Instead of testing the kid’s energy levels, the vid should address the liver, neurological, and metabolic issues caused by sugar

This is one of the least scientific studies I have ever seen while trying to appear scientific.
    Too many variables.
    Not enough subjects.
Not looking into the null hypothesis.
    Not looking into alternate hypothesis.

Yep I was supposed to put this into practice starting in 2018 but in my attempt I barely got thru it and that was the last time I did a 3 day fast. I'm gonna try again at least with 2 days and work my way up to 3 days. 😊

Exactly. My friend keeps telling me she's noticed that I don't drink a lot of water, but then I tell her that I eat a whole food diet with foods RICH in water, so I'm perfectly hydrated. If I force myself to drink more water, I just end up needing to go to the bathroom like every single hour. :p

The sugar test has so many holes. You should only have one control in the experiment (sugar / no sugar) but instead, if you give kids a bunch of sugar and chocolate, it’s going to increase their melatonin levels and make them sleepy. Couple that with the relaxing yoga session that they participated in following the sugar, vs. the wacky and exciting activity after eating a healthy lunch, and of course they are going to crash and be calm. What about vital signs and biometrics? The experiment should have been conducted with the SAME play session on both days/meals. I’m not even a scientist and it’s super obvious this proves nothing. And the water experiment? A drywall tester? C’mon guys 😮

I don't agree with the salt. Table salt has dextrose in it another name for sugar & it's refined, stripped & bleaced. And has caking agent in it not healthy. Celtic Sea salt & even Himalayan sea salt all contain lots of minerals & table salt doesn't. So it's not better or the same as the sea salts.
And yes all the sugars you mentioned are definitely not healthy or good for us! Very true!!
