Tyson said he did not lift weights until after he got out of prison, so he would be about 29 years old. He never lifted under Cus or Kevin Rooney. Even when he went to a health spa he only used the excercise bikes.
Yah it's right, that's a mistake from me, I got wrong information from a site. Next time I will shure tha the information is jenuin.
Where did you read that he did deadliftd and pull ups ? I thought he didnt touch weights except for shrugs when he was under cus and rooney

Well Tyson himself ina documentary I watched he did say he started lifting weights from a young age because he was in that place for bad kids when he was young In new York that’s his words
@@merrickray3810 i did read in his autobiography that he used to bench once (10 times 250 lbs iirc) when he was in the prison for kids but that's it never heard him mention barbell squats or deadlifts. you can find a video of him doing barbell squats in the end of his career though
