I've noticed a lot of odd timing releases and even worse packaging mistakes this year. Has me to believe that they're really trying to rush and in doing so the packaging and quality is suffering.
The Rose Inc Face tint is one of my favorites. I’ve always been a light coverage person. And I use the Milani SPF set spray for spf re-apply in the afternoons. I loved it specifically in the summer, when I had long drives facing the sun in my drive home. Make up just works differently for everybody.
Ooooo, I love a good salty roast 😉 I reckon the very worst were the CT matte pots (whatever they're called 🥴). I'm calling out the ridiculously priced Gucci eyeshadow palette as one of the worst eyeshadow palettes this year. Great vid - Oh yes, I replayed the "villain face" three times ... I laughed my head off 🤣 Love ya, 🎄❤🎄❤🎄❤🎄
after years of struggling with face products, i randomly bought a 10 euro tube of dermacol and i have to say, having acne prone oily skin, it is a life saver. it isnt patchy, it covers everything, blends smoothly.. and the 10 euro tube will last me 2 years because you only need two drops. marketing really means nothing with make up, and i don't have a lot of faith in high end make up brands. thank you morgan for this insightful video!!
I’ve been wanting deramcol for years!!! But I don’t understand the shades and tones it’s so confusing- that being said it’s my job to do others people makeup yet I can’t find the right shade in that lol

For me it’s the Milk Pore Eclipse Matte primer. Gave me a chemical burn on my face. Eyes were swollen for 3 days. Skin is still recovering two weeks later. Get in the bin

Unrelated to this video just wanna say glamshop gel eyeliners (they have only two colors unfortunately) they are the best eyeliners I EVER tried. Also the liquid color bases! Amazing! I don’t see anyone talk about those.
I have very dry, textured skin with tons of fine lines and the Jones road WTF foundation is AMAZING on my skin! Probably the best foundation I ever used. I prefer luxury foundations but, I totally get how it’s not for everyone! It’s definitely meant for a specific skin type.

I took back my Patrick Ta foundation as well. The shade finder did not work for me and the formula itself was terrible. The powder also added texture to my face🤷🏾♀️
I bought that Rose Inc serum during Black Friday for $27. I had a lot of trouble getting it to look nice. Part of my issue might be the shade. I am not in love with the formula. It is super finicky. I watched a tutorial by Julia Adams to get it to look nice enough. If I don’t do it exactly the way she did, it looks like as$. Use a brush to activate it on the back of your hand. Then use downward strokes with brush to apply, one coat. Blot lightly with a damp sponge.
I actually like the Rose Inc, I mostly use it on no make-up days after my skin care and I have had no issues. I activate it on the back of my hand, then apply it with my fingers then blend it with a brush.

That one is easy for me. I thought I would give this one a whirl. I can make it work. It is just a lot of effort on my skin.

I love the laura mercier blushes and would recommend using a stippling style brush I use the rare beauty blush brush and it melts it into my skin. I was so disappointed by the patrick ta blush palette too I’m sad too cuz the colors were more wearable

I actually like the Neutrogena serum foundation carried at many drugstores. I bought mine at Walmart. Dacey Cash likes that one. If I am not mistaken, Morgan likes it. Hopefully, she will get a chance to respond.
I think I am the only person who absolutely LOVES the Jaclyn concealer 😂 honestly-I try my old go to’s and I look sick. I try the Jaclyn and I look flawless alllll day! I have back stock in case they discontinue
I recently got the rose inc serum skin tint and I do actually like it so far. At first when I applied it, it looked like I put basically nothing on my face but by the time the rest of my makeup was done I thought my skin looked amazing. I found it really undetectable but it did just enough to even out my skin tone. But… I’ve only used it once. Time will tell
I actually saw one product I really like on this list, but I'm not hurt 🤣I always enjoy hearing what other people think about products I like and don't like! The only thing I don't like about Rose's tinted moisterizer is that we have to break all the tint bubbles on our hand first. I'd much rather just apply products to my face first when I can! That foundation in a jar though. YIKES.
The Chanel comete blush is great for fair skin but it still doesn’t show much color. I like it to use under some other blushes or when I want a light blush even though that’s not often 😂
I loved this video.. agree almost 100% but I do love the Melt slick waterline pencils.. normally if I'm doing a deep chocolate water line shade I'm blending it out under my eye and setting with shadow anyway.. and I got the whole set of these and the other colors are so so flattering.. the olive.. the apricot the caramel.. gorgeous !.. also with the deep cacao one.. you can take a very small angled brush and get the product on the brush first and use it that way too.. they don't budge in the waterline al day.. can't wait for your favs!

The setting spray that makes you choke probably has a lot of alcohol or pva? (Glue???) So it's likely my fragrance, but that you're inhaling irritating evaporating glue. I've tasted that before in other kinds of spray-on products, and it is bad.
I haven't seen any other channel grow as quickly as you have except mrballen. He went from say 500,000 to 6 or 7 million in about a year or so! He's an amazing story teller! Congratulations on your growth and who knows (well God does), you could be way up there yourself. Just by being you!

Is it me or all fluid foundations say that you have shake or mix well before each use? If you have an mineral oil, Petrolatum or derivatives based products with pigments most likely it will somewhat separate because they are almost innert so they don't really react with other things and barely create any bonds or they are very weak and temporary and these characteristic is why they are perfect with our skin but that means that mixtures will not remain homogenous an you need to mix or shake them

I don't understand, honestly. If a skincare product needs shaking or mixing (maybe it's oil in water based or it has two phases in general) there's no issue, but when it comes to foundation is a problem? If a certain formula needs to be mixed to work properly I don't fid it annoying at all. It's just the way some formulations work.
I think Jones Rd is more geared to the more mature complexion because it's supposed to be a hydrating one and done simple routine product where no powder is needed to set . All the products in the Jones Rd brand are this way multipurpose balmy,sheer, one and done products. I think it's a good idea just not formulated well at least the foundation balm product isn't.
Ahh, i’m sorry the roseinc tinted serum didn’t work for you. I don’t really have blemishes but i have enlarged pores so I’m cautious around base products as I am scared heave foundations will make it worse. This one was a nice surprise, my skin looked great
I’m probably in the minority here but I tried the Kosas revealer foundation this year and hated it. First of all, I chose my colour based on the description of the concealer shade that works for me (altho I think they changed the concealer formula because it used to be my holy grail when it first came out and now I refuse to even use it on my face) but it somehow came too light. I would’ve thought it would be too dark, based on my experience with the concealer. Secondly, it looks fine going on, but throughout the day it starts to look really heavy and patchy, giving me texture I don’t actually have on my skin. I’m so disappointed because it’s such a well loved product and all the skincare benefits sound amazing but it just doesn’t work for me.
Oh no! Morphe tinted moisturizer. Works in my skin. Perfect shade and gives a dewy look. Also the price point is better than other tinted moisturizer. got it on sale.
Jones road miracle balm in shade flushed has been one of my absolute fav finds of 2022, along with Tower 28 sunny days tinted sunscreen. I do boybeat makeup only though, these are perfect for it.
Tinted moisturizer making my dry skin look dryer and patchier is sooo confusing to me. I mean, it’s a freaking moisturizer,right? I don’t understand it. It’s so counter intuitive. 😢 it really makes me sad.

I honestly love the rose inc skin tint because it melds well with my skin. I feel like with that one is such a hit or miss.

I love it too. But I’m nearly 40 with eczema, so it’s basically made for me.
I do love that melt eyeliner for a base for smoky eye looks before my eyeshadow, smudgy and creamy to blend.

My guess is that supply chain issues prevented Patrick Ta from being able to do his usual cream formula in that blush palette

Melt liner works well in Ireland for my waterline I say Ireland as maybe the heat of Florida effects the formula maybe?!!

I have oily skin and I love the Laura Mercier blushes so maybe it is just not as good on drier skin?
