Got a kick out of your quip about selling empty boxes. Over the years I’ve sold more then a couple including one I got over $500 for ( older Colt revolver box)

Vintage wrapping paper, and WAY vintage sheet music(I seen you just found a bunch of that). Random paper items. Thanks so much!
If you want to move out items, postcards generally sell for $1-$3, depending on what is on them. Of course, more ornate postcards or holiday cards can sell for higher amounts online. Vintage sheet music also depends on the cover illustration and if it is a sought after piece. Sometimes it is good to just get an idea of what people are willing to spend at your market and price from there.
You should know all the regular clients that you recognize what they collect and phone #'s and now days and ??? email... This how my sister net works she know most of her regulars by name and she is not as Pretty as you matter of fact she is 300+ lbs. but smart......She knows most of the dealers and what they collect and what they will being selling as you do paper... she does place setting and small wears and jewelry... A lot War memorabilia... sweet heart pins, metals!!!!!!!!!!!
You have all the dealers or resellers crowding Your space as you try setting up, been there done that, all guys of course, just reminds me of our local flea market with the very early morning set ups crazy And they grab stuff before you get it out lol You by yourself, good thing you only have smalls...hope you did well!!!
I think the stick pins were either memorial or trade union pins that could be customized with a photo. You mentioned there is German on the back, if the word Verein is there, these are probably trade union pins.
I like the idea of watching reactions when customers open that book, should be entertaining. Also, great idea for putting an image on the pin bezels, I have an ETSY shop and I sell custom charms with images on them....very similar idea.

If you have a booth (Etsy) online, you can scan collections of old graphics and put them together as printable PDF files and sell them for $1.50- $5.00 each for scrapbooking, or crafts . You never run out of stock. You just have to make sure they aren't Disney or newer than 1978.

There's a class picture and original paper diploma from (I think) 1931 in the case at the checkouts at the Goodwill on Linden Road in Bethlehem. I believe you live somewhere in that area.
I love paper- been selling it along time- Started my selling career in 1998 and opened a book store in 2000. That has since closed yet I still love getting paper. My eBay unfortunately is a big array of everything these days, but i always wished i could make it on just paper. maybe someday! love the videos, thanks

Just my own particular "trigger," but the pictures in books I usually call "illustrations," not "graphics," especially since in most books the artist gets an illustration credit on the cover or title page. I do a bit of junk journaling. The books I look out for are botanical prints, field guides for butterflies, birds, trees, etc., math books, and anything with flower images. Sometimes it's the cover, sometimes it's the pages. I do use a lot of book pages too. I don't dare go to thrift stores and yard sales every week, my house would fill up!
I had The Wedding of the Painted Doll in my Etsy shop! It sold! I bought about 10 sets of sheet music at an estate sale to see how they’d do. Of course, I picked that one for the graphics too! Hope you sell yours.
Great Haul! You mentioned junk journaling, as far as selling ephemera for them; if the papers are 1923 or older, you can digitize & sell copies by pdf download & you can keep original. If 1924 or younger, still under copyright so you can only sell original. Love your finds!
Thank you for the info! Many viewers have suggested doing the PDF copy. I have to look into the quality of my printer/scanner and see if it will be suitable. I know some viewers also have recommended scanner brands, so have to check them out as well.

At that time of the morning, I was the only female in that section. Others came and set up later. The early shoppers are all regulars and nice guys, so I know to expect them as soon as I start putting items out.
It makes me so anxious when the swarm happens at set up. I know that's the point- to sell. It's also my least fav part of having yard sales! 😊. Also that red top is so cute on you. I am also a junk journaler. LOVE vintage graphics and books, playing cards- all of it!
The regulars here are nice - they will ask for specific items they are looking for and also not just go picking through your vehicle. They politely wait until you have a box out of your car and then ask if they can look at it.

Nice to get rid of stuff and get some change for the effort! How bout a picture of a frog on one of those stick pins? One of the ladies in my church group gave me a collection of very cute frog lapel pins. Wear one of these at times, and it gets attention. As to that book on flies...it works!! Like your new haircut...as a balding guy...it makes me envious! Lon Chaney Jr. the son of the great Lon, played the Wolf Man in the movies. Watch out for that super volcano stirring at Yellowstone...according to the doom and gloomers she's going to blow any day now!

I think when I was at Yellowstone 2 years ago, they were expecting the super volcano to blow then. Hopefully it wait until after I come back!
