I actually HAVE the pro version. And when it prompts me to purchase, it says I already have it and it, yet, it wont let me export. It’s the weekly version. Do I have to buy the $100 for a yr version??? I don’t get it.😡
Faced the 1 sec video duration issue during export as well and the solution I found online worked If you scroll through your media row and everything is darker except for like one clip or point that’s bright, then right click it and hit range > unselect area. All your media should be bright now and when you export it should be the full video
This fixed my issue! Thank you. I hadn't realised I'd selected a range- so it kept exporting 1 sec. (I also cleared my hdd & 5gb cache before that and turned off the software setting mentioned)
Wow you saved me! For me the export was super slow. It took me about a day to export a video as it was going by 0.1% every few minutes, which is insane. Now I have unticked the hardware setting thing and deleted my cache which was over 2GB 😭It's still slow on exporting but it's going by 1% which is A LOT better. Just took me about an hour to export a 30 min video with approx. 2GB.

When I go to export my video, it loads to 100%, then freezes. I've left it on that screen for two and a half hours and nothing changed. Now, I've successfully exported it, but I can't find it on my device. btw i am using a phone 6GB total of the video and i have really enough phone storage space for it. It should ask you if you want to see it in your files when exported and then after it takes you there you can move it to any file you want. That is what I did.

I am on CapCut’s Pro plan for Windows PC. i’ve seen some tutorials where the Codec drop-down includes the various ProRes options - but I cannot get my CapCut export options to show any ProRes export options. I do not want MP4. I need ProRes export. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Hey man, still having trouble exporting I am a pro account user. I’ve done everything on this video. When I hit export it just sits at 0 % doesn’t move at all. When I hit cancel it says it’s exporting but nothing happens. I’ve let it sit there for 10-20 min. Thanks you, help is much appreciated
@@cometcreator9411 just to my Mac. I could right away export, when I deleted the Cover image in the Track window. On the left side of the main Video track, you can create a cover image. When you did that, you can not export anymore. That is it. Once you deleted the image, you can export. Tipp: I made a cover image, took a screenshot. Uploaded the screenshot into the media files of the video. Then used that screenshot as the top layer of the Video that you would see the first 2 seconds of the video only the screenshot. (Deleted the original cover) and then I could export. 😃 I hope that helps. I'd created a 5 minutes video but Capcut would only export for me the first 3 seconds. I'd tried Exporting many times and it's the same situation. I've cleared the Cache (about 500MB) but I still could not export the full video. I wonder if you could give me some advice?

I used a copy of another project for this one and 3 songs are not connected anymore. Thats a information that pop's up when I open the project. Maybe that's the reason? I have replaced 3 images in the video with better quality ones but the tool still searches the original images that I have deleted, so it won t let me export. My issue is that CapCut wants to link to an image, "a cover photo," which has been deleted, all the way deleted. Error code 10004 can't link to media. Hi there I'm having issues exporting my video and my problem is the last step you went over about the pro features. I've signed up for a monthly subscription of $9.99 which Is the pro format...right? It had me sign in and redirected me back to the project I am currently working on but it's still giving me that same prompt when I click export. Do I not need to have the subscription? How can I fix this?
I know this may seem like a silly question, but are you logged in on the actual CapCut software? On your project in the top right corner it should show your log in information if you are! When I upgraded to pro it did the same thing and it was because I still had to log in on the actual software

Hi, since yesterday when I click export it goes to the normal popup but when i click the button "tiktok" to generate that video it is sticking at a certain percentage ..... I have tried all your steps and no joy. (I have pro)

@@DamonSacks When I deleted my Cover Photo, then I could export. Very strange. So you have to delete the cover Photo in the Clip. It is not sufficient to "deselect" the cover photo at the export pannel.
