100 times YES, YES and YES, including the 4th one which says,'Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy (on the 7th day, Saturdays) . Are children still to obey their patents? YES, YES and YES. Even in the last book and chapter of the bible, we are admonished to keep God's commandments. Revelation 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

    Per Yeshua:
Mat 5:19 - “Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Mat 5:20 - “For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven."
Rev 22:14 - "Blessed are those who do His (the Father's) commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city."
Saying the Father's commandments are obsolete is a false teaching!
Yeshua IS the Word made flesh.
Rev 19:13 - "He (Yeshua) was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God."
Jhn 1:14 - "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth."
By saying Yah's commandments are obsolete, you are saying Yeshua is obsolete. Big mistake! Repent, for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand!

    Matthew 5
    17) Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
    18) For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
    19) Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
The problem with Christianity’s teaching of the Law being “done away” is Christians don’t know what Law Paul is speaking of when he says we are no longer under the Law but under Grace.
The Law he is speaking of is the Sacrificial Law. This Law only took place when a sin is committed. What is sin? Sin is the breaking of YAH’s Law/Commandments/Instructions. The wages for sin is death, so when someone broke YAH’s Law someone or an animal had to be put to death.
UNTIL YAHUSHA The Messiah came and became the sacrificial Passover Lamb that ended the need for sacrifices and offerings as Daniel 9:27 prophecy stated.
Now we no longer are under the Sacrificial Law, because YAHUSHA redeemed us, and the time that we have to repent before the Judgement is Grace. Just like a Grace Period.

@@paeng46 Sunday = sun worship day an abomination to God. Sure go to church this day but it is most certainly NOT the Sabbath. The Sabbath has always been Saturday.
The Roman Papal system introduced Sunday as their MARK / SIGN of authority over and above Gods authority. (As per their own wording). Protestants (and I count myself as one) should honour the 4th and not trample on the Sabbath day of Gods creation. All those verses pastors use to say see it says we don’t need to keep are misquoted and misrepresented.
1 Jesus fulfils the sacrificial law and ceremonial laws because he IS / WAS the perfect lamb of God (who takes away sin of mankind).
      2. we don’t murder, steal, commit a sultry every week and try not to break all commandments but for some reason we find every excuse as to why we can avoid the true Sabbath. I’ve listened to so many pastors on this topic and done many hours of research and realise we are wrong!
      3. interesting wording in scripture that we are to ‘keep commandments of God and testimony of Jesus’.

@@denominationsdontsaveonlyj8896 your quoted verses listed out the word "commandments" which I presumed that you claimed believers in the NT commanded to keep the ten commandments.
Let us check the bible to see that whether is is true. #1.Are Christians living under grace or the law: (Gal6:14). The answer is Christians are under grace and NOT the law. #2. Gal3:24, 25 the law is our tutor pointing to Christ. Since now the law of faith has come we do not need the law anymore. #3. Rom7:4 Now we as Christian are dead to the law and married to Christ, so now we are to serve our Lord NOT the law. #4. Acts15:10 we are free from the yoke of the law. There are many, many more verses that affirmed Christian lived under the Law of Christ and NOT the law of Moses.
In the bible, the Law is cnsidered as a unit (Gal5:3; Jas2:10) and these verses affirmed it that if you break one of its 613 laws you are considered to have broken all. So the "Commandments" are all part of the ten laws of the commandments of which the core is the old or Mosaic covenant which we are not under.
In conclusion, the various verses which were quoted by me explicitly stated we are no longer lived under the law inclusive of the ten commandments with its Sabbath law has been done away with biblically.
Lastly, the word "commandments" in the NT doesn't necessarily meant Christians are still mandatory to keep the ten commandments of the old covenant as we are now living under the new covenant. Thus you have made an erroneous affirmation.
If you disagree please come up with bible verses as I have done, to prove your case.

It is SO rare to see someone answer this question with Truth, in alignment with Scripture. The 10 Commandments are FOREVER. (Joshua 22:5) They are for everybody. (Deut. 29:14-15, 29) Jesus obeyed ALL of the 10 Commandments. (John 15:10) We are to live as Jesus lived. (1 John 2:6) Jesus' followers obeyed ALL of the 10 Commandments long after His death, including the 4th (Saturday Sabbath) Commandment which they obeyed immediately after His death on the Cross. (Luke 23:54-56)

@@lawrence1318 Right back at ya. Paul was a keeper of the Law (Acts 21:24) And if you want to rewrite Scripture and claim that the Law is only referring to faith, you will be required to make your case using specific Bible verses. Good luck with that. Nowhere in Scripture does it teach that Jesus CHANGED the Law.
Loving God and loving your neighbor describes the 10 Commandments. The first 4 are how God expects us to love Him, the last 6 are how He expects us to love our fellow man. Jesus didn't say "love God and love your neighbor" ANY OLD WAY YOU CHOOSE. There's no getting around the FACT that Jesus taught the 10 Commandments (Mt. 23:1-3), obeyed them (Jn. 15:10) and His followers obeyed them after His death (Lk. 23:54-56).
The Commandments were given by God spoken aloud on Mt. Sinai (Exod. 20). They are TEN COMMANDMENTS and nowhere in the Bible are they changed. Psalm 119 speaks very highly of the Law, which is the 10 Commandments. And everywhere you see the word precepts, it is also referring to the 10 Commandments. You won't see that chapter of Psalms taught anywhere in any modern church today.

The text in Galatians, "born of a woman, born under the law" consists of two phrases in apposition. It is not saying "born of a woman AND born under the law", but "born of woman, WHICH NECESSARILY MEANS born under the law". Thus it goes on to say "that He might redeem them that are under the law", which is in reference to all flesh.

One of the biggest misunderstandings in God's Word is the artificial division between what we call "The New Testament" and "The Old Testament". Neither of these phrases are spoken of in God's word but was introduced with the various translations several hundred years ago. There is no division in God's Word nor is there any degrees of importance within God's Word. It is all from God and holds the same weight regardless of when it was written down. There is the "Old Covenant" and the "New Covenant" though.
What many Christians fail to see is that at the core of God's Kingdom is HIS LAW which will also be present in Heaven and will always be. Without it you have Sin. 1 John 3:4 states "Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law." When did the first Sin take place? Answer: In the Garden of Eden. Eve in her heart doubted God and put herself above God so she broke the first Commandment of the Law of God. She also broke the 10th Commandment by coveting what was not hers which led to her breaking the 8th Commandment by stealing that which was not hers. This Law of God has always existed since creation. It is the Law of God's Kingdom. When these laws were broken this planet was expelled from God's kingdom. Because the children of Israel living in sin or Egypt, had forgotten God's Law they were brought out of Egypt into the desert and God wrote HIs Law on two tables of stone. God always wanted His people to have His law written in their hearts but the Children of Israel were rebellious because of their experience in Sin (Egypt) so He reminded them by writing them on stone to show that they were permanent. This is very important to understand this. God didn't just make up these Laws for the Children of Israel at this time in the wilderness. They had existed and Noah kept the Law, Abraham kept the Law as did Jacob but only a few generations later they had forgotten God's Law.
In the 40 years in the wilderness Moses wrote the Mosaic laws which pertain to the governing of the coming Nation of Israel when they were to set up their new nation in the land of Canaan. There were many different types of laws many of which are still present in our modern western judicial system today. Laws on property, laws on dealing with divorce, etc. These were laws specifically for this new nation but there are many wise laws here that we borrow and make for a better society. The Nation of Israel was to be an example to the rest of the world and it still is today. There was also the Law of Ordinances which were only to be practiced by the Nation of Israel that pertain to sacrifice. This is the law that was nailed to the cross. These laws pointed to the true sacrifice, everything else was just a rehearsal for the true Lamb of God and these were written on parchment and placed on the side and not in the Ark of the Covenant like God's Law was, meaning this was temporary until it was fulfilled at the cross.
There were other laws that pertained to health and diet. Many will say that they are not in affect anymore. While they are not salvational they are important. God gave these health laws to His people not to try to penalize or deny them, but so that they would live healthy and longer than if they were to break these laws. God didn't want His people eating unclean foods such as pork or shellfish. Not that God wanted to hold back some tasty delicacies but that unclean meats would create health problems. Shellfish are bottom feeders and eat the dead carcasses of other animals. They are not fit for human consumption and God didn't want His people to eat animals that were full of toxins and diseases that could lead to poor health and a shorter life span. God didn't identify these unclean animals to deny His people a tasty meal but was looking out for their well being. Many Christians will point to Acts 10:9-16 as a lifting of the health laws God put in place for our well being without understanding the context. The Jews regarded the Gentiles the same way they saw unclean animals and in Peter's vision he was being told to not fear going to the Gentiles. Why would God forbid eating unclean animals then later decide it is okay to eat them? Did God make a mistake in the first place or are the same health laws in affect today as they were in the days of Moses? It really is selfish to view this as God forbidding us to eat unclean foods like shell fish and pork and now it is perfectly fine to eat these things. What a cruel God for with holding these tasty things from us but now we are glad God changed His mind and we are justified in our diets. Today much of our health problems are directly related to our eating habits. Much like the laws of physics which God created too, pertain to us today. Take the law of gravity for instance. If you jump off of a building you may not think this law doesn't apply to you but it does. It may not be a salvational issue but it does have consequences.
When talking about the law(s) in scripture it is very important to distinguish which law(s) are we talking about. The Law of God (The 10 Commandments) are not Mosaic laws. They are God's everlasting Law and the foundation of His Kingdom. In heaven everyone will gladly be keeping all of God's laws even the 4th Commandment. No one will be besmirching any of God's Laws in His Kingdom like you hear so many Christians here on earth do today and deep inside hate God's Laws and are always looking for an excuse to ignore or do away with them just like Satan suggested to Eve in the Garden.

Law and punishment was against harmful behaviour. But law and punishment could not stop harmful behaviour.
Serving the law was from "the flesh" and was impotent and weak through "the flesh". Thus law was "death".
Love was from "the Spirit" and was potent and strong through the Spirit. Thus Love was "life".
Law is against harm but it cannot stop harm. Love produces good and it stops harm. That's why those who are love need no law.

I still didn't hear a consistent view of OT rules. The 10 Commandments are in no real way consistently applied across the spectrum of christian belief. Most can't even name all 10. We obviously can take out the Sabbath Commandment since Paul eliminated any commanded day of rest. Take the average rate of unbiblical divorce in the church that is never called out and you can eliminate half of the Adultery command (adultery is a socially acceptable sin these days, especially if it's an unbiblical re marriage. We're now down to 8 Commandments (actually just suggestions these days). Our ENTIRE economy is built on Covetousness and getting more by paying less for more. This is normally done by negotiation or being cheap with the customer (called being shrewd by most pastors). We're down to 7 left and it only takes a visit to your local church to see what all this means. We will go and enter the church where everyone generally plays nice. If we get there about 10:45 we can tour the parking lot. We'll look at the cars outside before going in. If you want to see what christians care about, follow their money. If a pastor drives an 80,000 + vehicle then you've just seen what he really cares for.
How ever many churches there are in this country is exactly how many different perspectives there are on the Law.

Mathhew 5:18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one [b]jot or one [c]tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Why does Jesus say "Till all is fulfilled". What was He implying would happen when the Fulfilment happened?

But before that he says he did not come to abolish the LAW or the PROPHETS, but to fulfil.
So not one jot or tittle will pass until all things are fulfilled.
Is this fulfilment with the death and resurrection of Christ? Or the fulfilment of Gods entire 7000 year salvation program for mankind?
What is meant by the LAW and the PROPHETS?

Don't let those people take you back under something that Christ finished and freed us from, it's no longer for us we wait on new creation and thus on the new sabbath that there will be so we will remember that creation, and new 'Adam' which is Jesus Christ, not old creation that will be no longer and first Adam that ate from the forbidden tree which brought the curse to this world. that's why we need to be born again, to be a new creation because God will create new heaven and earth and these that are now will pass away and for that we need to be a new Creation to enter it. New heaven and earth - new creation(being born again) - new sabbath to remember new Heaven and Earth.

The question is, who is without sin to cast the first stone under the ten commandments? If you are keeping the ten commandments, you must also keep the ordinances of the ten commandments...if you are not keeping the ordinances of the ten commandments, you are guilty of breaking the whole law... there are no more animal sacrifices for our sins, because Jesus abolished the animal sacrifices for our sins...if Jesus did not abolished the ordinances of the ten commandments, the adulterer/adulteress must be stoned, according to the ordinances of the ten commandments... Jesus was without sin and He did not cast the first stone, according to ordinances of the ten commandments... the ten commandments without ordinances is made of none effect (Mark 7:1-13)... the seventh day adventist want to keep the Sabbath day, but if they are keeping the Sabbath day, they are a debtor to keep the whole law of the ten commandments... the galatians wanted to keep the law of the circumcision, Paul told them that if they were circumcised that they were a debtor to keep the whole law... The children of Israel were under the curse of the law of the old covenant, because they did not keep the ten commandments of God. And we gentiles were without God, dead in sins and trespasses.
The book of Galatians covers the two covenants of God. The old covenant, and the new covenant.

Don Johnson, Gen 9:3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.
God never placed any restriction of meat and green from the beginning. The dietary law is not for health reasons but to set apart Israel from other nations.
(Lev 20:24) But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that floweth with milk and honey: I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from other people.(Lev 20:25) Ye shall therefore put difference between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and ye shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any manner of living thing that creepeth on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean. Lev 20:26 And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.
-purpose of dietary law is threefold for nation of Israel; to separate them from other nations, to remind Israel they were special God’s chosen people, to test their obedience to God.
-Exo--15:26- not a promise related to specific laws that might have built-in health benefit for Israel rather, it was connected to Israel obedience to the Mosaic law as a whole
-lev11:1-8; not about what the animals eat as the camel, rock badger, hare are exclusively vegetarian but still considered unclean
-not every animal was health hazard; for example camels, they’re a delicacy for Arabs to this day, and there is no evidence they transmit disease to humans. The wild boars rarely have trichinosis, and the proper cooking of pork, in any case, makes its transmission to humans rare. Further, some of the clean animals present health hazards : the ruminants or cud-chewing animals are host of a number of parasitic organisms.

The commandments that were in the old covenant were given a higher profile by the Lord in the new covenant. They require a higher moral and spiritual commitment to be followed. In the old covenant, it is said that “thou shalt not murder”(Exodus 20:13). In the new covenant, the Lord said- “whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment”(Matthew 5:22). “Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer”(1 John 3:15). In the old covenant, it was commanded that “Thou shalt not commit adultery” (Exodus 20:14). Jesus concluded his commandment saying “But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart”(Matthew 5:28). Do you see that Lord’s commandments are the same in context only that they were given a lift that requires a spiritual attitude and great faith to do than just simply a mere act of obedience?

@@paeng46 Dress it up as you want, a "spiritual lift" is a change. Like I said, the principal remains, the expression is different. Not to mention Hebrews 7:12 disagrees with you. The law has changed. The old covenant law is and includes the 10 commandments according to scripture. We are under a new covenant, therefore under a new law.

It's the law that was changed, not the commandments (Hebrews 7:12). We are not discussing the law. We are discussing (as the title of the video) the commandments of God. The commandments of God are still binding to all believers in the present time. I'll give you one example. The first commandment says. "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind"(Matthew 22:37; Ex. 20:2-3). Do you mean to say that we should not love God because we're now living under the new covenant? Think about that.

NO!!! Jesus fulfilled ALL the requirements! We are under a new covenant!

I wouldn’t say that, the Bible is clear that if you have tasted the fruits of the Holy Spirit and turn your back you are lost forever, today there are no churches that have the Holy Spirit meaning you are safe to return to God through Yeshua because you never had the Spirit to start with, highly recommended you start again on the right way….
      Yeshua still loves you👍🏻
Keep the Commandments of God and testimony of Yeshua and if anyone tell you the food law is done away with read the following
