For those of you are confused about Ashura's atk. It's not a Rasengan. The attack that he's using is called the amenomihashira, but the Rasengan was created by Minato according to Kakashi when Naruto was training for the Rasenshuriken.
But it literally says there are five rasengan inside of it. They are just protected.
I mean Rasengan also doesn't sound that complicated or original to be honest. I mean you just force Chakra inside your hand, rotate it and make it look like a small ball. Having something similar or the same thing showing up in Naruto isn't a surprise for me.

The story in the Manga was told in a nutshell and was still covered in mystery which worked on your imagination.
This filler arc made the story look so boring and generic instead of like an epic, mythological clash between the deities/gods that it was teased to be.

It's different.. it's more like reincarnation.. when a human die, their spirit would be transformed into so many form, it can be insect spirit, cat, dog, or anything. Sometimes human spirit can be transform into another human spirit, and will have a new body to live within it. This is the case for indra and ashura, it doesn't have to be their own descendant, it can be any human, anything to be exact, even a mouse. The common case is that they will share a concept of mind or fate with his reincarnation, same goes with indra and sasuke, ashura and naruto.
Like sasuke can be a good boy from the beginning if he manages to hold his suffering like Kakashi did, but he doesn't share the same concept of mind with kakashi but indra.
Weird thing is, why do they share the same kekkei genkai ? So maybe you're right, that sasuke and the rest of uchiha clan is his own descendant. But for naruto case tho' it's just common reincarnation.

I can’t be the only person who actually liked watching the origin of Ninjutsu/Ninshu and things from the Sage and his children’s perspective. At times, the writing was lazy, but I loved it.

There is a scene missing, where he does ninshu with the commoners, and later teaches them hand signs which they utilize in blasting the rocks
I believe that the main lesson here is that history keeps getting repeated no matter what. With the knowledge of the past we need to move forward and become better, not stay the same or do even worse things. But because people wouldn't change , that's the main reason characters like Nagato , Obito and Madara believed that the infinite Tsukuyomi was necessary for a world like this. A world full of ignorance.

Not really. Naruto stated himself that that final battle wasn't actually the final that he wanted. Naruto wanted to have a proper battle, not a death match.

No it didn't. Even after Hagoromo shared his power equally between the two, Sasuke kept on wanting to shape the world to his vision without anyone interfering, wanting to kill the kage. Hagoromo wasn't able to resolve the problem in the end. Before he disappeared he even stated this.
It was only Narutos determination and emotions that finally reached Sasuke. In the end he accepted Naruto as hokage and was willing to cooperate with and aid Naruto. This is what Hagoromo had originally wanted for Indra.
Naruto narrative: The fourth Hokage created his own jutsu known as the Rasengan
Also Naruto narrative: Centuries ago, The Sage of Six Paths’ son Ashura created the Rasengan.

@@AureLangvinis indra was supposed to be the one to get the power but his attitude changed when his Sharingan awakens (Zetsu also played a big part of it) and Hagoromo noticed it from before. Indras attitude went from being Kind and lovable brother to a cold heart looking for power.

I think this has something to do with the time.
As age progress and his blood reincarnate, the body statement of the power can't be contained for long within the body. Like Indra had much more mature body and was closer to Six Path, while milenium later it was mixed too much - and became weaker statement. Also Uchiha's used Sharingan on regular basis.
Back to the eyes, its the same if you overload ur eyes with too much TV/Screens/small font reading constantly - you weaker the eyes and don't give em time to recover their fluid. I don't say you can't blind yourself, but rather the process would be much slower at rate, if the body is healthy enough - water and procedures all the time.
This is probably the only good filler in all of Naruto because A it actually tells a good story. And B it ties into the plot of the main Naruto story.
