    For a clean and overall safe city try Iloilo city, and you can travel for a few hours and visit isla gigantes in carles, swing by antique and capiz and proceed to aklan for biracay. Prepare for a lot of days because the whole island of panay is a wide area to be visited and enjoyed

    You should have tried House of Lechon instead as they're using Carcar lechon recipe which is, in fact, the ultimate Cebu lechon. I tried eating at Rico's Lechon for dinner, around 5PM but the skin lost its crunchiness already. But Carcar lechon's skin stays crunchy up to 8 hours and we proved it many times every time we go on our getaway to southern Cebu.

  • @zydeco77

    Yes when travelling and exploring, all you need is a bed, shower, ac and a safe place. Lechon is epic, the skin should be crunchy though 💯👌

    ⭐️ Manila’s (actually all of the Tagalog region’s) lechon is different- less salty and it features a liver sauce dip. Cebu’s is saltier as it is paired with a simple vinegar dip.

    • @mannygreywolfsdb9936
      @mannygreywolfsdb9936 ปีที่แล้ว

      Cebu's lechon is paired with simple to no dip because you don't need any dip. I tasted the Tagalogs lechon, you really need the dip (you made the liver sauce sound so complicated :) ) because the lechon there is almost bland and has simple aroma, because you only place Atis or Mango leaves.

    *spaghetti wires?*
    the bulk of those spaghetti wires were coming from telecommunication companies (smart, globe, pldt, etc. even cable tvs)
    the electricity wires from veco were separate from those spaghetti wires
    many of those wires were badly damaged by supertyphoon odette last year
    there's already a phase by phase pipelining for the underground cable system that might be fully completed in a couple of years
    IT Park, Ayala, SRP had already employed underground cable system (spaghetti wires no longer exist in these areas)

    The best lechon in Manila is Elar's. Make sure it's Elar's with an "s" because there's another one which is spelled with a "z" (Elarz). And unlike the lechon in Cebu where you dip it in spicy vinegar, lechons in Manila are dipped in a savory sauce made from ground up liver. Must try!

    I love seeing you two always walking.. it's really healthy. The Philippines is not a walking Culture because of the weather here, it's so hot and sometimes there's an unpredictable rain, That is why most of the sidewalks here is not properly paved. People loves to ride even though they will just go to a walking distance Place, that is why theres a lot of public transportation like a cycles, jeepneys and others.
