga how I miss you!) - Chill, seriously chill, in December but remember to apply for your LLC :D
This is the first sit down and chat video I have ever watched on TH-cam. It was worth it. You held my attention the entire time. You were clear and stayed on topic. What a great speaker you are! So practical and applicable. Thank you so much for helping!❤️💟❤️
Goals that I will make in 2021: - Be spiritually align - Eat healthier food - Exercise 4-5 times a week - Meditate - Read 1 book a month - Save 10k£ - Buy a house
I love the tips and transparency that you share in this video! I am definitely guilty of setting TOO many goals! And I feel that I could do a better job of really cutting some of my tasks.
Thank you for this video. I need to hear from people who have had to overcome to get where they are and you are one of those people. I can really appreciate the advice you give and it inspires me bc you speak from having had to work really hard. I'm working on my goals for the reminder of the year after watching your video! I was over 2020 but it was a reminder that I can still work towards goals with the time remaining.
haha I have exactly the same problem! I'm finding it hard to get up at 5 or get up and feel energetic. I'm skipping my morning workouts and then of course later in the day I don't work out. My problem is more with eating foods I'm sensitive too and its leaving me tired... Heres to 90 days without my trigger foods and 90 days with a goal to workout every second day minimum!
My goal is to get more sleep, 7 hours at the very least so I can wake up earlier and work out to gain weight and learn a design skill so I can get an internship by April next year. This video really helped, been feeling overwhelmed and pressured cos I set so many things to do in such a short amount of time. Thanks
Has anyone's 2020 turned out the way they planned? Over in this house, we've definitely inflated our waistlines and alcohol consumption because of the pandemic stress. Especially since we are immunocompromised, we're really having to rethink our social obligations and gym visits which has lead to some unhealthy stress-handling discussions. I am grateful our jobs are both paying us well and we're able to ride out the storm that is the 2020 Pandemic. He's also only two classes away from finishing his bachelor's degree. I've been working on trying to refinish the house so that by the end of the next year I can convert this into a rental. Trying to make lemonade from the rotten lemons that is 2020. My husband-to-be and I can only do one episode of Lovecraft Country a week. It takes too long for us to process all of the details/discoveries within. We're also ardent fans of Lovecraft Country Radio podcast. Ashley C Ford is a national treasure and she really helps provide context.
Im so glad a friend sent me a link to one of your financial videos. I love the content of this one as well 😄i believe your wisdom is God’s answer to my prayers to help get on track🙌🏽🙏😅❤️ Maaan i used to celebrate being spontaneous but i now know i was waaaaaay out of balance with it. Its a real challenge for me to keep a schedule but i am not giving up! Thankyou for sharing your life to better others🤗🤗
What do you know? i just started on my very first "12 Week Year"! The system comes from a popular book which you probably already know about. I have 3 goals: 2 personal and 1 business. One of the personal goals ia about health and wellbeing and the other is about create the right home environment for me. The "business" goal relates to where I am in my working life and that is relatively speaking quite close to retirement - but I need to focus attention on making a more comfortable and secure retirement possible for me. I'll see how it all pans out. I think 3 month goal-setting is easier to conceptualise than annualised thinking broken down into goals. I've subscribed and will enjoy hearing more from this channel.Thank you for your content!
In the spring I dealt with the lockdown by working out and dieting and I lost weight and toned up a bit. I’ve also been reading and listening to audiobooks. In this present time, I told myself that I will have a “dry” November as well as cutting out social media completely. Maybe I’ll just extend it to 90 days. I really need to start cleaning more in my routine. Since being back at work I only clean like once a week and I hate how my place looks
I saw ladies say the weight melts off great with walking & changing their eating habits to good healthy snacks to keep 8n the house instead of bad foods. Going for a walk has never been so well valued to get out the house 🏠 & refresh our selves since Covid-19 has trapped people indoors.😍😃😊
My goal is to be more intentional in practicing my dancing! I started taking online dance lessons since Covid started and while I do practice one a week (during class time) in order to really get good at it I need to be practicing at least 3 times a week (not including class day!)
I do want to read more and be online less. Previously I read during my commute to and from work and I was offline during that time. Now that I work remotely, I move from my "office" aka my living room to my bedroom and watch TH-cam for two hours... I haven't finished any of the books I started this year. Need to change that.
One of my goals is to not be on my phone as much. I tend to get carried away while on social media instead of living in the moment and enjoying the NOW.. I also need at least 8 hrs of sleep to function. I get in bed early and on my phone I’ll go and time passes quickly and the boom it’s midnight.
My 90-day Goals will be to Exercise More and Consume Fewer Calories to Lose Weight and be Healthier---exceptions being Holiday Dinners and hopefully only a few Treats.
Wow! I wish I would have stumbled upon this a couple of months ago. But, nevertheless, will be so helpful for my changing year's plans and resolutions. I'm truly grateful. Thanks ❤️

And our body types vary so that 1 fit person doing the same excersizes and diet as another may still not look the same. So good luck everyone
we are all patiently awaiting the hair routine video because it is literally always on 100

My goals are to be healthy, speak English, have a job, and get my citizenship next year. Thanks 🌹
Good luck!

Thank you for this video! I am 7.3k away from being consumer debt free.
That’s awesome! Congrats. Paid off 20,000 in 3 to 4 months. Now I am working on paying off the remaining $30,000 in student and car loans
@Lavender Pinkelle Thank you! ☺️
Keep going!
A very good job man! ❤

"The goal here is progress not perfection." LOVE THIS! I'm definitely creating an action plan for the remainder of my 2020!!!💓💓💓
The last 3 years have heavily decimated my mental health, so my main goals this year are to meditate consistently (to improve my patience and stress management), return to weekly individual therapy (to help me heal through personal traumas, as well as have an impartial and emotionally unaffected perspective at my disposal), and consistently wake up in the morning (so I can become more focused and productive.) Mastering these smaller goals will set the foundation I'll need to reach my larger goals.
My 90 day goal is to find a new job 🤞
Good luck!!! I feel you, we'll have our dream jobs 🙏
Work from home Opportunities: Alorica* Conduent, TTEC, LiveOps* (1099)
For the next 60 days (I'm just finding this video lol) I would like to work on:
1. Losing weight (10lbs minimum)
2. Having a proper morning routine
3. Staying in tune and check with my finances
I found this today November 1...on a day I set a goal...wow
@@kimkirksey562 😁 goal twins
So true! I am discovering that principle works even for my day! It works!!
🥳🤗✨
I blame the youtube algorithm for not suggesting me this earlier but here are my 60 day goals (bc im kinda late lol)-
1. *Tone down/stop my procrastination tendencies* (i waste away at least 6-7 hours everyday bc of this bad habit of mine sigh)
2. Finish 2 subjects for my finals (1 for 1 month)
Strangely im kinda motivated for this so let’s get ittt
I have lots of goals but I want to take your advice and start with one for now. My goal is to keep my house cleaner. I need to think about how to make that more specific. I just bought a new EC Lifeplanner and have been binge watching videos to help me get motivated to actually use it this year! I have watched several of your videos and I really enjoy your content. Thank you! I’m so glad I found you!!!
The way you talk is what makes you special..your voice is so soothing and I felt really relaxed and blessed to stumble upon this video.thank you Soo much for sharing such a important message with us🥰🥰
Yes! Exactly 🤩🤗✨✨
You are so awesome. Love you and your husband...yes I’m sick of 2020 .. isolated, lonely/ and depressed. I need a new start..
My goals next year are to:
1) Pay down my HELOC (will be planning the actual amount)
2) Increase Net Worth
3) Have 12+ New life experiences - could be traveling to a new area, trying a new activity, etc.
4) Read More
5) Exercise more / Strength building
6) Increase creation of TH-cam videos!
I’m going to steal #3 of your list. Like how you said it!
I’ve really changed in 2020. My goals are Vastly different than they were in 2019 and before. I used to want all the latest stuff. For some weird reason don’t care. Now, i want most of all savings and a plan to move. Tremendous true change. Each day i am changing.
My goals for 90 Days:
1) List 150 New items on my eBay boutique.
This video was very helpful in getting me started! thank you!
My goal is to get back on the work out plan.
3x a week at 9am I will work out for 30 minutes.
Thanks for sharing and reaffirming that it's okay to do this
Needed this! Thank you!

My goals for 2021🎉
1: start my weightloss journey
2: get in the habit of going to bed at 7:00pm and waking up at 5:00am 😊😊❤️
Thank you for this video. Let's go for 30 days of :
1 - Reading the press every morning.
My long term goals are:
- Being a nurse.
- Running a marathon (endurance)
- Being able to do a handstand (strenght)
My goals for 2020 have been:
- Finish 2. semester
- Running 5k without a break (done)
- Doing 2 pushups with good form (done)
My goals for 2021 are:
- Finish 4. semester.
- Running 5k under 30 minutues.
- Running 10k without a break
- Doing a forearmstand.
- Doing 10 pushups with good form.
- Doing 1 pullups.
- Doing 1 tricep dip.
I don't even feel we had a year, so I also don't feel like we're starting a new one and I don't feel excited to start over. I hope your video helps me
My biggest goal for 2020-2021 is better health. I been having some issues. Seeing my doctor this week so we can start working though them.
you are so confident it makes me confident
55 days until January 1st
here's my goals:
1) I am starting a cookie business!
I'm gonna bake, decorate and sell beautiful Christmas gingerbreads. the idea is kind of freaks me out right now, but I have wanted to try this for a long time. i really hope everything is going to be okay! wish me luck xx
2) I am stretchhhhhhing at least two times a day. and dance twice a week with Ryan Heffington and do yoga with Adriene everyday! my body needs me to move MORE
3) I am eating more various vegetables and meals in , not only potatoes and bread.
that's it!
we can do this, guys
Great book about setting goals every 12 weeks is The 12 Week Year, it stresses execution and accountability of goals, great shift in thinking from 1 year goals. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and your way of doing your goals!
My husband and I just started working on saving for a down payment for a house, now that we both have good paying jobs and can afford to put away good chunks of money every month. Wish us luck, though... we live in the DC area, so you know well how expensive it is to buy around here!
That's great. There's lots of programs out there to help you two with getting homes with grants & incentives too. Check it out on internet!!😊😊
Redecorating and organizing my home is my focus for the end of this year. Going to target my office and creating a family photo gallery wall in my family room area
Same here
Oh my gosh same here
Great advice on goal setting!
This is great. The weening off of habits and behaviors that hinder your goals. Really focused on fitness and building my immune system.
I am working on a list of fun things to do to be productive and happy.
I love your point on it not having to be all or nothing, small goals are just as important!
Maxing out my roth IRA by end December. My first time doing it this year and I'm half way there, but for the last 3 months I would like to be more intentional. Also exercise more after work- these are my 2 goals
End of 2020 goals (from priority to would be nice):
- I'll finish the remaining ep to my short story webtoon
- Get back my morning routine (oh journaling and yoga how I miss you!)
- Chill, seriously chill, in December but remember to apply for your LLC :D
This is the first sit down and chat video I have ever watched on TH-cam. It was worth it. You held my attention the entire time. You were clear and stayed on topic. What a great speaker you are! So practical and applicable.
Thank you so much for helping!❤️💟❤️
Goals that I will make in 2021:
- Be spiritually align
- Eat healthier food
- Exercise 4-5 times a week
- Meditate
- Read 1 book a month
- Save 10k£
- Buy a house
You and Joseph are great together! God bless. I love your journey, you're such an inspiration
So true! Listening to her story (it took 13 years from single mom to graduate) feels so inspiring 🤩
haha I have exactly the same problem!
How's it going so far albeit 60 days in?
Needed this reminder! Not sure what I will focus on but will be thinking about it now!
My goal is to get more sleep, 7 hours at the very least so I can wake up earlier and work out to gain weight and learn a design skill so I can get an internship by April next year.
This video really helped, been feeling overwhelmed and pressured cos I set so many things to do in such a short amount of time. Thanks
LOVE your sweater!❤️
It suits her so much. You're beautiful, Tasha.
I didn't change a thing now I'm going to watch this video to help me how to change in 2021
Thanks for this..2020 has been a mess ❤
Ashley C Ford is a national treasure and she really helps provide context.
you are by far the loveliest I have seen in my life
Girl the universe sent you to me I thank the TH-cam algorithm
Just what I needed - thanks! My goals are to make healthy meals at home and read more.
The best video of 2020 I need to lose the weight I gained and some more. Reset health, love and finance
Im so glad a friend sent me a link to one of your financial videos. I love the content of this one as well 😄i believe your wisdom is God’s answer to my prayers to help get on track🙌🏽🙏😅❤️
Maaan i used to celebrate being spontaneous but i now know i was waaaaaay out of balance with it.
I am currently readying this book!
My goals are to finish my real estate online courses with a fantastic score, and schedule and pass my state test!
Good luck 🍀 in waking up earlier and working out Tasha!
I'll be working on getting at least a 30min walk every day :)
That's great! I have been doing Leslie Sansone videos to make sure that I get my 30 minutes in everyday :) I hope that this helps.
My goal is to be more intentional in practicing my dancing! I started taking online dance lessons since Covid started and while I do practice one a week (during class time) in order to really get good at it I need to be practicing at least 3 times a week (not including class day!)
Me too! Sleep and exercise here!
I do want to read more and be online less.
Previously I read during my commute to and from work and I was offline during that time.
Now that I work remotely, I move from my "office" aka my living room to my bedroom and watch TH-cam for two hours...
I haven't finished any of the books I started this year.
Need to change that.
Same boat. I used to read during my lunch and breaks. Now I go to my couch and end up on insta.
Yes, I used to walk on my lunch break now I shut the computer off and get in bed🤦🏾♀️
One of my goals is to not be on my phone as much. I tend to get carried away while on social media instead of living in the moment and enjoying the NOW.. I also need at least 8 hrs of sleep to function. I get in bed early and on my phone I’ll go and time passes quickly and the boom it’s midnight.
I already liked the video. This is my first video and I'm already knowing I'm about to binge watch 🖤🖤🖤🖤
My 90-day Goals will be to Exercise More and Consume Fewer Calories to Lose Weight and be Healthier---exceptions being Holiday Dinners and hopefully only a few Treats.
Right on sistah when it comes to getting skills along the way! 2020 has been full of experiences with skills I thought I did not need... but I did 🤩🥳
Thank you!!
You are so friendly and so pretty and your helpful hints were super helpful for me first time watching much love and appreciation ❤️💕
I truly want to throw the rest of this year away. I’ve got to get out of that mindset
