The full game update (official release) is many months away, this is more of a beta for reporting bugs and try the game! And about "paying for the game" you guys probably forget that when the full game update comes you'll not have to pay anything while people who buy it at day one will pay probably double the amount of money you've paid!

Wow! you are catching a lot of flack for this. In actual fact you are raising the real concern about "always online". This was, to my knowledge, never stated pre-launch and we have no real info from Kunos to clarify what is really going on with online/offline. I am a Kunos fan from way back at the start of AC1 but I want to be able to use the whole sim in offline mode and I know a lot of other people want the same. So well done for pushing this issue.
What is offline anymore?.. everything even ya fooking toaster needs a connection. Be decades before this will be pulled if ever.. going to 5+ years of updates and content
@ Ah, this may seem true to you but I have been programming computers for over 60 years and I have 3 PCs now and I never allow them to go online unless I want to do something online. After doing what I want to do I turn off the internet connection. You may think me to be senile but this is how I use computers. They are a tool that I control. I love cars and I love driving my simulators but I am always prepared to go completely offline and still be able to do what I enjoy without having to depend on Microsoft or others.

This will allow for specific features being nailed down before moving on to the next feature. This is intentional. Hang in there folks, provide feedback and be patient. The games still being built.

Its an early access. And they are working hard on it. If you dont want to experince issues you dont buy a game in early access thats very much still in devolpement. This is for people thst want to support kunos and give them feedback. Driving academy and game economy will be back next week
AC and ACC were alot buggier on release than EVO and turned out to be good sims , Kunos patched the server issue within hours not the next day as you stated , to your point about if Kunos shuts down the servers , AC and ACC still going strong with no evidence they will be going offline soon , Kunos already said it will support modding like AC1 with online through LFM ect if you could be bothered to watch there interviews and just to remind everybody its EARLY ACCESS , this is to get a feel for the game like a demo but to also give feedback to the devs

Assetto corsa lost its steam early access and went to 1.0 release at dec 2014 which was 1 full year of early access and in that time assetto corse evolved from s stupid and unplayable simulation game to one of a best simulators at the time ( which even surpassed the project cars ) and competizione left early access on may 2019 after 8 months from its early access release and look at the reviews and ratings from the game it gradually grew up on the sim racers and if you dont wanna wait for games to get better you always have other options like automoblista 2 which was also very bad at start and i racing ( also same example) then the best bet to go is to gran turismo 7 or forza
The devs cant promise how much years it takes to get the game right but by seeing their previous titles you can make assumptions. And yes if it takes 10 - 15 years to get the game right, then i am okay with it i am an avid sim enthuaist who can wait for a hood racing experience than unpolished and unfinished products that wastes your money and shut down their game due to loss! And those who are impatient then i can totally understand there are also other racing games you can enjoy like mario kart 8 deluxe and forza horizon and motorsport , rennsport , wreckfest and nfs etc

Acc I like it very much, I play it more than I play iracing. And I can wait for Evo to be ready for me. I even watch TH-cam videos and read comments to know the state of the game. Videos are ok but comments are a disaster, only fans saying "the game is an early release and has no problems". 200 comments saying that, on videos that point the problems so devs can fix them. Let's put back things as they stand with real facts : - All road cars were available at time the early access launched. - 3 hours after launch a patch was put out to provide access to all 20 cars (including their variants). - The 20 cars available have been hyped *only* since the Christmas trailer (not for months). - Both triple screens and VR are functional since release of Early Access. - Kunos already said they want to allow and support mod teams to provide their paid service in-game directly and support quality over quantity. The only correct information here is the questionable online experience, which is just resting on theories, as nothing was clarified on how online will work at release.
I bought EA and I do enjoy the racing (albeit the AI is garbage) but I won't be here patting KUNOS on the back. It's a complete joke that almost a week later we are still in offline mode. You knew being online unlocked various key modes, cars etc. yet you rolled this out in offline mode. It maybe EA but that is poor. Sure, at some point online mode will be available and people will forget but let's not be so forgiving with such a key feature because it is EA.
To think some were bashing Forza Motorsport's visuals when we have this that looks terrible even in a high-end PC....will take a look in 5 years after mods and offline are available

The reason why people are kicking off is because "early access" and "beta" have lost all meaning due to devs abusing these categories in the past, so nobody understands what they even mean anymore. The fact remains, they're charging £30, it's basically asking people to pay full price to work as QA testers and provide feedback. That's a job that devs used to pay people to do. It's all screwed up now.

Looking at your footage, it pains me that you play with a pad and in 3rd person POV...it's a SIM and you play with arcade tools. Not to mention you couldn't name the 5 tracks and said "Laguna" and "Seca" as two different ones. I can't really take you seriously, this is beyond pathetic...

If you want to improve the car handling, go to settings and increase the steering assist weight. The car will feel heavier and won't go off the track.

God awful gameplay
Looking at your footage, it pains me that you play with a pad and in 3rd person POV...it's a SIM and you play with arcade tools. Not to mention you couldn't name the 5 tracks and said "Laguna" and "Seca" as two different ones. I can't really take you seriously, this is beyond pathetic...

i dont have a lot of space and 3 monitors is not a thang i can do right now for me so vr is all i have i payed 32$ for this game and i cant play it bc it runs like shit for vr i would have payed 60 for full relsess so if u r like me dont buy this game yet plz save for time and money for now
