All I know is Prince Of Egypt is definitely part of this continuity, haven’t seen much of the movie but in Peabody & Sherman, somebody in Egypt mentions another plague and asks why they even moved to Egypt
fnaf: exists people: oh that game matpat talks about fnaf: dies mort: exists people: oh that character the theorizer talks about mort: becomes stronger
Don't forget that Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts is also a Dreamworks show and that it is literally about a post-apocalyptic future where humans are forced underground and mutant anthropomorphic animals have taken over the surface and there is a scientist trying to suppress the intelligent beasts by turning them back into regular animals. Kipo could be the bridge between Madagascar and the Shrek era because at the end of the series the humans and animals start to live on the surface together, like we see in Shrek
@@lineichen1418 Wow, I didn't even think about that connection, I was mainly focused on the human villain Dr. Emillia, but wow, you're right! Even more Evidence!
Just remembered something from All Hail King Julien: there was an episode where the gang tried to get to the moon. Mort chose to stay behind without his beloved Julien. He intentionally didn’t want to go to the moon!
It'd make sense for the musicians to be the villains. Dreamworks got its footing making a parody movie ripping on every Disney tradition, *especially* musicals. EVERY character who tries to start singing usually ends up having it go horribly wrong. Shrek shuts Donkey's singing up several times. The blue bird explodes. Fiona kicks the crap out of the Merry Men. Music has been treated as the enemy since the beginning, of course the Madagascar franchise would expand on that.
Every time the Theorizer interrupts himself with a grunt I can’t help but wonder if he is being killed by Mort But like he told us earlier he is inoculated thanks to the four wall but as he enters deeper into this theory he becomes more vulnerable to Mort We can only boost his immunity by likening and subscribing
Okay just finished the vid Morts the good guy so the Sky gods are killing The Theorizer So… Theorizer stay off planes until you reach your final conclusion Both Mort and the Sky gods now fight for your loyalty but will just as likely slay you to claim a final win
@@daisyjoy242 Possibility But if I my self was a powerful cosmic force and a being from another dimension started to investigate my realm My two primary options would be to try to gain his loyalty by leading a false trail so they’d come to the wrong conclusion or just ensure enough bread crumbs as to lure them deep enough into my own realm where I’d be able to exterminate them and take their method of dimensional travel and claim victory over the entire multiple verse…
I just realized something VERY interesting about Alex. Why is he the seemingly main character? Why are the Footmen after him specifically, it seems? What if Alex is much more important? Firstly, Alex is a lion, which are often called the king of beasts. Where else have we seen a king? Julian, the vessel of the sky gods! And Alex is beloved (almost with a cult like reverence) by the people of NYC because of his DANCING. But the thing is, Madagascar 2 confirmed that he had an innate love for dance since very early childhood, something that the other lions thought very bizarre (perhaps because they opposed the sky gods?) Either way, Nanna attached Alex ENTIRELY unprovoked at the beginning of the first movie, claiming him a "bad kitty!" Then, the penguins hijack the ship that was supposed to take them safely to Africa (maybe we can get more insight about this the more we learn about the penguins) but Alex and Co. crates fall overboard seemingly by accident. BUT it is the waves and tides that move them toward Madagascar, waves and tides that are controlled BY THE MOON! Actually, wait, the only reason Alex ended up in New York is because OF THE TIDES AS WELL!!! Now, if Madagascar is the sacrificial grounds of the gods, and Alex has a connection to them, why does he hate it there so? Why is it there that his hunger begins to steal his sanity and intellect, making him more "animalistic?" If Nanna is a high ranking footman, why does she attack him? I cannot say, but one thing is for sure upon Alex's first meeting of the lemurs... Mort was TERRIFIED of Alex!!! *edit* I had to return to mention this. Alex's birth name was Alikay (or something) which means it was the Zoo, the Footmen, who named this naturally dancing, Mort scaring lion Alex. The name Alex means "Defender of Mankind..."
It makes sense, death Is not evil, it adds balance to the universe and gives us closure where none could be. We all dread its passing, but the many stories of a strange calmness coming over people before death, or incredible happiness contradict this dread. Without it, nothing would happen, ever. So yes, Mort is the good guy.
I agree he's always been the good guy, theirs something far more evil i the dreamworks universe, but whatever it is it's hiding itself really well, or is it. what do you think.
And let's not forget in Tarot card readings, the Death card does not represent death, it represents CHANGE, the end of one thing to make room for a new thing.
As it's been said a lot of times during these videos, things are not as black and white as they seem I wouldn't exactly call Mort a "good guy" or a "bad" one for that matter, he's just an unstoppable force of nature just like the Sky Gods
I noticed that in episode two of All Hail King Julian, Hector, a lemur who doesn’t like King Julian (at the time) had spent over a year making a match statue. But it isnt just anything, it was actually a scale statue of the Eiffel Tower. I am unsure if it adds up to anything, but if it does, I think that it means that certain people/beasts are on different sides can switch sides, and rejoin them later. I feel like that could definitely work.
If anyone still doesn't believe that the Dreamworks films are connected. There's a new intro for the films which feature the moon kid greeting a bunch of recognizable Dreamworks characters. However, one they left out was Madagascar but that's because they didn't need to. Why, you may ask? It's because the first movie this intro is in front of is Puss in Boots 2 which already features an animal representation of Death!
The only true way to know for sure if all of this is canon/true that mort is some sort of demon/deity is for the creators of the shows and Madagascar in general to reveal info about his character and if it's actually true so we can put this mindfuck of a series to rest.
I really do hope so. +, it kinda already happened. I'm talking about Wonkapiercer (yes, exactly that) - a theory built around to bound Willy Wonka's universe with Snowpiercer universe. Even though it doen't reach such depth as Mort theory, it still holds as as believable. I am pretty sure you can find Snowpiercer creators' "callouts" to this theory, which is REFERENCING THE HELL OUT OF WILLY WONKA (Like look at this!: th-cam.com/video/Rh8Ses7XUeY/w-d-xo.html)
Todd was a ploy by the sky Gods to replace Mort. Episode Todd appears he becomes the cute one, usurping Mort's position in society forcing Mort to act. He knew they were coming for his power, he knew they needed him to keep the cycle of life and death going but they wouldn't do it with him. So they tried to make their own version of more someone pliable someone usable someone young. Todd, Todd was to be his replacement. I haven't seen enough of the show to give any more assistance but I hope this helps.
and it makes sense that he has a demon inside of him as we see that these supposed gods also channel their power through the red haired animal exterminator, who appears to be demonic herself
a number of times you've brought up how the gods and feet interact in the movies and show. and I got confused for a second when you connected the Muffin Man. Then I had a thought. There's the Sun and the Moon. What if there's two groups. not saying there's a group of sky gods on MORT'S side, but I find it interesting how there's been a few feet members who seem genuinely invested in stopping moonmen and helping some of the beasts.
Had a similar thought. There could have been an argument between the worshipers and Feet split or something. Since the sun and the moon are considered opposites, and all that. Also, there could have been an alliance between footmen and Mort, seeing as How to train your Dragon is one of the big franchises and Toothless is often called the 'unholy offspring of lightning and death'.
So in Hammy goes nuts from Over the Hedge Hammy the red squirrel seems to be haunted by a boomerang, but it's actually a scheme to entertain the little kid hedgehogs using a large box of identical boomerangs.
In another DreamWorks movie, Sinbad, the villain, a goddess, is often shown to be tied to stars, aka. the sky. She lives in the North Star, and her creatures are constellations. Maybe not exactly the moon, but it's very mysterious, it was never explicitly explained why Eris was tied to the stars when she was a chaos god.
Dear Theorizer, you also forgot to mention that Maurice was meant to be originally meant to be sacrificial food but was found by king Julien. Maybe the sky gods had a tie in this somehow?
In flushed away, the frogs are French…. also, the villain frog’s backstory, he explains how he was Prince Charles’ favorite pet until he got a pet rat and was flushed. Flushed Away is tied to Shrek
This is true for European folk lore. People didn't fear death because death is evil, They feared death because nobody knows who it is. Which is quite the compliment from the people who claimed Tinkerbell would claw your eyes out for entertainment. These are the same people who told stories of bats and fruit flies eating human hearts as delicacy And cats, dogs and wolfs mind controlling supernatural entities. Not to mention the brutal ways they killed fairytale characters. The little mermaid got turned into a soap-like substance so her body would dissolve into the sea as if she was bathing in acid strong enough to melt your flesh. Rumpelstiltskin got ripped in 2 from crotch to neck by a hell creature for losing a bet to some random woman. And if you thought the wolf had it bad in Red Riding Hood, Just know that in "The wolf in sheep's clothing" the wolf got turned into mutton stew. The old folk tales and religious stories were extremely brutal, Yet all of them say that you should only fear death If you aren't satisfied with how you live.
These might also be “close but not quite” painting examples but to me, the painting at the end looks like it could be referencing Michelangelo’s Last Judgement, or Coreggio’s Assumption of the Virgin? It’s driving me nuts that I can’t find a closer example. Update: It is quite a bit closer to Raphael’s Transfiguration. Regardless, same theme applies, very clearly mimicking a renaissance/baroque era religious painting. But interesting that Harold is the God figure here?
He mentions at the end how mort is actually the hero and I can’t help but mention that, while being against mort, his only reason was mort embodied death, but death is required for there to be life. which means when the skygods tried to defy death with life extension, they were upsetting the balance made by nature which everyone knows results in nothing less than the collapse of time and space, shattering the fabric of reality and ending all existence. meaning of course mort is the good guy. Good god I was half asleep when I first wrote this
In the Madagascar video game, at one point Mort yells “I cannot die” during an escort quest against the Foosa Given the way shovelware games are developed, it’s possible this aspect of Mort was planned from the start
It makes SO much sense that nana is apart of F.E.E.T as it would explain how her dog has been able to live for so long- a gift given by the sky gods. We already know that they can grant things, so it's not too far fetched lol
Maybe that's why Mr. Chew died right after the Christmas Caper, because she failed to bring Alex back. And if they didn't just let him drop dead, who executed him? Dubois.
About the Todd thing, the episode of AHKJ that simultaneously involves both Mort and Todd the most is the episode where Mort tries to steal Todd's life and identity. Given how similar they are with both their names meaning death and stuff, maybe there is more significance that Mort stole Todd's identity specifically that previously anticipated.
After rewatching the movie I’m realizing it confirms basically everything, Jack Horner is literally FEET embodied, he’s trying to control and suppress the supernatural and has a particular disdain for anthropomorphic animals
@@acemagalor2519 it's unfortunate that he isn't French, but English. However, something more fortunate is the fact that his original nursery rhyme was often parodied for *_political purposes._* Rather strange.
I think the wolf is either a form of Mort (maybe after reabsorbing a certain number of his soul fragments) or he’s a replacement for Mort and works for the sky gods.
Yeah, like... I've never seen something that feels so absolutely batshit insane, but 21 episodes in it's like "alright, I see how he's putting this all together".
You know, if you think about it, Tod being named after the german word for death might have even more to it, since this contrasts mort being named after the french word and in history, France and Germany have been enemies for a long time. Maybe Tod was created as a sort of Anti-Mort meant to counter him with the same demonic powers and all and as far as I remember in AHKJ, the two aren't exactly friends with each other.
An explanation for Madagascar being hell or the afterlife or something could be the Puss in Boots cameo in AHKJ. Puss has died 8 times and that could explain him suddenly being in Madagascar. Also the HELL sign behind Alex on the beach
In the first How to Train Your Dragon film, the dragons constantly raid Berk for livestock. What is their purpose? to bring SACRAFICES. Also, in How to Train Your Dragon 2, the Bewilderbeast is shown to control the dragons through its roar. Could the sound waves emitted by the Bewilderbeast be an equivalent to music for dragons? Why are baby dragons seemingly immune to these sound waves?
It might be because of their lower intelligence, if i recall correctly the music is used to fight against and suppress animals with a higher intelligence. So it would make sense that it wouldn't have much of an effect on creatures with more primal and instinctual intelligence because they are not the targets
In the king Julien show in the episode where they have a lot of different species in their kingdom, Julien mentions something along the lines of how they miss Todd’s smile, him being “killed,” by a hawk, one that looks like it was from none other than Sage moon dancer.
the theorizer missed a vidle part is this mega theory rewatch the Penguins of Madagascar movie Dave the octopus is a key player in the feet and near the end of the movie he tells everyone to call the exterminators and also I want to say that the theorizer your the best please read this comment. anyway back to my thoughts Dave used a red hair wig and works with many governments of the world i that order also i think something to note is that dave used a human form with red hair this might me a reach but i think that he got it from Chantel Dubois and why it takes place after Madagascar 3 Europe's Most Wanted so this is my miny theory
The writing on that French cookbook looks like Runes. In Race to the Edge (a How to Train Your Dragon spin-off show) the characters mention eating hyena gizzard, which means the Vikings have been to Africa (which is reasonably historically accurate, as real life Vikings went as far as North Africa) and they could have stopped at Madagascar on their trip. Also, Vikings certainly raided/traded with France explaining why the French ended up with a rune cookbook.
This war between man and intelligent beast seems awfully similar to that of man and the "mons". In fact, the story of being harassed by humans to the point of fleeing to a secluded place before coming back to terrorize them is not only the tale of Mans and Mons, but perfectly summarizes how Shrek himself came to his swamp. If the Infinite Mobius Matryoshka truly is infinite, wouldn't that mean Dreamworks is part of it too? If this is the case, there is no "Mort theory" and no "Pixar theory 2". They are one in the same. The Sky Gods may or may not be limited to the Dreamworks universe(s), but BnL is infinite. You also mentioned that Dreamworks is the anti-Disney. Because Disney is BnL, and Dreamworks' stories almost always side against the beasts and the Sky Gods. It is all anti Buy and Large propaganda.
Is there any plan to make a 24th and or 25th addition to this series!?! I have spent all day today watching it and going absolutely bananas whenever he makes the next big discovery only to reach the end and have no closure!! Please, I have never been more enthralled by a TH-cam series before!!
I think that Tod might have been some kind of second coming of mort, which might be why mort seems to have always had a hostile relationship with Tod because he sees him as a threat to his power.
I might be adding to the chaos, if it hasn’t been brought up, but in the movie Home when the boov ( don’t know how to spell it) arrive on a planet one of them gets carried away by a dragon from the Dreamworks dragons franchise. So could it be possible that the dragons from those films could be from another planet?
Death is about balance in history you'll find that when things become unbalanced lots of death happens until everything is fixed. What if in dreamworks the humans messed up so badly that mort (death) had to wipe them out to fix it
In Trolls World Tour, there are magic guitar strings that can control people (or at least Trolls) with music. Also, in Penguins of Madagascar, Dr. Blowhole's device that makes everything into music was able to make Mort sing. Edit: In the Monsters vs Aliens spooky stories, aliens dump liquid on pumpkins to make them come alive. Aliens, force evolving, food. Also, at one point someone thinks that the Missing Link is wearing a Shrek costume, so people know about Shrek. This is more general, but B.O.B. is also force evolved food since he was a tomato that got tested on. The shorts even say that produce have their own language.
This series has been the most wonderful dissent into madness I have ever experienced. Not that he’s connecting things that aren’t there, the madness is that it IS all there. I eagerly await your next findings sir
There are possibilities that Mort might be controlling the DreamWorks Universe. I believe there must have been ancient worshipers of the Moon. I believe it had something to do with some of the DreamWorks movies that has connections with the Moon. I do know that Mort was screaming at the Sun because he might know about the Suns power. So I think we should keep an eye on Mort.
I was obsessed with AHKJ when i was around 9, and I remember the mort backstory from Exiled scaring the crap outta me. I began watching your mort theories in early 2021 and the connections throughout this entire theory saga blew my mind. So literally today, my younger sibling insisted to put on AHKJ just now and we were watching s1 ep8. I don’t exactly remember if you’ve mentioned this in your episode analysis, but right at the end of the episode, Maurice, Julien and Mort are on the plane, talking about an entity called “The Man” who I quote “is keeping everybody down”. It’s implied that Mort is the one who brought up this topic of conversation. Julien then goes on to say that they “should find this The Man and overthrow him”. Maurice then asks Julian if he may be The Man, causing Julian to scoff and reply that “I think I’d know if I was The Man.” The conversation is cut off and the episode ends with the three of them turning on Boombox and dancing in front of the huge sun. Mort is REAL CLOSE to the screen, and the episode ends on a shot of him dancing. Thought this was worth mentioning?
the fact youve been on this since when i was a kid is impressive. i recently rediscovered your channel after the part 1 of the mort supercut showed up in my yt recs and well. ive spent my weekend catching up
I think in the first Madagascar film, Alex's "HELP" sign falls into saying "h*ll" at night. Could that have been the Sky Gods too, with the tides? And what does that say about the island itself?
More proof the moon is a sky god is that I think I remember in road to El Dorado when Tzekel-Kan is looking in a book you can see the dream works moon logo presented as some kinda god
I just remembered a part of king Julien, when Julien sacrifices himself for pineapple, before that the sky gods helped him by turning the foossa away with lightning and then after that pineapple gives him a chance at life but then when king Julien dies again, pineapple turns back time and gives him life again and that means that Julien is a very important being with the sky gods since he got resurrected twice this prob won't be seen but still
And there is a gag in Shrek 2 where Shrek laments about all of the fairy godmother's spells becoming permanent at midnight, when the moon's power would be at its highest.
Donkey most likely used to be a footman just like Nanna and Robin Hood but he likely failed miserably then got turned into donkey and was made to be sacrificial food till he met Shrek.
Theorizer: This Moon is important, more shocking though is that it has a backstory Sokka: *cries in first girlfriend* The Moon is a spirit in the form of a fish, Sokka's first girlfriend turned INTO the Moon, the Sun and Moon give bending abilities to firebenders and waterbenders respectively. What does this mean, you might ask...Avatar TLA is connected to the Mort Theory
I think that connected the nickelodeon universe to dreamworks universe, whick make sense since nickelodeon makes some dreamworks shows like the penguins of madagascar, another to connect both universe is that maybe gary is one of the sky gods
In The Loud House episode Linc or Swim, we see cameos from many Nickelodeon elderlies including, Uncle Iroh from Avatar, Lou Pickles from Rugrats, Grandpa Phil from Hey Arnold, Miss Bitter from Invader Zim, and Ms. Fowl from Jimmy Neutron, now as we all know, Jimmy Neutron had a crossover with Fairly Oddparents, and of course there’s the Nicktoons Untie games which include other characters like Spongebob and Danny Phantom, and even if they’re not canon, a human version of Spongebob was seen in the Fairly Oddparents episode named App Trap, so Spongebob is most likely a parallel universe of Fairly Oddparents, now there’s a Spongebob TV theory made by Alex Bale that states Spongebob is a nature documentary being filmed by a bunch of scuba divers, and you know who one of the people involved with this is? *Frenchie The French Narrator*
About penguins being horsemen of Apocalypse- there's manga artist Q Hayashida who said penguins inspired her to create characters that are referred to as the four evils/ the hateful four. One of them is literally named Shimada Death and loves to eat souls. So there is possibility she broke the code at least a little bit of it before you
I think you may have gotten it wrong when you called Mort the 'good guy', in that I don't believe that either Mort _or_ the Sky Gods are good, or evil. Rather, I think that their conflict is best described as one of Chaos vs. Order. Mort is obviously a chaotic being, what with his insane actions, nonsensical genetics, nothing about him is rational or logical in the slightest. Moreover, much of his 'side' of the conflict, the beasts, are chaotic in nature, lacking governments, living outside of structured systems... there are exceptions to this, like the Bees in the Bee Movie, but more often that not it is the beasts who live in a disordered state. Not only that, unlike humans, who are all mostly the same, the beasts have a large amount of variety, creating a more chaotic system. Meanwhile, the humans, who are on the side of the Sky Gods, act in a very orderly manner. First, obviously, is society, and of course, the worship of the Sky Gods, which is a religious _order_. Moreover, the two elements that the Sky Gods make the most use of, music and feet, have ties to order. Music, of course, is the process of bringing disparate sounds together in harmony, and feet are what provide stability to creatures who have them, by standing on them. Flimsy, I know, but odd how both symbols of the Sky Gods can easily be tied to the concept of order. But where does that leave Kung Fu Panda? In that series, animals have developed a society, living in a kind of order, but there are no humans to be seen. I propose that in the future, which we have now established Kung Fu Panda to be, that the conflict between the Sky Gods and Mort is over, and that a kind of balance, or stalemate, has been achieved, either by both Mort and the Sky Gods destroying each other, or leaving, or making a treaty, or whatever. Humans are gone, but beasts now live _as_ humans did, inheriting their ways, such as Chinese architecture and kung fu. Of course, one of the primary themes of Kung Fu Panda is the idea of balance, of Yin and Yang, of light and darkness, or _Order and Chaos_, coming together. There are plenty of holes in this theory, as I made it rather quickly, and also other pieces of evidence I didn't mention, like the prevalence of monarchies, but I thought it was a rather interesting way of looking at it, and I definitely think that it resolves the problem of the Sky Gods clearly not being the good guys, without making Mort, who is clearly not benevolent, the hero instead.
Mort and the sky gods ARE the yin and yang. Mort wields physical energy and power while the sky gods are basically pancakes that use magic and technology to accomplish things. Tai Lung is the yang with his impossible speed and strength while Lord Shen is the yin as he dances and uses complicated weapons. Kai, on the other hand can reap AND control so he is the negatives of both sides. Yang villains in dreamworks films are Tai Lung, Pitch Black, Death, and Titan. Yin villains, of course, are far more common, though. Which I'm sure is the reason he said that Mort could be the hero. They are Lord Shen, Farquaad, Fairy Godmother, Charming, Rumplestiltskin, Nana, Dubois, Dwayne, Guy Gagne, Drago, Grimmel, and even Gallaxhar. Certainly the sky gods have commited more heinous crimes, but that doesn't make them any less dangerous than Mort is.
I think it would also be good to note that Trolls, a Dreamworks movie about fantasy creatures, seems to take place in a bizarre world where there are some hints that humans used to live there. But there was also a huge split between these two groups of fantasy creatures (trolls and bergens). Perhaps the Mort Forces won, but then there could have been several civil war-type conflicts? Also, and I believe this is obvious but worth saying: the sky gods seem to not detest intelligent beasts, so long as they are on THEIR side, and not Mort's. King Julian, for example. This may be descending into wild territory, but what if there were spies that were intelligent beasts that were actually working for the F.E.E.T.? I'e rewatched this video many times and this only just now occurred to me, but I wouldn't be surprised if similar connections like this were out there in their films. ALSO in HTTYD 2, there were those giant dragons that emerged from the water. The alphas, I think. One was a force for good and one for evil. Perhaps this... could be symbolism. It's unlikely, but those dragons feel important somehow.
Holy crap!, it being backwards and giving it a little thought gave me larger goose bumps then a camels hump... this is insane and insane is how i roll. Keep this up man, its good stuff thats better than a lot of entertainment ive been seeing recently
.....this whole series are making the shrek, madagascar, and other dreamworks movies, WAY MORE INTERESTING XD Dreamworks should just give hints to the theorizer for free advertisement XD
In the Shrek comics, I swear there was a music shop Donkey went to that had a ton of instruments that controlled people. Don't know if this helps with this chaos any, but there ya go haha
Nothing brings me more enjoyment to see how he continues to build and build on a theory, this one especially. It seems SO bizarre how he figures these things out and links them so well.
I remember watching All Hail King Julien. I found it very disturbing at points. The weirdest Mort parts I remember weren’t his main parts, but when he’s wedged in the background. Scariest shit I’ve ever seen.
The Theorizer: morts was the good guy all along! Me who thought mort was the good guy from the beginning:👀 Because it seems that mort is the victim and is running from the sky gods.
i like the idea that Julien suppresses Mort into a goofy dope with his channeling divinity, and Mort seemingly obsesses over the feet in a desperate attempt to regain his mind. Cus like, if i understand this correctly, the sky gods are granting extra life, and are in direct opposition to Mort, Death. Eternal life is a pretty good motive for this massive conspiracy, and erasing the concept of death from reality would do the trick. I wonder if the sky gods have a concept of death, can they die? I don't recall tbh. And so maybe it's really hard to eradicate Death, but to shackle and pacify him, thats manageable. And you did just mention how "each side is trying to weaken the other's forces" and that's exactly what the sky gods are doing to mort then, huh? I guess they'll just cripple him until they can deliver the coup de gras. I don't actually really understand the split here. Do the sky gods act in direct opposition to all beast folk? I know FEET does, and they derive power from the sky gods. Why do they do this? I understand why they'd target Mort, but why target all the beasts? I can understand why humans would want to, barely need convincing to do some mass killings, on top of a narrative that humans are going to get phased out by beast folk hell yeah they'll rumble. That aside, if the gods are trying to eradicate death, does that imply they're trying to place all thinking entities on the same playing field? Perhaps doing a Neon Genesis Evangellion's Human Instrumentality Project? Place all thinking life into a form of existence that knows not of death? When SEELE and Geno spoke about it, they thought it was a better alternative than complete eradication by the angels. Maybe FEET see their extinction looming at the threat of beast folk, and with the help of the sky gods, have this "kill death; become unified" plan as a final trump card like in NGE? You did mention something about multiple minds existing in the "moon" (if you believe in the moon) I don't know, but this is truly just the peak of media analysis. I mean, really creative stuff. I love seeing the hazy thoughts take shape and sharpen into long threads of solid theory. glad to be along for the ride!
Regarding the music theory: the idea of music being magical goes back to the earliest days of humanity. Before we knew anything about adrenaline, endorphines, or serotonin, we marvelled at the psychological effect music had on our minds. In paleolithic times, music and dance were used to induce trance-like states that people believed allowed them to INTERACT WITH THE SPIRIT WORLD. Coincidence? This is one of the origin points for human religion and the concept of the supernatural itself. The effect music has on our minds is wired into our very brains. OF COURSE music is magical in the dreamworks universe! Why else are people breaking into song and dance all of the time?? By connecting music to the sky gods, Dreamworks Animation is connecting them with the very origins of religion itself. The Sky Gods are the ultimate deities of the dreamworks universe... But did the sky gods create the dreamworks universe? Or did the dreamworks universe create THEM? Wait a minute...think back to the russian nesting doll theory, where every dreamworks movie is a movie inside of another dreamworks movie... What if the "sky gods" are the people making the movies...within the movies? Background characters who slowly became aware of the multiverse, achieving enlightenment, and managing to add their own creation to the endless russian nesting doll of reality. Everytime someone makes a movie within a movie, it's like a window into a new reality, and its creators, naturally, are its gods. They are the writers and directors of this new branch of the cosmos. In other words: The "sky gods" in Madagascar are the creators of the franchise from another dreamworks universe, which was created by characters from ANOTHER dreamworks universe, onward and onward into INFINITY. THIS is the natural order of the dreamworks universe. Creativity begetting creativity, universes creating universes, sky gods creating sky gods. Of course many dreamworks movies clearly take place in the same universe, but this perfectly explains the continuity of those that dont. Its ALL connected. Dreamworks is an infinite multiverse of movies and shows creating movies and shows. But whats the goal then? What do the gods who create these universes want? ...Okay, I need a break. My head hurts. How do you do this as a job without losing your mind??
Entertainment. Thats the grand purpose. Its the inescapable, multiverse-shattering truth behind ALL of this. The function of the sky gods...the function of the dreamworks multiverse itself...is to tell stories...at any cost. I think this conflict between animals and humans is a symptom of a more fundamental problem in the dreamworks universe: Stories require CONFLICT. This is at the root of everything. The Sky Gods are not taking sides in a war between man and supernatural beast: they're perpetuating it. Perpetual conflict satisfies their endless craving for new stories, new testaments to their greatness. Yet even the Sky Gods are merely slaves to their nature, ever driven to create new stories, and to inspire the creation of new universes. The dreamworks universe is both an infinite nesting doll multiverse of franchises within franchises AND a metacommentary on the nature of creativity itself. This is the true meaning of the dreamworks multiverse. Bear witness to its unfathimable beauty, and tremble at its inescapable horror. ...I think my brain us bleeding. There's so mucj we still don't know. How does Mort fit into this??
@@psychotripnerdstuff we already know that mort is a force of nature, hes the neutral chaotic factor in all of this, a catalyst of conflict for the infinite loop of story telling, he causes chaos, he causes death, and also in his wake he brings new life, because of his influence on animal intelligance humanity burns out and slowly becomes overwhelmed while animals become the dominant species eventually leading to kung fo panda, of course if mort was just a whole being he wouldnt worry about the universe he would simply exist and mind his own business, rather the sky gods split him to create conflict within himself to make mort this being of chaos, its all about the narrative
loving this convoluted theory so far !! something i would like to ad onto: in christianity it is believed that the archangel michael is the one who visits humans when they die and brings them to the afterlife. however, michael is more famously known for also being the one to trap the devil in hell, as well as being the leader of the fight against demons. im bringing this up because i find it interesting that the one connected to death is also the one fighting the demons, if you consider morts case. also unsure how relevant, but just a funfact regarding the feet thing: its said seraphim, one of the higher standing angel choirs, actually covers their feet with their wings. also yes, angels are divided into choirs. seraphims are also said to be constantly singing. i dont know how relevant any of this information is to this theory, but i do find it interesting. excited to see where this will go !!
Your suspicion of the land of Far Far Away actually being Hollywood led me to discover that the antipode (opposite end of the earth) of Hollywood is not far from MADAGASCAR! Since Hollywood is as far away from Madagascar as you can get, I wonder what (who) the people are trying to stay away from?
This makes complete sense. After all he was a government experiment made by the FEET. (the general) and what is the general meant to be doing? Fighting aliens. Which mort IS! remember he has NEVER been classified. The sky gods main goal is to kill mort, they don't care if they have to use other sentient 'beasts' to accomplish that goal, especially if -like dr cockroach and susan - they used to be human
But how does one define "real"? If we think of "real" being to exist, then doesn't Mort exist as a fictional creation? And us as Non-fictional creations? What if since Mort is death and death exists in our plane, Mort is real in some way? Look all I'm saying is, we should still be scared of Mort and also accept that he is a part of life.
Mort only exists in the real world as an extension of our minds. Everything in fiction lives through us. The screen, our eyes, our ears, our minds - this is the hardware, the software that runs the fiction is our intuition, our imagination, the actual living only happens in our heads.
For boss baby, the babies themselves are a really big example of human enhancement. That is why the company creating the forever puppies is doing this. They are trying to get rid of these horrifying intelligent creatures while also helping the evolution of animals. They seem to be an ANTI-FEET corporation, and it should be put in the theory, they might even be working with Mort
As far as the penguins being the four horsemen, conquest could absolutely be private. His "cuteness" very well could be interpreted as conquering those who see him in the films if you ask me.
The ultimate conclusion to this series will be the Theorizer inadvertently bringing Mort into reality by attuning thousands of people's minds to the idea that he is a real deity
DreamWorks Animation Studios is secretly a satanic cult dedicated to bringing about the end of humanity by summoning the avatar of the 'end times' though the power of belief and hive-minded imagination.
Hey Theorizer? I don't know if this would fit into your theorizing but I wanna say it: *At the beginning of Shark Tale, the Kid Moon God has a sentient worm, moving his fishing line, letting it land into the ocean and the worm meets Lenny,The Shark(Played by Jack Black) and Lenny unties the worm and lets its go. *And that same worm appears on the hook...AT THE END...Winking to US!* 😂 Idk if that's important, but I do wanna mention it. 😊 That and of you saying of how Long Julien has Royal Blood in his veins(While being connected to the Sky Gods),but combine that with his incest family history,it kinda reminds me of Greek Mythology Pantheon and basically almost every other Pantheon that does it just to keep their *"immortality"* . 😅😂
The boy fishing on the moon is like the PERFECT evidence. As we know the Sky Gods and the ocean are connected, but the Sky Gods have an alliance with the humans, a human which we see fishing on the moon, and on top of all that, fishing is where you literally hunt and kill water dwelling creatures by underhandedly luring them to their deaths. This is literally your entire theory, what the heck!

I feel like Mort is more of a neutral or anti-hero... cause he inadvertently causes problems but also fixes just as many of them. Also since Mort is Death, death is a natural thing while immortality, bringing things back, and "magical enhancements" are not... and humans have been causing a lot of problems and it would make sense that Death would not like others interfering with his work.
these keep getting more and more intense, and it's because for how crazy these SOUND they actually make sense as a whole. please continue to parse through the Dreamworks catalogue and build on this as you have and intend.
Question: If shrek is supposed to take place further on in the timeline how is puss in boots at the talent show in AHKJ? This is a bit of a head canon but what if the MVA plan was formed as a result of the invasion from Home?
Oh and also, I would just like to point out that in the Puss in Boots TV show, not only do sky gods appear (as somebody pointed out during the original six parts I think), but they use. Music. One of them even has an electric-guitar-axe if I recall correctly.
Plus, in the recent Netflix show Kung fu Panda: The Dragon Knight, there are 4 legendary weapons called the Tianshang Weapons and one of them happens to be a pair of wheels capable of controlling the lightning, not unlike Taranis's (one of those said sky gods) own lightning wheel
Apparently when you theorize so long, you either stop theorizing or the villain becomes the hero. Theorizer, I'm afraid it's too late to turn back, but you knew that a long time ago, didn't you?
Loving all this so far, but where are these animals getting their intelligence from? Evolution, or the sky gods mistakes, I don't know, but if Mort is the good guy the actor working on his play to the betterment of animalkind, he could also be amplifying these animals intelligences. In the Madagascar films some of the only smart animals are in direct contact with Mort for extended periods. Now this all falls apart as we get later (or earlier depending on how you look at it) where Mort is no longer in the picture but it can still make sense if this idea of animal intelligence is Mort's endgame and we already start seeing some of the early experiments to this effect in Madagascar 3, a favorite reference movie of yours, where we start really seeing Animals from way past Mort's potential interaction range still being smart... he's already winning. Animal intelligence, being suppressed by FEET operatives, is still winning due to some unknown which is causing this overall exponential growth of intelligence. If the spreading of this intelligence is based off of Mort then their has to be a moment, somewhere, wherein this climaxes and Mort's victory is already predetermined. If I had to guess it's probably during the end of Madagascar 2 where the sky gods, appeased by Mort let their guard down long enough for his influence to spread, or somewhere in All Hail King Julian, I don't know. If you can find that moment and how it effects the overall state of the FEET cult then you'd have a pretty obvious piece of red wire to start connecting things with. But that's just my two cents, I'd love to hear feedback on this to anyone willing.
@@TheTheorizer but if timeline can goes backwards the same it goes forward, does it means that all of this can play double-agents role? What about The Cars, the Planes and The Robots (that also have FEET agent) movies?

That painting that you showed towards the end.. it looks like the painting of "The Last Judgement" by Michelangelo. It's located in the Sistine Chapel in Rome, Italy. Where are you going with this? It looks very Renaissance-esque, so I'll be looking into more paintings that look similar. UPDATE: I cannot find anything more similar to it than the painting I mentioned above, I tried searching up for "French Renaissance Angel and god paintings" but it doesn't work, I also tried other key word but nothing comes up.
One important real-life aspect that I think merits consideration in regards to the Madagascar franchise is the fact that the real-life island of Madagascar was a French colony from 1897 to 1958.
Hey theorizer! ROAD TO EL DORADO!!! This has all of the sun imagery you need. As well as why those who oppose the sky gods are blood thirsty. And it has an intelligent horse.
@TheTheorizer I've mentioned the intelligence of the horse in The Road to El Dorado as well along with Spirit Stallion of Cinnarron. Spirit also has a song called Brothers Under Sun that I believe plays when Spirit is bonding with a Native American human! More Sun imagery! It seems like animals have a better relationship with humans in films with Sun imagery. Maybe the Sun God was ruling with a peaceful reign and was overthrown by the Moon God and their followers which has created this chaos.
In the Penguins of Madagascar movie At 2:27 humans are filming the Penguins, also one of the humans nudges the Penguins off of a dangerous cliff, also Also the Penguin who mentions that they're being filmed is voiced by the same person who voiced rumpelstiltskin (Walt Dorhn)
I've honestly never been this invested in a theory before. Holy heck. I've had some thoughts and questions though. I never saw Mort as evil because of how smart Mort called him a friend and he seems to be working for good. He's always polite and helpful, while Mort is chaotic and creepy, so maybe they are like opposites. Two sides of the same coin. I remember there being a discussion of whether or not Mort is the 'original', but maybe there is no original and Mort is Mort, even when split. But the focus one our Mort makes me think he is something like the driving force to a brain, while smart Mort is the knowledge. Also, I now believe Tod is another Mort.
But wait, there’s more! There was a Shrek short called “the pig who cried werewolf”. The plot is one of the three little pigs finds out that the big bad wolf is a wolf-were, a wolf that becomes a human at the full moon. The moon as we established, is a sky god. The human (who I think is named fluffy) wants to EAT the three little pigs (hyper intelligent animals) and has a FRENCH ASCENT. Do with this what you will
In All Hail King Julien Carl is a trained exorcist who exorcises Todd. You need to make a list of the sky gods, what they represent and how their personalities are portrayed. This could be important as if the gods occasionally act separately then you could list what parts of FEET they influence and how they actively affect the humans and beasts in comparison to mort. In Monsters vs. Aliens Dr. Cockroach says he has a PHD in dance and that is how he causes the alien ship to self destruct. In his origin as well he is trying to give humans the power and abilities of a cockroach. This he was likely a member of FEET or perhaps a specific branch from early on trying to stop the devolution of humanity. And his character was specifically inspired by Andre Delambre, a FRENCH scientist from the movie The Fly. And his appearance was based on Francois Delambre, brother of Andre Delambre in the movie.

Kipo could be the bridge between Madagascar and the Shrek era because at the end of the series the humans and animals start to live on the surface together, like we see in Shrek

Every time the Theorizer interrupts himself with a grunt I can’t help but wonder if he is being killed by Mort

@@daisyjoy242 that is the question
I just realized something VERY interesting about Alex. Why is he the seemingly main character? Why are the Footmen after him specifically, it seems? What if Alex is much more important?
Firstly, Alex is a lion, which are often called the king of beasts. Where else have we seen a king? Julian, the vessel of the sky gods! And Alex is beloved (almost with a cult like reverence) by the people of NYC because of his DANCING. But the thing is, Madagascar 2 confirmed that he had an innate love for dance since very early childhood, something that the other lions thought very bizarre (perhaps because they opposed the sky gods?)
Either way, Nanna attached Alex ENTIRELY unprovoked at the beginning of the first movie, claiming him a "bad kitty!"
Then, the penguins hijack the ship that was supposed to take them safely to Africa (maybe we can get more insight about this the more we learn about the penguins) but Alex and Co. crates fall overboard seemingly by accident.
Damn
Bruh
Holy shet
Oh
Mort who is shown to be mostly fearless and utterly indestructible is terrified of Alex
Theorizer needs to read this
It makes sense, death Is not evil, it adds balance to the universe and gives us closure where none could be.
Also don't forget, once he wins, in Kipo and the age of the wonder beasts, he doesn't go after the surviving humans, he just wants balance!
@@reveredmadagascar6778 fucking bet its Todd 💀💀💀
As it's been said a lot of times during these videos, things are not as black and white as they seem
I wouldn't exactly call Mort a "good guy" or a "bad" one for that matter, he's just an unstoppable force of nature just like the Sky Gods
Tbh this whole series got way more out of hand than I was expecting, and the fact that it still makes sense is shocking
This is like MatPat's FNaF theories
The only true way to know for sure if all of this is canon/true that mort is some sort of demon/deity is for the creators of the shows and Madagascar in general to reveal info about his character and if it's actually true so we can put this mindfuck of a series to rest.

There's the Sun and the Moon.

People didn't fear death because death is evil,
They feared death because nobody knows who it is.
Which is quite the compliment from the people who claimed Tinkerbell would claw your eyes out for entertainment.
These are the same people who told stories of bats and fruit flies eating human hearts as delicacy
And cats, dogs and wolfs mind controlling supernatural entities.

The little mermaid got turned into a soap-like substance so her body would dissolve into the sea as if she was bathing in acid strong enough to melt your flesh.
Rumpelstiltskin got ripped in 2 from crotch to neck by a hell creature for losing a bet to some random woman.

One hundred percent, it's that!!...in my honest opinion. It is slightly different, but incredibly close.

Seems like Tod is their version of Death to replace Mort. Which brings a whole new perspective to the episode where they switch places.
Well The Animationologist 4 part series on Todd thinks that he is morts son and the Antichrist meaning mort is the devil!

Dave the octopus is a key player in the feet and near the end of the movie he tells everyone to call the exterminators and also I want to say that the theorizer your the best please read this comment. anyway back to my thoughts Dave used a red hair wig and works with many governments of the world i that order also i think something to note is that dave used a human form with red hair this might me a reach

Yes
Death is impartial. Immortality however, is greedy. It claws at others, even if shared, always hungering for more.
Mort is nurgle of the dreamworks world while the sky gods are tzeench
I think that Tod might have been some kind of second coming of mort, which might be why mort seems to have always had a hostile relationship with Tod because he sees him as a threat to his power.
I think mort from another timeline that the sky gods combined created Todd
I might be adding to the chaos, if it hasn’t been brought up, but in the movie Home when the boov ( don’t know how to spell it) arrive on a planet one of them gets carried away by a dragon from the Dreamworks dragons franchise. So could it be possible that the dragons from those films could be from another planet?
It's Boov, you were right :)
I....don't remember that.
WAIT what are pumpkins and tomatoes???????

Maurice then asks Julian if he may be The Man, causing Julian to scoff and reply that “I think I’d know if I was The Man.”
The conversation is cut off and the episode ends with the three of them turning on Boombox and dancing in front of the huge sun.
AHHHHHHHHHH IM GOING INSANE
The moon controls the tides.
Duuuuuuuuude!!!

Yep, theres some god that control sea at All Hail King Julien.
More proof the moon is a sky god is that I think I remember in road to El Dorado when Tzekel-Kan is looking in a book you can see the dream works moon logo presented as some kinda god
I just remembered a part of king Julien, when Julien sacrifices himself for pineapple, before that the sky gods helped him by turning the foossa away with lightning and then after that pineapple gives him a chance at life but then when king Julien dies again, pineapple turns back time and gives him life again and that means that Julien is a very important being with the sky gods since he got resurrected twice this prob won't be seen but still
Well I saw it
True
And there is a gag in Shrek 2 where Shrek laments about all of the fairy godmother's spells becoming permanent at midnight, when the moon's power would be at its highest.
True! Exactly my point, they even lampshade it!!
Donkey most likely used to be a footman just like Nanna and Robin Hood but he likely failed miserably then got turned into donkey and was made to be sacrificial food till he met Shrek.
Which might explain his love for waffles and parfaits!

Theorizer: This Moon is important, more shocking though is that it has a backstory
Sokka: *cries in first girlfriend*
The Moon is a spirit in the form of a fish, Sokka's first girlfriend turned INTO the Moon, the Sun and Moon give bending abilities to firebenders and waterbenders respectively. What does this mean, you might ask...Avatar TLA is connected to the Mort Theory
Well
The moon has always been an important figure in mythology

Certainly the sky gods have commited more heinous crimes, but that doesn't make them any less dangerous than Mort is.
holy sky gods what did I just read
Keep this up man, its good stuff thats better than a lot of entertainment ive been seeing recently
.....this whole series are making the shrek, madagascar, and other dreamworks movies, WAY MORE INTERESTING XD
Dreamworks should just give hints to the theorizer for free advertisement XD
Exactly
In the Shrek comics, I swear there was a music shop Donkey went to that had a ton of instruments that controlled people. Don't know if this helps with this chaos any, but there ya go haha
Alex is also a royal, his mark on his pawn shows this. Maybe the skygods wanted to get rid of Alex at first but changed their mind.
Me who thought mort was the good guy from the beginning:👀
Because it seems that mort is the victim and is running from the sky gods.
i like the idea that Julien suppresses Mort into a goofy dope with his channeling divinity, and Mort seemingly obsesses over the feet in a desperate attempt to regain his mind.
You did mention something about multiple minds existing in the "moon" (if you believe in the moon)
I don't know, but this is truly just the peak of media analysis. I mean, really creative stuff. I love seeing the hazy thoughts take shape and sharpen into long threads of solid theory. glad to be along for the ride!
Regarding the music theory:
the idea of music being magical goes back to the earliest days of humanity.
In other words:
The "sky gods" in Madagascar are the creators of the franchise from another dreamworks universe, which was created by characters from ANOTHER dreamworks universe, onward and onward into INFINITY.
I think this conflict between animals and humans is a symptom of a more fundamental problem in the dreamworks universe:
Stories require CONFLICT.
The dreamworks universe is both an infinite nesting doll multiverse of franchises within franchises
AND
a metacommentary on the nature of creativity itself.
This is the true meaning of the dreamworks multiverse. Bear witness to its unfathimable beauty, and tremble at its inescapable horror.
...I think my brain us bleeding. There's so mucj we still don't know. How does Mort fit into this??
Reread your second sentence, but slower.
Of course it makes sense that the company making these movies is called DREAMWORKS
HNNNNNNNGGGGGG!
It all makes SENSE!
@@psychotripnerdstuff we already know that mort is a force of nature, hes the neutral chaotic factor in all of this, a catalyst of conflict for the infinite loop of story telling, he causes chaos, he causes death, and also in his wake he brings new life, because of his influence on animal intelligance humanity burns out and slowly becomes overwhelmed while animals become the dominant species eventually leading to kung fo panda, of course if mort was just a whole being he wouldnt worry about the universe he would simply exist and mind his own business, rather the sky gods split him to create conflict within himself to make mort this being of chaos, its all about the narrative
loving this convoluted theory so far !! something i would like to ad onto:
in christianity it is believed that the archangel michael is the one who visits humans when they die and brings them to the afterlife. however, michael is more famously known for also being the one to trap the devil in hell, as well as being the leader of the fight against demons.
im bringing this up because i find it interesting that the one connected to death is also the one fighting the demons, if you consider morts case. also unsure how relevant, but just a funfact regarding the feet thing: its said seraphim, one of the higher standing angel choirs, actually covers their feet with their wings. also yes, angels are divided into choirs. seraphims are also said to be constantly singing. i dont know how relevant any of this information is to this theory, but i do find it interesting. excited to see where this will go !!

*And that same worm appears on the hook...AT THE END...Winking to US!* 😂

Mort is giving them IQ; This was established briefly near the beginning of part 21

The priest is hell bent on giving sacrifices to the Gods

So i wonder how shark tale fits in the dreamworks theory and i realize. The main dream works logo is a sky god
oh my Mort.
Plus the reef in the movie is an exact copy of New York City. Perhaps the isle of Manhattan sank into the ocean during the animal uprising?
The words 'Mort theory part 22' arouses me in strange and possibly non-euclidean ways.
