Short answer: the ryzen 7 4800h is better than ryzen 5 5600h.
But it depends if u want a good cpu and fast performance go for the ryzen 7 4800h and if for some reason u like ur games a little slow i guess u can go for the ryzen 5 5600h
Theres also the difference in Price in my opinion the ryzen 7 4800h is perfect for its price as in my country the price for ryzen 7 4800h is only 3000 TK more

I found laptop Acer nitro 5 with rtx 3060 2tb ssd 16gigs of ram and it only costs 1400$
And I found another one which is Asus rog strix g15 rtx 3050 16gigs of ram 1tb ssd and it costs 1350$ and what do yall think? I need a laptop that could last for more than 3/4 years with high performance fps. What is yall suggestions
Ofcourse the Nitro one, Because in this you are getting 3060 and it is definitely better than 3050 even if it is 95w,
By the way, if it is Nitro 5's 3060 95w then you will have to compromise in the settings, only then it will be able to play the game on the better FPS.
And I think even better 3060 laptops can be found in 1400$ (140w ones).

Brother, let me tell my personal, then I do not care about brands, just its specs and performance should be good.
And gigabyte has not been that good in my region and you don't even get the MUX switch in the RTX 3050 variant and the temp is also high in gigabyte, so nitro is better.

I'm considering getting the asus rog strix g15 with ryzen 7 4800h vs the acer nitro 5 with ryzen 5 5600h. They are both at the same price, and I think the aesthetics of the strix g15 is a lot better. But performance is still very important, so which do you think is a better deal
If you have any better suggestions in the same price range, that would be very helpful
ofcourse ROG, first of cz the CPU and the second is cooling and build is far better than nitro.
And in the same price range you can also go with 2022 variant Nitro 5 (i5 12500h+rtx3050) or asus tuf dash f15

@@technicalspider2547 brother according to paper results (geekbench, CinebenchR23) winner is R5 5600h, cz 5600h has higher base clock and has better single core performance.
But according to day to day usage, there does not seem to be much difference between the two.
But the only difference is that Ryzen 7 is an 8 core CPU, so when multiple cores are needed, so it is the winner.
So according to this I think if you have to choose between these two then you should go with 4800H.
I just had one of these strix with 4800h and 2060 here for repair... yeah don't take this laptop please :)

Not on GPU usage, but performance definitely gets less, around 30 to 40%

Absolutely, the Legion 5 will give you better gaming performance than the Strix G15
Only some times 4800h will give more performance, that too in productivity because it is a 8core CPU.
So better than go for legion 5 and also legion has better cooling system than Asus.

First don't go with 1650 GPU, you better go for 5500m and second 5600h and 12450h both are same in performance,
So better go for 5600h with RX5500m

If you want to do gaming then go for dell because it is getting 16gb ram and new gen hardware too, Because 6600h is also enough for gaming, but if you want to do productivity tasks too, than go for Asus, but you will need 16GB of RAM in it.

Want better gaming than RTX 3050ti, But by the way, there is not that much difference between 3050 and 3050 Ti, but still you will get better performance in it.But you also get a mux switch in Legion, which will improve your performance even more and also the better cooling system.
So in the end you should go with Legion.

Is it worth going intel 12th gen for multi media tasks rather than buying ryzen 5000 series or 6000 series? If the 12 gen is at the similar price of course.
Btw I found a lenovo idea gaming pad 3 for 880 dollars in the market ( can't order online from where i am from they don't ship it here) it was 5600h with rtx 3050 256gb ssd and 1tb of HDD. I am going back to the stores to look for more performance only laptops for a budget of 800 dollars what would you recommend? I don't need it to run cyberpunk, GTA 5 60fps is good enough for me that's probably the most powerful game I will play.

So if your work is CPU based then better is 15 Pro but if you want better display then 14 Pro. And the 14 Pro is also slightly less expensive according to the 15 Pro, but overall 15pro is better according to the specs because you will not be able to do 2K level gaming on RTX 3050, So it is better to give preference to the CPU instead of the display. By the way display dono me OLED hi hai bs 14pro me 2K hai aur 15pro me FHD.

Bro first you tell me your requirement for what work you want laptop (hard-core gaming or casual gaming/day to day task and school/office)
If you want for gaming then you go for a better GPU instead of a better processor. (like 3050/3050ti full powered or atleast 3060)
And if you have to do more day to day tasks then Vivo Book is a better option and you will get better screen and battery life in it. But in that you will get low powered GPU and CPU.
And if your work is more productive then go for i7 12700h and with that full powered 3050.

And you can play all the games on 3050 but you have to compromise in the settings.

If you look only at gaming benchmarks, then there will not be much difference, only 5 to 10 fps difference will be there.
But if you look at the multi-core performance, then you will see a lot of difference.

And other gaming laptops get 'H' series processor,That's why I told you that in the same price range when you can get 'H' series processor then why go with 'P' series.

I am considering buying the ASUS TUF A15 FA506ICB RYZEN 7-4800H 8GB 512GB RTX3050 4GB 15" W11 OHS vs Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 15ACH6 | Ryzen 5 5600H 8GB 512ssd RTX3050 4GB. Both are about the same price, and I think the Lenovo Ideapad gaming 3 is much more good. But still performance is very important, so which one do you think is better?
If you are into gaming then yes lenovo is better, if you are looking to buy for productivity then 4800h will get slightly better performance because of 8cores.
So choose according to your need/work.
