Having a good support team can also help us to make better choices. Ladies we must continue to work on our self esteem and to value ourselves more. No one deserves to be abused. We have to examine ourselves daily to see how we can become better than we were the day before and encourage each other to do better. I used to endure abuse in relationships even with my own children band I had to let them go. My daughter told me the only good thing about me was my money. All she took and borrowed without repaying have been forgiven but I can't help anymore. No man is coming to my home . I'm good by myself.

Basically, I valued his attention and materialistic things he had attachd to him more than I valued myself-now I know I value more.

I’m listening to this letter and I can’t believe how a woman tolerates such things. My ex is a narc and he has a “girlfriend” for more than 8 years she has a kids. Luckily I’m divorced but because of my minor kids I can’t stop having minimal contact. On top of all what I have from him, she is having double trouble and more because she accepts everything. When I was still in divorce procedures he says he doesn’t like her kids that her daughter was lame and stupid and her kid was soooo annoying. Last year they break up for the 100th (her words) time I had to intervene in the behalf of my kids that was terrified of the idea of them living together. She attacked me and insulted me then told me they broke up and this 100th time was for real… that’s not of my business. They were back few months later, first they were hiding from the kids (I’m talking about 50+ adults. 😂 ). Two weeks ago I come to pick up the kids,she made the walk of shame with that fake, deceitful smile. I thought, does she ever know he said in front off the judge that he don’t want to divorce me and object to it? The all courts room has to laugh including me do the content of the files. With this one, he was about more than 2 years all together at time and wasn’t only her😅. But that just makes me believe the unbelievable in this letter is soooo real.

Same day he came tried to break in my son got scared . I regret having put my son through this I was not healed at that time I am doing better now. I know my mistakes now. I was not in a good place in my life after my husbands suicide, total lack of support; it is not an excuse, SEX I was not even having sex with him last year it was 2 times. My son also misbehaved sometimes, he had a lot of anxiety and I was there for him. Agian it is not an excuse but no man of this calibar will ever enter our lives again. After this loser left my son ---We are alone again- I actually felt guilty that I could not create a life and have people on our lives that supported us that surrounded us, so yes this dysfunctional man for years off and on was the only support and also source of chaos in our lives. I had LOTS of anxiety at that time and I wanted to live in a house I was living in a low cost housing with some shady ppl like alcoholics, I was still healing from the traumatism of my husbands suicide ALL alone my son had anxiety as well. I was NOT Just lonely I was totally ALONE in a weak emotional state and no support whatsoever. I AM still alone today, but I dont feel the same way because I have healed enough PLUS in the long run, he did more damage than good this man. I Dont need him.
That guy has a custom of putting people out of the car. He was just waiting for an opportunity and deliberately made an issue out of her son eating in his car. He could have simply said there is no eating in his car. I have an acquaintance who I was told put somebody out of her car on a long road trip. She has suggested that we go somewhere that’s a few hours out of town. I declined. First of all, she’s too high-strung for me to spend protracted amount of time with; and second of all, I’m not going to run the risk of being put out of the car.
He did not put us out of the car Miss Faye read too fast, he actually LEFT us in a running car stopped at a STOP and took off walking. I took control of the car with my son on the back seat and parked it near my home. Then then came back I remember now, under the pretext that I messed with his phone, to be agressive and almost broke in I had to push the door and keep it with all my force. My son was only 6 he got scared. I am not proud of it I was trauma bonded. He was at that time, my only support but at the same time same person who put us in situations like this. It is history now, he pretends to be someone GOOD a happening journalst, the show he puts on , he does not want me to go near where he lives he is afraid I might tell people things he did like stealing from a kid and me. But I am kinda tired thinking and talking about it-he is just a loser, thats all, I need to concentrate on myself to attract one day better men. I have to say througout my childhood I felt LONELY because I was rejected by my verbally and emotionally abusive parents, so during the love bombing period, which I think it is what it is with this manipulator, I felt loved, I had even told my son he loves us and we will live with him I believed it. I see now my emotional problems and lack of love made me prone to his abuse.

The loser had blocked me and discarded me and pretended its over because we had an argument, but I did my homework and saw that a few weeks before he was romancing and taking this woman out, so I called her he ws sitting next to her and asked her to pass the phone to tell him I know what you did and you cannot manipulate me anymore. He actually is proud of his behaviour he is smiling at me when he sees me and or ignores me. I could not have been more wrong I had actually hoped we would work out problems and build something together since he had the capital I lacked but I had the enregy and ideas.

The woman 20 years younger a year before meeting him was ready to go to a foreign country to buy a house with a men she knew 2 months I thought something was off. She provides him a huge validation ego boost and the parents are rich and provided him with work. She is incest victim turns out. I suffered with this man because I was projecting into him, driven by total lack isolation after my husbands suicide and not having healed, it was nt the best time of my life. Basically, looking back the car incident when he left us took off tried to break in then the pseudo suicide, that was totally Crazy and I missed the exit sign right there. I was trauma bonded to this man, I am free now and I am working on myself. My son and I had suffered after the passing of my husband and we needed someone there. To be honest 2 months into the relationship, the loser had started acting badly mistreating me I broke up with him and I remember my son said mom we are alone again. I needed someone there at the beginning off and on he did some things for us. But that changed. I could not have done otherwise because I was wounded and totally unhealed from the drama of my husband. I made a lot of bad choices got caught up with this loser, BUT I can say now I can say that I see no heathy woman would be involved with him this narcissistic unstable man. The house situation was what hurt me the most that because he had the money from his mother he kinda took my idea and left me behind. Thats ok. He was totally sick this man and I cannot have that in my life now that I am almost healed. I have nothing to do with him now. In fact he sees me and throws dirty looks on me or smiles, really perverted, seems like he is happy he hurt me. I do not play his game, I pretend he is DEAD because he is.

Annoter update, after devaluing me, discrediting me for everything I did and just using me and my photos to send to her and taking credit for it... took pictures of some plants he then sent to her and she put on her instagram, and takes credit of the photos. I cannot believe what a LOSER I was involved with. I just found out this woman he is involved with a year before meeting him she was ready to go to another country and buy a house with a man she met at work and knew 2 months, a year later she gets pregnant from this loser...turns out she is incest victim..I have a friend who knows their family and told me she was molested as a kid. The parents the whole family supports this LOSER and included him into their family and gave him a job. A year after the discard I got it now, no matter how much I struggle as a single mother wanting to create a good life for me and my son, unhealthy ppl its a NONO OUT. It is no longer my problem what he does or who he does it with. Clearly the woman he found has problems as well. Both are children of rich families, but that is not going to help them with their traumas and mental issues. I want NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE. This loser is so toxic he throws dirty looks or laughs when he sees me because I got manipulated actually he had been lying to me saying he cared we are going to live together till the end he did it. You are right I have been seeing a psychologist for about a year now who explained to me that I lack love in my life and need this attention and lack of love which comes from my childhood and further reinforced by my husband abandoning us, so I was totally manipulated with this man, who really was being dishoenst about his intentions:feeligs a fake, outside of the infatuation period, it was NEVER in any of his intentions to build anything together, he actually clung to me because he himself was depressed and needed a repair, but once he found someone of more interst, he had no problem discarding me. Sad part is till the end he just lied manipulated: A few days before said he would never leave me, that we could live together if all went well etc etc. Total manipulation.

I think he is narcissistic. Every time I left him, in the hopes he would treat me better, it just got worse, and he used to drive by my home, hoover I think it is called, I thought he loved or was in love with me, but now I see it was control and that he was lonely and needed SOMEONE there for validation. The sad part is that , I had this illusion that he would change and I would get my needs/wants met he never did, instead the manipuations got worse and worse-till it was so obvious I programmed his phone MANIPULATOR. the last year I had told him to stay away from my son to see how things workout beween us, he did not take it well because I learned to put boundaries, by my desire to have support , lack of love feeling and dream of having living in a house, blinded me .

This man was very emotionally manipulative abusive he tried to put his instability on me, always blamed me for his suicide attempt, which worked at the beginning because it opened up old wounds, till I worked on myself and it no longer worked on me and this man every time he misbehaved he threw that in my way as a way to protect himself and hurt me. Basically, I valued his attention and materialistic things he had attachd to him more than I valued myself-now I know I value more.

I’m listening to this letter and I can’t believe how a woman tolerates such things. My ex is a narc and he has a “girlfriend” for more than 8 years she has a kids. Luckily I’m divorced but because of my minor kids I can’t stop having minimal contact. On top of all what I have from him, she is having double trouble and more because she accepts everything. When I was still in divorce procedures he says he doesn’t like her kids that her daughter was lame and stupid and her kid was soooo annoying. Last year they break up for the 100th (her words) time I had to intervene in the behalf of my kids that was terrified of the idea of them living together. She attacked me and insulted me then told me they broke up and this 100th time was for real… that’s not of my business. They were back few months later, first they were hiding from the kids (I’m talking about 50+ adults. 😂 ). Two weeks ago I come to pick up the kids,she made the walk of shame with that fake, deceitful smile. I thought, does she ever know he said in front off the judge that he don’t want to divorce me and object to it? The all courts room has to laugh including me do the content of the files. With this one, he was about more than 2 years all together at time and wasn’t only her😅. But that just makes me believe the unbelievable in this letter is soooo real.

This is terrible she put her own feelings of loneliness above the abuse he showed towards her son, just terrible! She’s also showing her son how she wants to be treated ……used and abused. It seems like she’s caught up in all the drama instead of respecting herself. Very sad, instead of focusing on the love she has in her life with her son and enjoying her best life, she’s wasting time with a loser just for s#x, I feel sad for her son having to witness all this rubbish.
That day she describes in the video he actually left me and my son in the car. I was sitting next to him and my son behind seat. He just took off. Same day he came tried to break in my son got scared . I regret having put my son through this I was not healed at that time I am doing better now. I know my mistakes now. I was not in a good place in my life after my husbands suicide, total lack of support; it is not an excuse, SEX I was not even having sex with him last year it was 2 times. My son also misbehaved sometimes, he had a lot of anxiety and I was there for him. Agian it is not an excuse but no man of this calibar will ever enter our lives again. After this loser left my son ---We are alone again- I actually felt guilty that I could not create a life and have people on our lives that supported us that surrounded us, so yes this dysfunctional man for years off and on was the only support and also source of chaos in our lives. We are doing better.

I had LOTS of anxiety at that time and I wanted to live in a house I was living in a low cost housing with some shady ppl like alcoholics, I was still healing from the traumatism of my husbands suicide ALL alone my son had anxiety as well. I was NOT Just lonely I was totally ALONE in a weak emotional state and no support whatsoever. I AM still alone today, but I dont feel the same way because I have healed enough PLUS in the long run, he did more damage than good this man. I Dont need him.
That guy has a custom of putting people out of the car. He was just waiting for an opportunity and deliberately made an issue out of her son eating in his car. He could have simply said there is no eating in his car. I have an acquaintance who I was told put somebody out of her car on a long road trip. She has suggested that we go somewhere that’s a few hours out of town. I declined. First of all, she’s too high-strung for me to spend protracted amount of time with; and second of all, I’m not going to run the risk of being put out of the car.
He did not put us out of the car Miss Faye read too fast, he actually LEFT us in a running car stopped at a STOP and took off walking. I took control of the car with my son on the back seat and parked it near my home. Then then came back I remember now, under the pretext that I messed with his phone, to be agressive and almost broke in I had to push the door and keep it with all my force. My son was only 6 he got scared. I am not proud of it I was trauma bonded. He was at that time, my only support but at the same time same person who put us in situations like this. It is history now, he pretends to be someone GOOD a happening journalst, the show he puts on , he does not want me to go near where he lives he is afraid I might tell people things he did like stealing from a kid and me. But I am kinda tired thinking and talking about it-he is just a loser, thats all, I need to concentrate on myself to attract one day better men. I have to say througout my childhood I felt LONELY because I was rejected by my verbally and emotionally abusive parents, so during the love bombing period, which I think it is what it is with this manipulator, I felt loved, I had even told my son he loves us and we will live with him I believed it. I see now my emotional problems and lack of love made me prone to his abuse.
Just last message. The loser had blocked me and discarded me and pretended its over because we had an argument, but I did my homework and saw that a few weeks before he was romancing and taking this woman out, so I called her he ws sitting next to her and asked her to pass the phone to tell him I know what you did and you cannot manipulate me anymore. He actually is proud of his behaviour he is smiling at me when he sees me and or ignores me. I could not have been more wrong I had actually hoped we would work out problems and build something together since he had the capital I lacked but I had the enregy and ideas.

Towards the end though I saw through him. He admitted some people do drugs, I lie. I have since seen a psy for 3 times I stopped now but he explained he sounds like a covert narcissist and very unstable and superficial. The woman 20 years younger a year before meeting him was ready to go to a foreign country to buy a house with a men she knew 2 months I thought something was off. She provides him a huge validation ego boost and the parents are rich and provided him with work. She is incest victim turns out. I suffered with this man because I was projecting into him, driven by total lack isolation after my husbands suicide and not having healed, it was nt the best time of my life. Basically, looking back the car incident when he left us took off tried to break in then the pseudo suicide, that was totally Crazy and I missed the exit sign right there. I was trauma bonded to this man, I am free now and I am working on myself. My son and I had suffered after the passing of my husband and we needed someone there. To be honest 2 months into the relationship, the loser had started acting badly mistreating me I broke up with him and I remember my son said mom we are alone again. I needed someone there at the beginning off and on he did some things for us. But that changed. I could not have done otherwise because I was wounded and totally unhealed from the drama of my husband. I made a lot of bad choices got caught up with this loser, BUT I can say now I can say that I see no heathy woman would be involved with him this narcissistic unstable man. The house situation was what hurt me the most that because he had the money from his mother he kinda took my idea and left me behind. Thats ok. He was totally sick this man and I cannot have that in my life now that I am almost healed. I have nothing to do with him now. In fact he sees me and throws dirty looks on me or smiles, really perverted, seems like he is happy he hurt me. I do not play his game, I pretend he is DEAD because he is.

Annoter update, after devaluing me, discrediting me for everything I did and just using me and my photos to send to her and taking credit for it... took pictures of some plants he then sent to her and she put on her instagram, and takes credit of the photos. I cannot believe what a LOSER I was involved with. I just found out this woman he is involved with a year before meeting him she was ready to go to another country and buy a house with a man she met at work and knew 2 months, a year later she gets pregnant from this loser...turns out she is incest victim..I have a friend who knows their family and told me she was molested as a kid. The parents the whole family supports this LOSER and included him into their family and gave him a job. A year after the discard I got it now, no matter how much I struggle as a single mother wanting to create a good life for me and my son, unhealthy ppl its a NONO OUT. It is no longer my problem what he does or who he does it with. Clearly the woman he found has problems as well. Both are children of rich families, but that is not going to help them with their traumas and mental issues. I want NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE. This loser is so toxic he throws dirty looks or laughs when he sees me because I got manipulated actually he had been lying to me saying he cared we are going to live together till the end he did it. This guy was actually really weak and heartless because I had a lot of love to give what was the point of leading me on hurting me already wounded from the heartache of having lost my husband and being isolated? I did not deserve that, but seems like even in my disadvantaged situation, this man is UNHEALTHY. I am repulsed by him. I am going to now concentrate on healing and building my finances and a support system and I will NOT date again not until I got these two things done.

And quiet frankly even he admitted he never treated anyone to this degree-I think his new gf will get it better as the parents are friends with him and live up the street. He will be on his best behaviour. But I as an easy target for him, totlaly isolated, with a young child, so yes I think he in part did this things because he could and at that time I had no idea what boundaries were AND I did not handle well being ALONE because all the negative thoughts of my husbands trauma would flood me I needed someone there.

You are right I have been seeing a psychologist for about a year now who explained to me that I lack love in my life and need this attention and lack of love which comes from my childhood and further reinforced by my husband abandoning us, so I was totally manipulated with this man, who really was being dishoenst about his intentions:feeligs a fake, outside of the infatuation period, it was NEVER in any of his intentions to build anything together, he actually clung to me because he himself was depressed and needed a repair, but once he found someone of more interst, he had no problem discarding me. Sad part is till the end he just lied manipulated: A few days before said he would never leave me, that we could live together if all went well etc etc. Total manipulation.

I think he is narcissistic. Every time I left him, in the hopes he would treat me better, it just got worse, and he used to drive by my home, hoover I think it is called, I thought he loved or was in love with me, but now I see it was control and that he was lonely and needed SOMEONE there for validation. The sad part is that , I had this illusion that he would change and I would get my needs/wants met he never did, instead the manipuations got worse and worse-till it was so obvious I programmed his phone MANIPULATOR. the last year I had told him to stay away from my son to see how things workout beween us, he did not take it well because I learned to put boundaries, by my desire to have support , lack of love feeling and dream of having living in a house, blinded me .
She keeps accepting his hovering and it will only get worse.

He did not put out my son form the car, I would leave the loser on the spot, he left me and my son in the care I took control of the car and got it out of the way , he left it at a stop with cars behind us. He stole my sons plastic watch my Modigliani ring I bought in LA when I was younger, a ring that cost nothing he did it to hurt me, passive agressive. I just thought he would see a psy so I could get my needs met but instead he just kept leading me on. He said wait for me I am not ready. He said give me some times to see a psy. But in the end ended up monkey branching and discarding me.

That younger woman you are talking about did not care what happened to me as long as she got all the attention and benefits of having a rich boyfriend who put her on a pedestal and on the surface gives her all the things she wants cause she is a trophy.
