Certain songs slowed down give the feeling of happiness, or completion, while other's are the polar opposite. In the context of the name of the song "To be forgotten", it's obviously pretty sad. Take "Boulevard of broken dreams" by Hal Kemp and his orch. It's a sad song, played in a slow tempo. Even the name gives off that feeling. It all has to do with how some people perceive the song, or how the context wants you to perceive the song.

It's been found! When I last looked for this, I couldn't find where D2 was sampled from! This makes me very happy. Also find it hilarious that this is "From EATEOT" and not the other way around. Not an issue, just humorous to an extent, that EATEOT is where it's recognized from.
