Wow! This is one of the best house advice one can ever have. Thank you bro and you are such a brilliant and priceless. I hope one day i may pass by to seek your word on my house project in future. I thank God for the info you have shared bro.
Always rooting for us Lyn 🙌🙌. We cannot fully express our gratitude 💓💓🙏🏽🙏🏽. Very soon ...we shall get there and be done with roofing. We have faith and are also working so hard. Asante for the feedback 🙂🙂☺️☺️.
This project looked like a big leap...If there's one thing we've learnt so far, God's time is actually the best...time hufika tu then things add up...even when they don't seem to make sense... utaanza tu... don't give up...it takes those little baby steps ❤️❤️🙏🏽

With me I picked a plan.Being an engineer I was able to understand and interpret it.I bought mabatis, made windows bought locks etc bought chuma etc all according to the drawings.Three years later I'm just "assembling"my magnificent house in the village.Building is still costly but early preparation helped. But however smart you are prepare for some small "loses" like the guys who sell bricks ni wezi Sana.Sand inachanganywa na mchangain layers, huwezi jua
I love this state of preparedness. Guess that's the way to go...lucky for you you have some technical background. I know right? Some fundis and suppliers can't just be trusted
This is what has come out so clearly to us Patrick 💯💯. Researching vendors is mandatory. Don't buy what you hear first...due diligence can reveal otherwise. Kwa roofing what happened to you?

concening pit latrine and bathroom, its cheap labour and poor workmanship. Local fundis will waste your money with their cheap labour. Location of the house, this one am also a victim, most of the things need consultation from experts, To avoid this, lets have good plan from a qualified architec, otherwise congratulations sio rahisi.
Hi Mark. We totally agree on that issue of cheap labour....in the end you pay a really big price. Yes yes 💯 engaging experts on every single decision is the way to go. THANKS 🙏🏽🙏🏽 tunajikaza...

Are doing so well in keeping us informed b4 hand. Kindly look into transport for me on foundation stones to kisumu.
THANKS 🙏🏽🙏🏽. We spoke to 2 logistics guys but their pricing was a bit exorbitant. We're still looking for a fair transporter.

Give this work to @Isaac's Insights and see the house transform. The guy is trustful, concistent and perfect when managing projects.
We have seen his amazing work here on his TH-cam Channel. He's a force to reckon with.

Migori county kuria east we are very lucky we harvest sand of wich its cheap
Lucky indeed! That I guess makes the project a bit more cost effective. Coz sand is the nightmare of construction.
