22:27 To shorten the caption, you don't need to cut and edit each text individually. Simply navigate to the caption section (usually top right, near the text menu). There, you'll see all your captions listed. To split a caption, place your cursor where you want the break and press Enter. This is a superb video! This is THE most helpful video I have ever watched on TH-cam. I am literally going through editing my short with your video side by side, applying some of these effects etc. I'm a little "slow," so it is taking me a good few hours of rewinding, editing, rewinding, editing, etc. But I am pleased with the result and know this will make me a better creator. Pro video editor & colourist of 30+ years on multiple platforms, my attention was recently drawn to CapCut. This is one of the best tutorials I have ever seen for any software. Basics, deep dive, no BS, no repetition... brilliant. My ONLY thought is that I would have explained the "Magnetic" features of the base video layer a bit sooner and more explicitly, but nonetheless, a masterpiece. Thank you.

I don’t usually comment on youtube videos but I must make an exception in this case. This video was absolutely excellent in every respect. I’ve been involved with software development since the mid 1980s and this is by far the best tutorial for a piece of software that I have ever seen.
