    This might be more of a informational of how not to do this workout than it is instructional. Ignore any thoughts I said at the beginning. Without fatigue 17 minutes is possible but with 110 reps of everything plus transitions plus blowing up, I had no chance here. It’s crazy to think if I had just done like 5 bench every 30 seconds, it might have paid off. Just hard to think that way. I think toes to bar is the harder route because then upper body/grip is impacted, but GHD is maybe a tougher movement overall. Give this one a go!

      @@MeltProgramming haven’t been so wrong on a time estimate in a long time. The bench press fatigue made the first 6 rounds almost the same time despite the decreasing rep scheme
