6:00 I'm the kind of person who does this too. Probably because i worked at FnB places before and I imagined myself having that situation whereby the customers would clean up their plates before leaving. I know it's my job but this ultimately helps the fast-pace turnovers and clean-ups would be so much quicker. Also, most of the cleaners at hawker centres and coffee shops are unfortunately uncles and aunties la so if this is a way to make their jobs less strenuous for them, I would do it.
