thank you for this tutorial with the recipe. how many crepes does this recipe make? if i want to make this for 2 people, would halving the amount if the ingredients of the batter work? thank you.
I use Italian herbs, or herbes de Provence, or really anything we want the batter to be tasting like. I’ve even tried to add a tsp of turmeric once and we liked it.
how many gallets a local farmer can eat at one time... considering the size i need 10... that will take some time to make and by the moment they are all done half of them will get cold
Thanks!

We are a family of 4 and this is enough for 2 meals. I think this would make about 10 galettes/crepes. (This is an estimation. 😊
Merci!
Hmm, what herbs are you using, if I may ask ?

my tip: a tea spoon of honey in the batter. Doesn't make it sweet, it just makes it a nice dark brown.

wrap them in tin foil and leave it in the oven with medium high temp
You don’t have to use that tool. I’ve never owned one.
