Hmm, if your menopausal, have no gallbladder, unhealthy gut, insulin sensitive etc., it's a whole different ball game. The fruit in sugar, for some can trigger hunger. Hmm, if you're omitting everything white, which usually triggers hunger aminos are unnecessary.
I've lost 20 pounds in 1.5 months doing this. Intermittent fasting with a focus on protein and veggies. No alcohol is a biggie. Can't loose weight and consume alcohol. And watch snacking. Don't snack. Not difficult, but demanding. But having extra weight is also demanding - pick your challenge.

So I eat my first meal at school at 12pm can I eat one large size peach in it it keep me satisfying or full me 70percent
Eliminate alcohol is a biggie. Alcohol will shut down the fat burning provided by your liver.
Is vino allowed?
You can have non-alcoholic Vino.
