Yes, how true. My mom and I went shopping together, sometimes thrifting, but not enough. I miss her dearly. Those times were precious and I miss them. Alot of fun and happy good times. Getting a bargain on a great find, was a big plus. Love you mom......🌞

Love you Selena & Mom, I was one of those folks who had to upgrade my bathroom brush holder, I found the perfect item. I love English ironstone, it has a beautiful floral transfer, I even was so excited , it sits on an vintage Oriental light wood stand.
I had a party a few months ago, I saw a lady coming out of the bathroom with the transfer pitcher and the stand 😂😂. I went up to her with a smile on my face and explained it was a vintage ironstone pitcher that was part of a wash set, but now it has a more important job of holding my toilet brush!
The look on her face was shock 😲, but I did offer to keep my eye balls open on my thrifting trips!

After dinner we hit the couch and chair for a good Chick Flik. I wish we lived closer, but we make the distance seconds away, thanks to FaceTime, and have a good “chinwag” as the British call it, anytime. Thanks for good times and lots of laughs!

Scrub boards and kitchen utensils on the walls in the kitchen in the 70’s for decoration. I had a tie die velvet maxi party dress in the 70’s it was stunning. Yes I’m old. Love the coy fish bowl. ♥️ What a great antique shop.

I, too, swap out rugs....a lot!! I have a nice stash of thrifted rugs that I've found. (not room size, but 4"x6" usually). I also thrift curtains/draperies for the change of seasons....and bedspreads/quilts!! All thrifted and I just cannot help myself when I see any of these things! 😁🤪 I had a fun day going with you and your Mom thrifting and I just love both your senses of humor....always a good time spent!!
