These hearing aids were the last product from Sony that I bought. Right after biting, they stayed in the drawer and I cursed the company for being musically deaf. I didn't use them for a year and nobody even wanted them for free. I discovered your video above and the headphones finally got the quality. Thanks.
But the right ear turns off, once u put the left ear back in the charging case. Which is stupid to me. Right ear pretty much controls the main source.. so how can I just keep my right ear on..
During traveling other person hearing a disturbance noise through my earbud?how to fix it?first i thought it only happens during open vehicle eg.bike ride due to air passage...but same problem happens in a closed car also...
Left earbud doesn’t even power on. When I put it in the case which is charged, all it does is blink red. When I take it out, it doesn’t power on. Any idea what I can do?

Don't buy this shit. My first earbuds had the red light blinking issue. I applied the guarantee and they change for a new ones. Now, these 2nd earbuds lose the BT connection when paired and pass 30 seconds. Very bad product.

Just gonna add this here, heard you may be able to fix it by taking the cap off and fiddling around with some stuff but I didn't give it a go due to warranty. In the end I returned mine and got a replacement, I think that's the only true fix unfortunately

Couldn't you have just verbally announced the settings and gotten rid of that goofy music and the very hard to read script
