Just installed these on my 2012 BMW X5M. Easy to install & they sound great. They only make the PSHHH noises when really pushing the vehicle from a standstill, which I think is perfect. Thanks to SKD55 Garage for posting this! (For those wondering the part is "Turbosmart TS-0223-1092". The part is made for the N55 but will also fit various other BMW turbo's including the s63 BMW x5m e70 models)
Love that it's such an easy install can't wait to get mine this week, or next week. I believe this does add power, especially if you have the module that controls boost/bov. This and carbon intakes are gonna be my first mods to my next e70 x5m
Hello, thanks for uploading this video, I got a 2010x5m I'm wondering if this ones may work, what year is yours. I got Gfb valves installed but they don't fabricate, atmosphere or duals, sometimes they make a weird noise not the pshhh.😅 I read reviews they get stock.wonder if These are better. Could you provide Link to for the valves description. I'm on my plan to do as many moods little by little, so far got the Gfb valves, downpipes, engine air intake filter upgrade, muffler deletes, got a pedel box and bost control tune box from Race chip, supposed to get to 654 hp, I don't know much about tunes, if they are better What other things could be done to take it to close to 700hp?🤞
omg bro and everything well ? working normal u car ? i have the same car and i bought turbosmart version plumb black but dont change nothing , is rare because. I put the originals back on and started to do the psssss , Does anyone know if they are configured? or something ?
@@josegadielescobarcuellar9394 I don't have the turbo smart, I have the Gfb valves, everything is working nice, but they're not atmospheric so it doesn't release that pshh sound but it makes a air suction sound is unique, I was going to purchase the turbo smart , but is not for my car x5 m ,555hp, plus the mods is pushing more horsepower than what those valves are rated for They don't have specific for x5m they're for another engine. .. I'm no mechanic so I wouldn't know if it matters before making some deep research...
Hey champ, im on oz too, your x5m is a beast. ive got a e70 x5 M57 3.0sd twin turbo diesel. stage 2 , remap tune, dpf, front mount, turbo upgrades. Is it possible to run these on mine? being diesel do you think youd even hear them? 🤙🤙

It literally says not for use on s63 engines right on the company website though…

So these are not originally designed for the x5 m???
They sell a bunch of valves… none of them listed for x5 or x6 yours plugged right in which one did you use? Can you post a link?
