Yes, this is a teaser. They are performing it together live on Friday and the song will be officially released the following week.
The lead singer of TMG is Eric Martin of Mr. Big. You'll know them from the song To Be With You. TMG are basically a supergroup of sorts melding US and Japanese musicians. Mr. Big are up there with the biggest Metal bands in Japan and Tak Matsumoko's band B'z have sold 90m records.
BTW, you should try to get in contact with Eric Martin for an interview. He's always happy to do them with smaller TH-cam channels and is a great guest. You'd get lots of views with this collaboration with BABYMETAL.

This is definitely a teaser, I believe full song releasing Sept 11th.
TMG is “Tak Matsumoto Group”, which is Tak (Guitar), Eric Martin (vocals), and Jack Blades (Bass, backing vocals).
They have various supporting drummers for live and studio.
Tak Matsumoto featured previously on Babymetal’s Da Da Dance song from 3rd album Metal Galaxy.
This song isn’t really my style of music, but I’m eager to hear the full version when it drops! I’m sure it’ll be fire regardless!

Wow I think you're the first one doing this reaction. It's kinda short but you can clearly hear some reminiscence to JAM Project when SuMetal was the special guest for a special live show in 2013 we only have some pics and audios around.
Anyway can't wait for the full release.
Also they added a side show in Chile before the Knotfest and The One is going wild, hopefully they will add side shows in Brazil and Argentina.🦊🤘🔥

Way to go, BG! This was completely off my radar. Su- sounds fantastic and i really like the blend of the voices. The guitar work sounded a bit familiar but i had to read the other comments to know who was playing.

Holy crap. I heard about this a tiny bit but had no idea what it was about. But damn, Su (BABYMETAL) can make anything better. Truly. TMG did sound good but the BABYMETAL in it just made me want more. Maybe this is a teaser? Or something to do with the movie they are in? I'm probably waaaaay off on that. 🤘🦊🤘
