Hi, thanks for producing such a great and informative channel. We have started over paying our mortgage by only £50 a month (all we thought we could afford) but it still will take 2 years and 4 months off. Our side hustle is an eBay shop which has turned around a nice amount for us in the years we have been doing it. Your side hustle list and your other paying off your mortgage video have rung bells in my head and I am going to up my game in both areas. I am much older than you and if I left my mortgage term as it was we would both have to continue working until we were 74!! Sod that. I have been wracking my brain for more side hustle ideas and ways to pay the mortgage quicker. Finding your channel seems to have answered my prayers all in one. Thanks so much

Hi Ken, Love your content. My sister ran a tuition centre on a Saturday and this worked at very well. Her son started this whilst at university and she took it over. I am going to look into the idea of 'fulfilled by amazon'. I am getting into Shopify by setting up a shop.
Hi Elisabeth Thanks a lot😀. Your feedback and insights are appreciated! Great to hear about your sister's tuition centre. What i like about it is that it pays well once you get it going. I have an eBay side hustle. I buy high end new cosmetic products and sell small samples of them for buyers to decide whether they like the product enough before committing to the full priced item. It’s ideal because I make the money back on the item plus profit and they spend maybe 10% of the rrp and don’t have the concern that they’ve wasted their money if they don’t like it eg. You can’t return a face moisturiser once you’ve opened it.

uber isnt so great in the UK, the vehicle age and insurance requirement makes it too costly to dabble with, you need to put in serious hours to break even on your costs.
@@TheHumblePenny no, i considered it as a side gig. But ive decided to just invest my time marketing my consulting business with seo, i wont get immediate cash but it will pay off in future. I thing amazon delivery is better than doing this. Uber youll need a vehicle at least 6 years or newer, and taxi insurance costs £2000+ per annum. The other option is to rent a vehicle with insurance from a pco hire company for £200 a week. Amazon will allow you to do it with any 5 door car, they provide insurance for you too. I would recommend becoming a driving instructor to earn money onnthe side. A lot of business owners do it on the side. Flexible hours. Just pick up students for when it suits you. Though you will need to be flexible enough to take them to driving tests when the time comes. Thar may be in standard office hours

I'm looking at setting up a side hustle which is nothing to do with my day job, what would be the best way to collect the profit from the other work, would it be just let the money go straight into my personal account and declare the tax at the end of the year in my self assessment or set up a seperate limited company/partnership and put all the profit into the new company?
I have a cooking blog on Wix please advise how do I get more sponsorships? Perhaps wix isnt the best etc I think my biggest issue has been ‘consistently’. I need to work on it. Have a routine and stick to it. I have no excuse really but I come up with one 😔😔😔 I even suggested the baby sitting to my church but didn’t commit to it 😔! Work took over during the week but I could have had the plan, hired a professional etc/ make things cheaper for parents who had complained to me about the expense. Pastor even said it’s ok!

Good video. Cheers. I'll probably try a couple of ideas from it that I have also been thinking about. I'd stay clear off Amazon though, for reasons that cannot be mentioned publicly. Lastly, childcare I'm not so sure, because there's too much governance attached to it - instead I'd say animal care could be worth considering, eg dog walking.

The Humble Penny you discussed in your videos the start up process of having a child care business if you can go in more detail and I’m not sure where to start with a childcare business you stated in video that you need to have a pacific building or church to be eligible.
You're welcome! First you need to find out if there is a market place for that knowledge and who is paying to learn what you're teaching? Individuals? Organisations? Etc. That will help figure out the willingness of the customer to pay and how to market your services to them.
Establish a warm relationship with your clients and tutors. Even then some might still want to do as you fear. However, having your finger on the pulse means that you won't be caught napping and act as a deterrent.
Hi Ken, Thanks for the content. One thing I don't see on the list is reselling, especially finding certain misprices and capitalising on them. I've created a video on the subject if you'd like to check it out. Doesn't have the production value of yours, but the content is there :).
Tax man, laws and loads of issues will bite you on the arse with a few of these ideas. No Joe blogs can become a childminder you have got to have countless checks and H&S is massive. Good luck anyway peeps.
Hi Richard, Yes and no. No business opportunity avoids the tax man nor rules and regs. They're part of the process but can be understood and ultimately used to achieve ones goals.
Thank you for the video. Do you know if there is any ways i can get a loan ? I really could do with some extra money to pay for some healthcare treatment. I am working full time but with the cost of living still struggling. I would be super grateful for some help. I have a laptop and a couple of hours of daily free time. I lost my two front teeth in a car accident and want to get it sorted . It's going to cost around £3,000, and it would change my life, as you would not believe. I am currently working in a office full time and sometimes do removals on the weekend. I would get it done if I got into finance, but i ruined my credit rating years ago with bad life choices. I'm just a genuine hard-working guy and would be super grateful for some help. Word's can't describe how happy i would be for some help.
My side Hustle is Fiverr, similar but different to up-work, and one can do many many things from voice overs, to doing CV's etc etc...However you do pay 20% of all you make inclusive tips, and they do not guarantee your position in the search when people look up for your services...Ie me I have been there over 7 years and have perfect stats so normally I came top on searches (as per an algorithm they have to position your gigs) however every so often they do what is called a rotation, in my case i ended up last on the searches which has resulted in my income dropping to zero...so yes is very good when it works but is not very reliable....however this allowed me to do some savings and pay off my mortgage early.Cheers bud liked your advice here.
What an amazingly informative video! Thank you Ken and your team for this. I am looking for a side hustle and hope to take up one of these. God bless your business.

Nice! Thanks, Sizwe! 😀
Great, informative video.
Thanks! Check out our latest one 😊
Thank you x
Thank you Ken
You are very welcome!
Hi Ken. Tha is for this wonderful video. I would like to start teaching some courses in health and social care as side hustle. How do I go about it?
You're welcome! First you need to find out if there is a market place for that knowledge and who is paying to learn what you're teaching? Individuals? Organisations? Etc.
That will help figure out the willingness of the customer to pay and how to market your services to them.
@@TheHumblePenny Thank a lot
i intend to make money through fashion training
Hi I’m thinking of hiring a classroom for tutoring, but I’m worried the tutor once it set up could just do it themselves
You won't know until you try.
So true, damn you fear!
That's the spirit!
Establish a warm relationship with your clients and tutors. Even then some might still want to do as you fear. However, having your finger on the pulse means that you won't be caught napping and act as a deterrent.
Great video
Cheers, Lornie. Check out our most recent one too 😀

Super! 😊
Where’s the book 📚💯🙋🏿♂️?

I love the child care option
Hi Ken, Thanks for the content. One thing I don't see on the list is reselling, especially finding certain misprices and capitalising on them. I've created a video on the subject if you'd like to check it out. Doesn't have the production value of yours, but the content is there :).
Many great ideas there Ken. Do you think of these as 'ASSETS'?
Tax man, laws and loads of issues will bite you on the arse with a few of these ideas. No Joe blogs can become a childminder you have got to have countless checks and H&S is massive. Good luck anyway peeps.
Hi Richard,
Yes and no.
Anyone know of any good side hustles?
Thanks a lot, Elleni!
Quality as usual. ✅💯👊🏾🤑💵💷👍🏾

Illegal activity is the only way to make serious money
Jolh00 I totally disagree with your idea that illegal activity is the only way you can make money.
Great stuff. Thank you!
