Love this! Just bought a box of panipuri today in canada...6.00 for maybe 30 of them and not filled.Of course I live in a small city so only one indian restaurant on the other end of town but my grocery store carries them boxed and sealed.SOO GOOD

More than panipuri on other Indian side streets, they made no guarantees that the panipuri food was clean and totally dirtier.
We def need more of these! Though I would also like to know what's in that water? I never eat panipuri on the roadside because of the water issues and the no-gloves situation. I saw a hidden camera where they mix toxic chemicals to get the colors of the pani for the puri. If that water is drinking water and the mix is normal foodstuff and not chemicals then I would LOVE to eat there!
Dont worry the water is safe. He probably prepares them in the morning. They're a mix of herbs and spices.
