    Just made this for a leg of lamb on my charcoal bbq rotisserie, absolutely amazing flavour. Added fresh rosemary to the fire for a bit of flavour.

    Hi! How long did you marinate before putting on the grill? And where do you buy the rotisserie rotator?

    • @mrskewer964
      @mrskewer964  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I marinated only 30 min. The rotisserie rotator that i have came with the bbq. You need to Find one that suits your gill. Im sure that you can find one on Amazon.

    Always great videos !
    But don’t you remove the fel membrane?

    • @mrskewer964
      @mrskewer964  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Do you mean remove the bone?

    • @jpgsf1978
      @jpgsf1978 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Mr Skewer
      No. The skin membrane is called the fell.

      Thank you for the info 🙏.
      normally I remove that part, since the lamb would be grilled for 6 hours, I decided to keep the skin and it actually became the tastiest part of the lamb leg 👍.

      Mr Skewer
      Good to know. I like to remove it when I make it.

    Great video - thank you. However, the end result looks overcooked to us.

  • @richardmuszynski6797

    You think the guy could at least tell us what temperature the barbecue is supposed to be at that alone are the potatoes supposed to be parboiled or not and how long are the potatoes cook for for the more I don't like a recipe without Rosemarie using a rosemary brushes just for show does absolutely nothing

  • @zarahlaffontlaffont5967

    6 hours!!!!!????!

    • @mrskewer964
      @mrskewer964  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes 6 hours, the lamb stays juicy when it's slow cooked 👌
