Luke is great about giving Julie a lot of credit, but I'd like to give a shoutout to Luke, because his work keeping the estate going to keep the bills paid so that the patron money and grants can go to the renovations is superb! This was the first time I'd heard of the biomass plant, and WOW! Five buildings! How amazing is that? Luke, we really appreciate all you do. If not for your work behind the scenes, none of the renovations would be possible.

Me too. I even have a connection--I once knew some friends who lived in Bridport.
put in a woodfire stove to heat the whole building - you can use the wood from the property
Maybe not such a good solution for an AirBnB rental since many people won't know how to use it, plus dangerous for kids unaccustomed to a hot stove.
Simply include that in the rental contract. So many people would enjoy a small wood fire.
