- Man it was like I was bombing the Arkbind, X-BO, and the Aigaion fleet again hehehe that revelation at the end of the last mission that bombs work against the airships made this mission so much easier lmaoooo
Played blind on Mercenary Difficulty w/ no added modifiers
The music is sooo good, also yeah the end credits dialogue is bugged lol. I mentioned it on the PW discord and FlyAwayNow was like "WHOOPS" lmao
I'm guessing it's not intended considering it's the same as normal campaign credits on 2nd completion?
@@TITANxRaven_Gaming It's from the mercenary ending of the normal campaign, I thought maybe Frontline-59's merc ending was supposed to have other dialogue but when I asked if it was meant to be that or no dialogue at all I was told "let's just say no dialogue for now"
@@RookFox I think it was forgotten about wew.
@@RookFoxatleast it sounds more emotional with the spanish guitars in the background, especially with the "blaze" missiles flying in the distane
"It will balloon pressure somewhere else" ooook so that's why the chordium ICBMs caused even more damage than expected by the feds.
So basically, you're saying that the whole second calamity is caused by some Russians up in the Magadan?
@@l_box7K9Commanded by an American/Canuck too
no it's caused by some clasical russian incompetency and federation intercontinental ballistic fun @@l_box7K9
im sure crimson 1 was fully aware of what would happen when he used those. he's insane enough to think it wouldve killed us
Faust: You'll have to kill all of us! Every Cascadian!
Crimson 1: Say no more...
*Deletes Prospero and causes the apocalypse*
*Diplomat, Comic, Galaxy, Kaiser, Stardust and everyone except Wild Boar survived despite Presidia being demoted to a floor of lava*
Cascadian on Cascadian crime.
Crimson's XO did Prospero 1st
C1 did the capital in
Not Stardust, no credits dialog@@ardantop132na6
We return to the Earth today, she says. And the ending fireball does look a lot like a red-and-orange version of mother Earth herself.
If there was something terrible in Oceania - that every Mercenary would regard as Holy - and it was stolen from the Federation by the Cascadians...
That may have been what Cascadia paid Monarch with.
It is definitely that
15:03 I like this part in particular because the entire DLC shows the Federation as people defending their home and the Cascadians/Mercenaries as vicious warmongers, and you think to yourself "hey maybe the Federation are the good guys", but then you see the warheads above and remember what the Federation is about to do.
However, DLC and Base game shows that in war there is no Good and Evil Factions.
Both Feds and Cascadians did a nasty shit durning said war. durning "second" half of the base game im not suprised why every Cascadian are so livid, but it also give explanation.
Second calamity was KINDA started by Cascadians by General Faust Operation. If she wouldnt do it... Feds MAY have not launch that massive rocket barrage
"Hey, maybe we're the good guys here?"
"NO NO WE ARE NOT OH GOD WE ARE NOT THE GOOD GUYS"
I don't think the Federation itself, or its upper authorities to be exact were the one launching it. Calamity probably came about because of 2 separate major factors.
1. Peacekeepers going rogue and acquiring the codes, this had some level of preplanning with an authority in Prospero, but we hear the PK's kill a Fed officer to gain control of the weapons
2. Damage control efforts in Magadan during/after Faust's attacks that balloon the cordium pressure, coincidentally around the same time as the Prospero offensive. No one there could've really planned for the events of Prospero happening at the same time imo
@@ProdukcjaFilmowaNo3d maybe if Feds didn't invade cascadia....Faust MAY not even have any army to launch rocket barrage. regardless what faust did, the feds really done goofed by launching cordium nuke, restarting the great calamity, and still losing to the point they launched another nuke. cascadian and feds are not really good people but feds already fall to the lowest level known in history
@@ProdukcjaFilmowaNo3d look while i don't agree with faust point of view but she defintely isn't the one to blame for orange incident. as crazy as she was, what she did still count as acceptable war effort because what she invaded was still a valid target (Energy/Cordium infrastructure) but Federation have many ways to handle faust antic or they can retreat or declare ceasfire since their f*cking air force are practically crippled or non-factor after what monarch done in COLD WAR but no they still insisted to war by using cordium missiles.
Dude those cordium ICBMs give me Megalith vibes with ulysses astroids in the skies. Yeah while we have finally fend off Cascadia out of Magadan, the 2nd calamity has started.
Right, it was a very nice touch to the sky box!
Did anyone else notice the background communication that preceded the Prospero cordium missile attack after Faust was shot down?
Yeah, but I just noticed the cordium warheads flying high above
May god have mercy
I'm sure anybody that played PW has the word "Blaze" and consequence of power as some sort of trigger for game induced trauma.
that gave me the chills.
For all the comparisons to Torres, I can unfortunately see someone like Faust existing in real life. Peace not by shock and awe like Torres, but peace by virtue of being the only ones left.
And even more concerning is her final words seem like an omen for the future of Cascadia. That those in command have similar experiences to her, only not as zealous or unresonable.
Makes you wonder what a little push would do.
In the geothermal fires of Prospero and Presidia...how many Fausts did the Federation create.
We need an official artworks for each of the characters in project wingman, especially The lady herself General Faust
I got a bad feeling about...
*Faust being a female Torres*
@@ardantop132na6 i have good feeling shes dead hot🗿
@@ardantop132na6 Religious zealot, her troops were as unhinged as her (Torres only had his pilots and _some_ crew), bit more successful because partly caused Calamity II
Basically here, psychos in positions of power on both sides unintentionally collaborated to nuke the entire world instead of just their targets, now everyone loses!

cute waifu btw, like, they all would simp for Joker were he a woman

@@ardantop132na6worse, theyre going to have the urge to rizz her if it looks beautiful. We all know what they want
7:03 Nice one
A good bombing run 😎
Hahahahah, you used the same bomb strategy i used against the XB-O!
(Except i used FAEBs).
I want to point out that in response to general Fost statement to the federation AWCS about how much destruction the Federation can cause he said you guys can cause more damage in anything the federation can do. All the while the federation plans to destroy all of Cascadia with a weapon that not even the federation military would even want to use in the first place. I am just imagining, just what exactly the whole K-9 unit thinking when they hear about what happened in Cascadia and question whether they can even return to their normal lives.
9:59 that war cry was perfectly timed with the guitar solo!
I totally meant to do that ;)
4:22 This entire sequence is peak fiction.
3:24 that double kill was cleaaan
Is K-9 going to betray the Federation? From the dialogue, it looks like they're all survived from Prospero Second Calamity. Most importantly, are there will be a Part 2?
They likely hoofed it back to the nearest airfield when stuff hit the fan. It's unlikely they got sortied again when most communication got cut due to the destruction. As far as I know we do not know if they survived through the first and second crimson cope-apocalypse but since Driver gets put through approval I'd wager they did.
while K-9 may have similiar level of skill like monarch, he didn't have the same amount of support nor reason lik emonarch have (sicario forces). driver wingmen are trained civilian that have little experience with air fight, Federation very unlikely will put K-9 to peacekeeper/vanguard status because of how they military works and Federation are now in chaos too,. unless driver is a very patriotic man and love federation like C1 then there is no incetive or reason for him to continue fighting, he is no mercenary fighting for money nor he is soldier that vowed to protect federation, he is just a reservist who joined for benefit.
"Bodies, just falling from the sky!"
It's pure fucking madness...
It was difficult enough learning how to shove rockets into the Aigaion. Now I gotta do this? =__=
1.) General Faust = The Hero of Cascadia
2.) Crimson 1 = The Devil of Federation
Note :
If Hitman Team saved General Faust, Prospero was not attacked by Federation cordium missile
how? cordium missiles were launched far from and before the faust battle. unless hitman team send to cordium missile launch base there is nothing to stop Federation to launch cordium missiles
@@null8036 I think it means Feds send nukes in retaliation for what Faust tried to do.
While this is faster, it’s bad for no damage runs.
Love the music screw this level. Half of the airships stayed underground sniping me with their flak ball things. Had to quit cause i died like five times
If you stay high then they won't go underground. They kinda just follow you around regardless of what altitude you're at
No extra end story details huh? Like extra dialogue in the credits of Kings?
WAIT NO IT DID
It's just the same thing from the main campaign when you beat it again, same lines I'm sure
@@TITANxRaven_Gaming Glitch? I don't see a reason for them to include the same dialogue purposefully...
