1.Develop your pieces, castle your king, control the center,(Let the opponent do the first capture) 2.For every move made by the opponent, think what is going to be their next move or what is their idea? 3.Think about atleast two possible moves you can do,and choose the best one 4.Everytime before making a move, shortly check,is the piece in the square I want to go hanging, can some piece of your opponent capture the piece 5. Be careful of pushing the pawns in front of your king 6.Having the bishop is a advantage, because together, they can control all the 64 square of the board 7.Shortly ask yourself, what is your latest move doing, are you leaving some piece hanging (for example,as in the video, leaving a bishop hanging behind a knight) 8.If you have a extra piece, there are 2 ways of winning, they are 1.Give checkmate as quick as possible, 2. Trade pieces and go to an endgame, and win the endgame using the material advantage

That's impossible.. when you reach 1500 it means you have a pretty good understanding with the games... You may lose but the least you can go down is 1300.. I stuck between 1200-1300 but I'll never go down to 1100.. because almost every 1100 ELO is easy to beat by now.. But I feel like you are trolling lol

Love your videos. You're explanations move by move is so good for me as a beginner to understand. I wish I am the only beginner who watches your channel and others around my rating don't get to discover your channel! Lol
Great Video once again!! Alessia has become my favorite chess streamer as of late. Passing up Dina,Anna,Nemo, and the Botez sisters. Congratulations Alessia on become a 2500 rated player !! She’s beat all the other streamers in chess in person and online ! Keep these amazing videos coming !! ❤
Step 1. Do 10 tactics every until you reach at least 2000 puzzle rating. But even after that continue with it. 2. Step 2 play a couple rapid games a day Step 3 after a month or two you should be at least 1000
I started playing 2 years ago after a patient taught me to play. I didnt know anything but he was patient with me. Eventually I started playing after work, finally had a breakthrough and leveled up from 800 to 900 plus and staying solid around 950. Passing the 900 elo marks feels huge and I think what made the biggest difference was playing 30 min instead of 10 and not giving up without a fight :)
When masters take on sub-1000 players they wipe the board with them with common sense moves. When I play them, we both end up looking like idiots and winning is no longer possible. One side just loses more than the other.
What I understood as a 850 rated player is that the masters make the best move at the critical time which might be easy to spot for a beginner after the game but we overthibk during the game. For example, in the last game she decides to open the centre. I wouldnt have done it during a game.
Okay, i just strded since yer with chess, my elo is 600. i found your channel yesterday night, got the feeling you are a hidden gem teacher. soon updates !!
You are Awesome and Adorable. Your content is very Fun & addictive. Your accent is the coolest. And i just want you to post daily content... Because i want to enjoy your videos every night before going to bed, being very happy. 🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤
I used to laugh at people getting their queens out early after 1.e4..... that was before I saw Big Mio "the butcher", slaying a GM with that. Seems pretty strong to me now.
Please make a video on how to reach 1500. I am stuck on 1200 and can't make any further progress. Instead of progress whats happening is the opposite I am slowly going down by some rating points😐.
Is there any chess content creator that talks the truth about how to get over 600-700 elo in Blitz? All these videos are played either against very passive players or with rapid time (10 or 15 minutes)...none of them talk about agressive players that don't allow you to develope in 5 minute matches where while you think how to counter attack tons of out of theory but effective attacks then you end up loosing the game due to lack of more time!
When you play rapid games, which are loner than Blitz ones at least 2 times you learn theory, undersranding of chess etc. But in Blitz it's just going faster
1.Develop your pieces, castle your king, control the center,(Let the opponent do the first capture)
2.For every move made by the opponent, think what is going to be their next move or what is their idea?
3.Think about atleast two possible moves you can do,and choose the best one

Im 1900 but i like this video, this will definitely help my under 1000 friends
Same, I'm 1900, and tbh the way to just be over 800 is to not blunder a piece and wait for your opponent to blunder a piece.
Happy to hear that! Also I will do more video for higher rated players 😉
