All jest aside, making Rotis n Parattas etc aren't quite the measure of ingenuity in my books.. It's baking bread ! Nothing exceptional perhaps but there's something abt it tht separate the lines..bringing home-made bread to the Table..woww ! And this Croissant demo clearly puts you at levels sublime..! Tried it and came out well..tysm chechiii When we were in Saudi we used to buy it and it was one of our favourites. Now in Kerala, I didn't get a perfect taste of croissants. Now I got the exact taste which I was searching for. I've no words to say how happy I am...♥️
