Most white mice are going to weigh 2g more than black mice. The reason is, most companies add a UV coating on the white mice to keep the white color from turning yellow/brown. I usually recommend grabbing black models if you care about that extra 2g of weight.
Hey Techne. You main'd the Kone Pro Air for a while. I am now on my 3rd KPA due to their defective scroll wheels. The shape of the KPA to me is 100% perfect. Hence I just keep buying another one because other mice just don't sit well in my hand. Knowing I love the shape of the KPA. Do you think this mouse feels more or less comfortable than the KPA in your opinion. Thanks
Looks like a great mouse! I’d main one if I ever got one. Looks like a slight upgrade from the Razer Basilisk with the extra button on the thumb. Same shape too. 😍 Great review Techne! Thanks!
Bringing out the Aerox 5 bummed me out a bit. I wanted to like it SO BAD but the chunk of the body kept my hand angled and thumb from ever reaching the side buttons comfortably. I actually built a kind of extension lever with layers of painter's tape that allowed me to almost activate the "sniper" button (mapped to super for D2) but the back/forward were just too narrow and tucked high up into the top lever button (too stiff) and made it impossible to simply rock my thumb to actuate like I can do with any other mouse. The fact that they're beveled in a way that HIDES them from your thumb when attempting activate them made it all worse. Comparing to the Model I is a bit unfair because build quality and button feel are immaculate compared to the Aerox 5, but I get how subjective this hobby is for us. So weird that I came here for considering a sidegrade from Model I to I2 but now want to try the Aerox 5 again lol. Maybe find a cheap used one to tear down and "tune" the buttons to feel better. Design and 3D print replacement buttons better suited to quick, comfortable actuation...
I am looking to buy a wireless glorious mouse for Minecraft, and general use. I don't want to buy the Model O Pro cause its way out of my budget. I have been looking at the model i 2 wireless, model o wireless, model o 2 wireless. Which one should i pick? Id appreciate if you see this and reply
how is the size compared to logitech g402? im planning to buy a new mouse but it's so hard to find a mouse with 3 or more side macro keys but not as much as mmo mouse 😅
I like it so far...comfortable, but really REALLY needs textured grips on the sides. Saying that now, i just looked at their website. The reason they don't add grips is to they can sell them separately. Thinking about returning it now just because of how scummy they are lol
This looks more like a product worth considering as oppose to the model O 2. I just hope Glorious will upgrade their terrible software someday. Thank you!
LETS GO!! Label the dongles! It is tough to keep track of all the dongles. I keep my mice out, but store my dongles when not using the dongles. Dongles. 😂
I was waiting for this mouse forever.. A lightweight thumb rest mouse, as all the others are well over 100 grams. I ended up returning this in a week. Biggest complaint was the DPI buttons were way to big... I have the pulsar xlite v2, and that doesn't even have a dedicated DPI button, which for me is ideal... On the I2 I kept accidentally hitting the DPI buttons mid fight in warzone and it got me killed too many times. My other complaint was that the furthest back thumb button, was the back button... But the middle button should have been the back button, for ease of use and comfort. I know you can rebind the buttons, but the software also wouldn't see my mouse when I plugged it in, so I couldn't manually change that... I was very disappointed, as I was waiting a year for this mouse.
Yes,it’s possible to drag click on it but the further you are on the mouse the harder it is to drag click so technically yes you can double click but angle your hand correctly Edit:it can butterfly click too but angle your hand as good as possible roccat Kone air is good too
@@TheTechneidk their reputation is weird, their mice were never even that bad even when they were “bad” so idk. Their customer service is SUPREME. Like I don’t get it. Idk how people can respect finalmouse more. Maybe because glorious just doesn’t release mice often enough.

No professional in the world worries about 2g. But thanks for the tip. ✅
@@8020Alive That’s a statistical impossibility, but thanks for the tip.
oh cool, I didn't know that. But at the end of the day 2g is just 2g
I was wondering if the 75g advertised weight would be by utilizing the swappable buttons with the most mass.
And I think gloss finish mice are heavier than the matte versions too because of the coating.
Good review, as usual. Glad to see Glorious getting their act together. Thank you!

You put your dongle in the wrong slot. Ouch. Lol. Haha that was good Techne!!!
😂
7:20 that's why there is Model D ... for those who hate the shape of O.
can you review the hyperx haste 2 please? I'd like to buy it but I'm waiting for your opinion, ty!
lots of companies have stated that their black mice are lighter than white - due to the coating they use on the white mice to stop them yellowing
What like 2-3 grams ? That’s nothing

I already have this mouse I actually had it before release and I love it and it replaced my G502 Lightspeed.

ANother awesome review, thank you!!!
thanks man!
A very nice functional mouse.
which is more worth it, this mouse or basilisk v3 pro? I really like this kind of shape, but basilisk v3 pro kind of heavy for me.
I was thinking about buying one of these but i was wondering if all the holes in it was uncomfortable, is it or does it feel normal?

Not bothered about the mouse but the beard suits you you should keep it bro

"make sure to get those off right!" LTT didnt lol
Man really no one gonna make another mouse with side buttons on both sides? :/

Couldn't you just disable the DPI button though? You're the first person I've seen say they couldn't get it to show up in the software
The only issue with Glorious at this point is their QC is still god awful.
I have called out glorious since day one, even when they were the hype of the net. I honestly love the quality now. They have made big improvements
Nothing is gonna stop this guy from reviewing products. Also, I'm not sure if i should buy the deathadder v3 pro or this mouse. Get well soon!
V3 pro
Hey thanks!@@TheTechne
Techne hard core "D4 Bad" and went straight to Diablo V.

Glorious software is horrible, I thought razer was bad(passable for some) but glorious takes that for sure.
That Glorious software tho....so so bad.
I never use it. I always set my products one and never open software again
Will never buy Glorious again. Never ever.
same, i hate them. logitech for me all the way
creaks in model d

Glorious are such a bizarre company. Their products range from premium quality to utter garbage and from great design to WTF were they thinking.
The weird thing, is they had all the hype, and crazed reviews when their products were crap. Now that they are good, not as much talk. Just weird
