Today promoters are more focused on online crowd. Live is expensive to organize so tickets can be $50 per person . Online can be thousands that pay only $10 or something like that and can watch from their home. I think most people will chose to watch from home. It is convenient specially for people in other countries or states. Definitely this sport need to grow in order to get more live audience. Also to watch grappling or jiujitsu spectators need to know lots about techniques so learning curve is long. Once they understand more it become more exciting to watch. That is reason many nerds starting to like this sport it is not just muscle but also brain work.
Women’s wrestling is like women’s basketball. Small following. If they want women’s basketball to get more attention they should put it before the men’s game. Kinda of like women’s BJJ is in the middle of the men’s bouts. 😂
Much like King Ryan, Crevar’s opponents spend the majority of the match being controlled and having to defend a multitude of attacks while not being able to muster much offense.
Crevar has no take downs or throws she cannot fight at all from a standing position While not a main goal in bjj match those moves in most rule sets are not illegal she should study wrestling and judo and develop a standing game as well if she is ever taken down or thrown hard enough it would be a lot easier to submit her bjj for sport very closely resembles catch wrestling
and the crowd goes silent 🗣️🔥
Bhahaha
Jiu Jitsu is sooo elite and popular
@@BigBoss877 Women's sports 🤣
@@CyberneticArgumentCreator no jiu jitsu idiot
What crowd? lol
that Crevar girl took a lot of hits to the face, and she ended it with a smile and an armbar, good for her
Good match. I suspect that the announcer has never rolled once in his life. Probably shouldn't be announcing for jiu jitsu matches.
Great No-Gi Grappling Match Ladies
Couldn’t see most of it, because ref in the way.
Congratulations Helena Crevar
Way to go Helena Crevar Nice Armbar!
Damn bro can I watch it first?
@@morpheus2072 I’m sorry
CrevAr now Craver
why are there only 10 people in the audience lol
Grappling isn’t a popular sport. Women’s sports are less popular than men’s. Not a recipe for viewership.
@@UnskilledGrappler I guess you missed ADCC and CJI a few months ago in two arenas in vegas
@pulsarlights2825 please tell us who took gold in the women's divisions. We'll wait. 😄

Helena Craver sounds like the screen name of a sketchy dude online that Helena really wishes would go TF away.
need another camera man
I totally agree!
Ref needs to be aware that there is a camera in the ring. Camera needs to be aware ref blocks most of the action and change positions!
No the Ref needs to focus on the two in the ring not the Camera.
Really love watching this refs back the whole match. He is really crushing it. No reason to be right there in a jiu jitsu match. For F’s sake.
Oof. Unsporting kick to the face right before tapping to the arm lock there.
ref blocking all the action. Nice
Where is the crowd at?
Vickers didn't stand a chance
And I thought the WNBA crowds were bad…
Why so many people?
This was part of a grappling tournament that took place before our MMA show, so doors weren't open to the public yet.
@@PeakFighting Great way to promote upcoming athletes by having a closed door tournament!
@@PeakFightingwhy? Helena is a top jj competitor. Promote women’s divisions.
Nah dude crevar worked her. She didn't break a sweat.
Referee wanted to join the grappling?

Gentlemen
Not gonna lie, 80% of the video was just the jiu-jitsu judge's butt!
Too much video of refs back
