MADE OF HPTT:
Is an exclusive process developed by our researchers and named HPTT (High Pressure Thermoplastic Technology) a mix of polycarbonate is injected into moulds. The moulds used in this high precision industrial process are sculpted from blocks of metal weighing several amount of kilos.
VISOR:
LS2 visors are built with 3D optical correct “A Class” Polymer, a spaceage polymer with high resistance to impact that avoids distortion and offers maximum clarity. Our visors are durable, scratch resistant and UV resistant. All of that combined with the ultimate technology of Pinlock system offers the most advance features in fog resistant.
TWIN SHIELD SYSTEM:
A sun shield helps to protect the rider’s eyes from bright sun. The sun visor moves up and out of the way quickly with the exclusive fast to flip-up system that is allocated in the lateral of the helmet. This system allows to move the sun visor fast when the rider enter in dark places like tunnels.
HPTT thermoplastic shell
The helmet is manufactured with different sizes of caps depending on the size of the proposal and thus offers a perfect proportion between the helmet volume and the size of the biker, while maintaining the degree of protection and safety.
