This is great stuff.
My age is definitely showing though. I simply can't relate to watching videos on a phone (especially vertical), nor being inundated with 1000s of special effects for 20 seconds.
Give me long form video with a good story, and tastefully placed effects on a nice 4K (16x9) monitor any day of the week! ...alas, I'm a dying breed LOL.
You and me both! I don't mind watching it so much but I definitely prefer to produce long form content.
Where is the best place to get stems? Love the educational videos and would love to be able to use stems in certain parts of videos
The only 2 places I know that provide stems with every track are Epidemic Sound and Melodie. The cheapest option is definitely Melodie and I have a link for it in the description of this video if you're interested.

You said in the beginning don't just zoom in to fill in the space of your canvas. Instead create sperate clips. What does that mean ?
I didn’t say to create separate clips, I said use the original clips and resize them individually. Basically don’t just use the final file as one big clip that you stretch once to fill the screen because the ball and the players will be in a different spot in each individual clip. Instead go to your original sequence or project where all the original clips are and adjust them one by one based on the positioning of the ball and the players in each particular clip. Just like the visual demonstration in the video. Does that make sense?

So 2 questions. Can you upload college sports without copyright claims ? Is it better to upload NBA clips to stuff like TikTok and IG over TH-cam ? All my NBA shorts are getting copyright claims.
College sports is the same. Any league that makes money by selling their broadcast rights will have something in place to stop people from broadcasting their content for free. Regarding Instagram and TikTok, you won't get a copyright claim because you won't be able to monetize them either. So basically it will be the exact same as posting on TH-cam and just getting a claim.

I don’t know what you’re switching from but nonetheless, Davinci is a very common destination these days. Even the free version can be good enough for most people.
