Well I've never heard of pork brisket, but that's what we love about your channel! Looks delicious! So many recipes and so little time. Cheers!

Try brining a pork brisket in pastrami pickling spices for a week. It's amazing. Smoke it, slice it, slap it on the flat top for a minute or two and have at it.

Great looking cook - also like the packers/bears game on the smoke shack tv!

Thank you! Yeah, I had to put myself through the punishment of watching my bears lose to the pack. AGAIN!

You spritz with apple juice for more flavore .... not water ... thats bland and waters it down to much !!!!

I used to do apple juice, or apple cider vinegar or a mix of the two. But with the amount of food that I cook the cost doesn’t make sense. I’m spritzing to help keep the surface from drying out and not necessarily to add flavor. And in all my past cooks I never noticed a huge difference in flavor to justify the cost of juice over water. But that’s the great thing about bbq, we all have our methods and can do any variation we like! Cheers and thanks for stopping by and checking out the video.
