There's also hashut forge city icons in the adamantine chain on the aqshy map plus others in the chamon and shyish maps. The chaos pantheon page also has a small anecdote below khorne, tzeenech, nurgle, slaanesh and the great horned rat that reads IN THE DEEPER DARKNESS RING THE HAMMERS OF HASHUT

I think the horns of hashut design is really interesting. They give off a Minoan, ancient greek- like vibe. The aos factions are always really unique in comparison to other fantasy settings in my opinion, so i'm already curious how they will turn out!
100% agree - GW (thanks to modern sculpting and moulding) can do so much more with AoS than they ever could for Fantasy, and it really shows. I think the new Chaos Duardin will have a great look and feel. 😁
An interesting thing to explore would be a potential rivalry between Hashut and Vashtorr. They could be competing for dominion over the Chaos Duardins.

He taught the Chaos Dwarfs magic and influences them to enslave and extort other races for money and resources but the actually industry of the CD is inherent dwarf skill that's been allowed to invent freely much like the current Khardron Overlords @@DergonBaals
Honestly chaos dwarves in age of sigmar would make a lot of sense actually. They'd add a good counter to any dwarves in the forces of order. Hopefully they'd have some of the really fun artillery they used to have.

Why not use the two speculated factions in the same starter box? I know it sounds dumb since the Stormcast is the poster child for AoS, but it would give some variety and let other factions be tried for new players.

Some of the 3D printable models are freakin gorgeous! I'm about to build a 3D printed chaos dwarf army. Even if GW brings out new models and they don't go on backorder instantly, I'll be saving a bunch of money.
Honestly Chorfs even if not a full faction having a chaos warriors armed with Chorf blundeebusses would be dope. Also new Hobgrots that look cool and not goofy
There’s nothing but rumours right now, but a lot of expectation it’ll be in 4th edition. If I was to take a punt, I’d say Skaven will be the launch box refresh, and Chaos Duardin about two years in, so 2026 sometime. But, again, that’s just speculation.

I personally don't like age of sigma as a game. But I do quite like a number of models. And have no qualms buying them to play With Warhammer fantasy. I've always liked the Chaos dwarfs. But I was only able to buy a handful of them back in the day before they were discontinued. As such I am eagerly anticipating the Release Of chaos dwarfs In age of Sigma. So that I can buy them To expand my chaos dwarf army

I do have something against AoS (it has atrocious lore, very badly written and conceived). That said, the miniatures are often very nice and there's nothing stopping you using them for (real) Warhammer.

I suspect the Cities of Sigmar /// Dispossessed in AoS and Dwarves in ToW will have cross comptability with Longbeards, Hammerers, Irondrakes, Ironbreakers, Gyrocopters, Gyrobombers, and so on. Sadly, Dark Elves / Druchii won't be in ToW 1st Edition. I think the best of possible worlds would be both the Chaos Dwarves /// Legion of Azgorh and Dark Aelves /// Druchii :))
We don’t need chorfs we have have enough dwarfs already. Remaster old models and add more to the lines that are lacking. 20 plus army’s is a lot to pick from.

Interesting idea - they haven’t spoken much about smaller deities crossing between 40K and AoS but it’s a possibility 🤔

I really mixed feelings over most armies I had for fantasy fall under legends now, including chaos dwarves. Forge world range was amazing...but costly
