I know this video is 7 years old, but my 25 years old son is in the hospital right now, is this a life time treatment? I don't really want to think about the statistics. As far as I know this never goes away.
@@Fleo12 well they took him off meds in May and the doctors appear a little baffled, they can see no signs of it anymore . He seems to be doing well. Thanks for asking.

@@Fleo12 in sorry to hear that. He was on 2 anti-inflammatory after 3 months they dropped one then 2 more months they dropped the other. He did have to find a different line of work construction was not going to be an option anymore. Too mooch stress on the heart. Hope all works out for you. I know how scared we all were . 🙏
I have myopericarditis I was diagnosed with this Early 2015 , April 1st Since then I’ve been getting more active I’m a bodybuilder I joined my schools wrestling team But I still have trouble with cardio

I've skimmed some conflicting stuff that says ibuprofen can actually be detrimental to myocarditis.

Clonzapine and Quetiapine and Covimernity can also cause this. Is the treatments different if the a etiology is different from viral?
