Clearly she did not know which apartment she guessed at the apartment number. First she said I’m not sure and then she rattled off an apartment number and disappeared. She said there was loud arguing, however, the police did not hear any loud arguing coming from that apartment so, why were they so ready to take someone’s life. I’m wondering if she made a false call period!❤

@@GregMegMy spirit keeps telling me when she gave them that apartment number she knew who lived in that particular apartment and that’s why she disappeared. At this point I’m feeling there was no loud cussing and arguing.. She didn’t even go to the stairwell to make sure they knocked on the correct door. It’s just suspicious.❤

Okay… I thought professional weapons holders were not supposed to fire if the person had the muzzle to their weapon pointed downward. You are supposed to warn them first. Right? He did not have the gun pointed at them. How can they claim self defense? He was in his own home. Also, doesn’t the Air Force have to do their own investigation since he was active duty?❤
@Hakuuna_Matatah I have the same sentiments I was in law enforcement if the gun is pointing down, not raised, and he is not threatening to shoot. The officer should have used verbal command to put weapon down and explain why he was at the apartment. He saw a black man with a gun and immediately shot to kill.
By the way I am AFVet.. secondary augment to SP’s… I was recalling my own training.. The gun was down he was not pointing it at them. The cop had time to give the order “drop the gun.” ❤️
The policeman knocked on the door - he didn't identify himself - then stepped out of view. He intentionally Drew him to the door without identifying himself.
Not sure where the confusion is here. Yes the officer did as you said but shortly after clearly identified himself as police

The deputy should have assessed the situation. The body cam was edited before being sent out. This D.A. is on a power trip.

The gun was not pointed at them.. it was pointed downward away from them.. the way the military and law enforcement is trained. He went there ready to take somebody’s life. The complaint was about loud arguing… There was no sound coming from the apartment so why did the cop already have his gun drawn? @@Hakuuna_Matatah if a person is standing directly in front of you holding a gun it takes less than a second for them to shoot you. If I’m a cop and I identify myself and the person opens the door with a gun in their hand I have to assume the person is intending to use it. It’s tragic because it appears there was no disturbance in the first place. I guess America is different on guns than us Canadians but atleast it should be common sense to not have a gun in your hand when opening the door for a cop
