i think cmbyn is just aesthetically pleasing, i don’t really live for the plot of it lol. the age difference is pretty odd, and watching it after knowing what armie hammer was up to was disgusting

Starlie R you’re simplifying it. I think what ClubMicrobio is trying to say is that the film goes beyond a label of “gay film” and observes love and desire as emotions, not just as sexuality.

Andi Chiao yes many lines used in auditions aren't used in the final script or filming as it's a way for the actors to understand the characters deeper and experiment with their characters language. And there are many scenes that actors film that don't even make it to the final cut so it's all just experimental. What they used in the final cut made the film what it is so I think it was a really good job by all those involved. 👏
