The LS2 Helmets Verso is the newest open face model in the range. The Verso features LS2's twin shield system with an exclusive, rotary dial switch for the sunshield that makes it easy to drop down or close, even with a gloved hand. The face shield features exterior vortex generators and internal air diffusers. These high-end features create stability at speed, and create a quiet, clear riding experience. The shield is optically correct and uses LS2’s fog resistant treatment for the maximum in fog protection. The shield is scratch and UV resistant and can be changed quickly and easily with our tool-less quick-change system. The Verso comes with an optional, removable peak for even more versatility in riding styles. The dual visors work together for a combined recovery system which will allow the internal sun shield to be raised when the exterior shield is raised. The removable, washable comfort padding uses breathable technical fabric and is easy to keep as fresh as new. Our cheek pads use ultra-high quality foam that is cut to shape using LS2’s 3D laser technology for all day comfort and no hot spots. Fully adjustable, flow through ventilation keeps you cool and more in control when the weather gets rough. A DOT approved quick release chinstrap makes it a breeze to get the helmet off and on your head. I've had one of these for a couple of years. Operates nicely and is comfortable. But the sun visor distorts the view and offers protection from the sun equal to cheap Walmart sunglasses.
Even so, I love it for riding my quad and I think it's perfect for that application. For my bike I went another route.

I've had a Verso for four years. VERY solid, bang for the buck helmet. I wish they made a carbon version of it. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Just got this yesterday for my bride along with a Advant for me from you guys. She loved how it fit. Went to swap the com sys over from her old helmet and found that the speaker detents were 45mm which would be a plus but they are very shallow and couldn't put it on the speakers sat out so far. Had to take a hole saw to it and remove the whole plug to get it to fit. Hope I don't have the same issue with the J&M 801 I just ordered for the Advant.

Word of warning. These helmets are tiny. According to the size chart, I'm centered in an XL size. Holy shit, ordered one, tried it on. Thought the helmet was going to crack I had to pull the sides so hard to get it over my skull. When it was on, the head was very tight, and the sides (at the cheeks) were painfully tight. Order 1-2 size larger...
That's correct! My head circumference is 56.5 cm and the chart shows I should be on a medium, good that I went to a physical store to fit the helmet and I ended up in a large size 59-60 cm. Fits right and snug.
This is why we have no cost returns. Get you the right fit!

Where are LS2 Helmets made?
They are made in China, but all the new models come with the new ECE 22.06 rating.

Sorry to hear that! I'd suggest riding with a full face helmet with a thick neckroll that will help with noise
Me and my wife were planning on buying those. But after she heard they have penetration protection she doesn't want it anymore.
Why? Whats wrong the penetration protection?
